This is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always fresh and I never have to wait long. Today, on March 13th, 2024, I went there with my boyfriend and ordered a sandwich. We didn't realize that it had horseradish in it, and when he tasted it, it made him immediately sick. I went back inside and was greeted by a worker who I believe was the manager on shift. Although I didn't get her name, she was amazing. She quickly had a new sandwich made for us. I wanted to express my gratitude and say thank you!

Had half a sandwich and a cup of soup.Jessica the clerk was so friendly and lovely, made me feel seen and noticed with friendly conversation directed at me specifically.The food itself was so good- fresh and tasty.Consistent with paneras all over.I love how fresh the bread tasted.Clean restaurant. I ordered take out.

After some time i decided to give it a go.To be honest, it's actually pretty good. The options for healthy are there, you be surprised how fresh it is. After a change in food regiment, and trying to find healthy options, Panera really is very good.My only ding really is service, sometimes items do get missed on occasion, it's not atrocious. It really exceeds my expectations, not but most of them. For example, occasionally there is either a missing item or two... Yes to keep these good places honest, always check the bag when ordering to go. Everyone gets into a rush, i like this place too much to not have a complete order.A bonus point, one day there was a missing item, instead of going rage, nah just see about a replacement item. That actually was an interesting adventure, found a new item i never would have tried in the bakery. The nice lady was very sweet.Inside the store, i can see why people chill for hours. Probably a great place to daze and judge cars on how they park.Definitely a great place to try and try again.Vegetarian options: Lot of options on hand for veggie diet or things non fried.

Charged me $1.29 for ham plus $5.39 for the actual Half of a sandwich. Are you kidding me? Sadly seems was done by the actual manager. What a joke. Thanks for nothingThe manager is argumentative and just a failure at customer service. This is round 2 with this idiot. We will find somewhere else to eat

Edit: drive thru needs work. Purchased a bagel and it wasn’t sliced or warmed up and upon ordering we were constantly cut off and told to pull forward. This isn’t the only instance of the drive thru having poor service.When eating inside, our experience was Friendly, speedy service, nice location and options.

Everything was good until I had a bad interaction with Sean, the manager.. He literally threw a bag of chips @ me when i asked for a baggett but they were out..His attitude & bad energy is not a good look for the Panera Bread Brand..

Anytime we drive through Minot (we're from Saskatchewan and come throygh a couple times a year) we stop at this Panera. The food is always great and the staff are super friendly!I don't generally like macaroni and cheese but I always get that here - it's so good! And the chocolate croissant is so yummy! Add in a hazelnut coffee and I'm a very happy traveller!

Clerk must be new to this business. Took her so long to type my order. Then I received small sandwich where egg yolk spreads all over my hand. Souffle was way overdue. Coffee also was tasteless. $13 down the drain.

Best spot in town for a nice bite or even a nice cold drink. Good food and good bread(lol) But all seriousness, the customer service here is amazing. Can't name one time I've had a bad experience. The early morning breakfast always tasted so good. Or the last minute orders I've made. It still tasted fresh and still zero complaints.

Not my kind of food. Didn't like the bread. It was hard and too chewy. Not appealing to me. My macaroni and cheese was dry and not what I expected. Food was expensive and not worth it for me. My blueberry muffin on top was about a half an inch of hard thick sugar crust. Price I paid was not worth what I got. This isn't my type of food for me plus what I paid I can get a steak dinner and that tastes better to me. All I got was a bit sandwich, macaroni and cheese and a blueberry muffin. Not again.

Food is great other than the pastas.Service is a little slow...might need more than 2 registers.Why don't you have the fireplace going? It's 5 degrees outside. That's a key part of your marketing. The fireplace is the focal point of your restaurant, and it's off? Strange.

When we ordered, they said they were out of baguettes. Minutes later, while waiting for our food, they pulled fresh baguettes from the oven. I asked if we could get the baguettes and they stated, "No, those are for tomorrow." So I asked, "How are the customers tomorrow more important than today's customers?" To which Shaun replied, "That's are policy." Wow some kind of policy where we don't take care of our current customers.

It's a really nice place to eat, with great variety of healthy food options. The service has always been great too and they keep updating the menu in a regular basis. I specially love the Mediterranean salads.The only slight complain may be on my last visit some teenagers were bothering other clients but still, I give Panera top stars because it is not their fault.

The broccoli cheddar soup is to die for! Same with the Macaroni and cheese. Everytime I go the food is delicious and the baguette served with meals is always fresh that morning never had a bad experience here. They have pup cups too! As someone that always brings their dog everywhere this is especially nice!

I really enjoy Panera Bread. We started eating there this summer when we were looking for healthier take out food. Been going there every week or two and using the drive-through all the time. Wait times have at times been 20 plus minutes but the food has been worth it. Tonight we use the app and ordered ahead. Followed the instructions specifically in parking and waiting. After waiting about 30 minutes I called and no one answered. So I went in and asked, there on the quick pick up shelf was our order. Hot stuff was cold, cold stuff warm or melted. There was no ice left in my smoothies.Most of the time service is 4* and food is 4* or 5*. After I got out of the restaurant with the food and realized everything had been sitting for a long time on that shelf. We called and talked to Shawn the manager. He said sometimes they don't get the alerts that a customer has arrived and sometimes they are too busy to bring the food off the shelf to my car which is exactly what the instructions on the pick up boards and the email say will happen. Shawn recommended that if you don't get your food in 5 minutes after you send the "I'm here" notice then you should call. I suggest just going in because they seem very hit or miss about answering the phone.He eventually gave us a refund which was nice. But he had nothing to say to me face to face except to ask if I wanted the refund in cash or on my card. A sorry or something would have been nice.
