Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the services and products. My kitten lost every collar I could buy for a year. One staff member helped me find a harness and helped me put it on her. Only to help me return it when she unhooked it when I was at work. My dog went to Toni for grooming and I was so pleased with her that I didn't want to take my dog to anyone else at the store. However, due to my schedule, I did try taking Ginger Rose to Lily. Having a senior dog, and a rescue, I was very hesitant. Lily was a God send. Definitely coming back!

We are so glad we found this place! We are always greeted at the door, there’s an excellent selection of food, treats, gear, and more at reasonable prices, and the self serve dog wash is phenomenal. The tubs are prefect, the water pressure and temp are great, the shampoo selection is wonderful and the dryer is very efficient. The staff is so pleasant. We keep coming back!!!

I’ve been buying cat food here for about 6 months instead of doing online because it’s usually cheaper and the employees are all really awesome. Super kind and cheery. The store is also really clean. I haven’t had a bad experience yet. I also think their point system is better than Petco’s.

Both of my pups get groomed here and we’ve never had any issues. We’ve tried other options in town and we were just not happy with the result.I have a small long haired Chiweenie and he looks like the grinch after a few months. Pest supplies plus does a phenomenal job cleaning him up and making him look handsome without any razor burn like he’s experienced at other locations.I am VERY hesitant when booking my senior dog. He is in great health but as his age has creeped up he tends to have some joint issues and we don’t want to overwhelm him. Kaitlynn was our groomer when I booked him for his 13th birthday. Unfortunately, he suffered a seizure during his groom. Kaitlynn and the entire staff was so responsive, professional and caring in tending to my pup’s emergency. I don’t know if anyone else would have handled the situation as well as she did. He is alive and well and I couldn’t be more content with how they handled this emergency.The manager called me to check in and follow up after our vet visit which I greatly appreciated. It was an isolated incident and was not caused by the grooming or a pre existing condition. I don’t have words for how wonderful this location and its people are. The BEST IMO.

Service is always phenomenal, when I needed a new food for my dog (he's allergic yo chicken and needs a low fat diet due to his health conditions, I know he's a mess) the manager came and other employees helped me search the store for the lowest fat, non-chicken, and least expensive food. He hasn't had any issues since using this new food and I couldn't be more grateful. They also went out of their way to check the ingredients in their display case of cookies for me (looking for no chicken is a real hassle). Also it's my ho to place to get the dogs washed and dried, inexpensive, they provide aprons, soap, and towels, and I don't have to worry about the dog hair clogging my drains at home

We took our senior dog to be groomed by Toni for the first time today on a recommendation by a family member. This was by far the best grooming experience we have had. Toni greeted us upon arrival, came out and made sure that she understood what I was expecting, then she called in the middle of the grooming to let me know it was going well but that she was giving my dog a break. When I picked my dog up, Toni was the one who brought my dog to me and went over everything that had been done. Toni has exceptional customer service skills and made this a great experience.

I’ve done both curb side and shopped in the store and the customer service is always phenomenal! They are kind and helpful. But never over bearing, I appreciate this. We’ve also used the wash area for our GSD and am so grateful that’s available. They’ve always had what we are looking for, so I would definitely recommend checking them out!

I wanted to update my review as I am an avid shopper here, which now that will change. The customer service has completely tanked, the associates have 0 social skills with customers and communication between them. Their delivery is also a complete mess and not reliable like used to be when they first opened. I placed an order for delivery because I'm 32 weeks pregnant and swinging 50 pounds isn't easy. I placed the order at 4pm 12/15 I knew that it would come 12/16 but they are always early, so it wasnt a biggie. They called me yesterday and said they would be here around noon on 12/16 so later than usual then... I call at 140 pm to ask what happened because I still didn't have anything. They told me there was a mess up and they put it in the wrong place and they would send it out now. 2 min later after getting off the phone, a girl calls me, to tell me they can't have it here until 3, even though seconds ago I was told they were on it. It's now almost 5pm still no delivery. I have never had to wait 24 hours when they had the old managers. The communication in that store is just awful. I will just have it delivered from Walmart. It's hard to support a NW side business that has 0 brains or empathy.I pay the extra few bucks to go there instead of petco and here is why: Passion the employees, especially Lily are extremely passionate about their jobs, education and knowledge of animals and the well being of animals, they are all so passionate to help you. Friendliness, the employees are beyond friendly, everytime I go in, I am greeted and and immediately asked if I need assistance. Crowd's, I have really bad anxiety and I love that they keep aisles clean and it's not so crowded. Pet wellness, they keep all of their pet exhibits clean and very well organized. I highly recommend them more than any pets tore, spend the extra dollar.

Bought items online and stopped by in after work. We wanted to browse so the nice lady (i sadly did not get her name) said that if i end up purchasing something, I could do the pick up while paying at the register. She made sure to check in on us and informed us of current store deals. We ended up buying several products and our cats loved them. The store is very clean, products are very organized, and they have all of our cats’ current food brand! So happy to have a pet store in North Hill. Also loved the sweet little note on our pick up order. Keep up the excellent service!

Tried to use my rewards from all the items I have purchased at this store. Was also purchasing some items that were expiring soon so we’re 50% off. The computer took away the discounts and was trying to charge me double because I was paying with rewards. Neither manager would help and said there was nothing they can do. Probably teaching their employees basic math so they know what the total should have came to would be helpful. Also the female manager rolling her eyes when I was adding up the prices of what the items should have been wasn’t professional at all.

There's a lot more of the expensive food and items with a small selection of the basic affordable pet food but still a really nice store. It's about time someone put a pet store on the north side of town. Really happy with it.

First time I've seen these stores, and they have a good supply of cat items. Those big bags of cat litter are pretty heavy for me and I use a dolly to get them inside my place at home. I was very grateful for the help loading up the 40 pound cat litter bag the last time I was there. I will be back as soon as I can.

I was home I’ll and ran out of dog food. They delivered it. When I called, the website was down and Karen walked through getting which bag I needed to make sure she got the right one, she delivered it and put a special note and treats for the pups. She can teach customer service. Great job!!!!

Pet Supplies Plus has the best customer service! They are always so kind and helpful. The same day delivery is amazing, so is the bag of free treats every now and again :) Love it that they are north of town too!
