Well where do I start? I have talked to four separate employees of Love on a Leash and EVERY SINGLE ONE was absolutely fantastic to talk to. They listened to my requests even though I have no idea what I am talking about.Additionally, when I asked about a specific hair cut they helped me get into a realistic expectation. Their reason for changing wasn't because they couldn't do it, rather my dogs hair is different than the pictures I was showing.My dog can be very anxious but was loving going in and out of Love on a Leash. I swear he strutted out of there like a runway model because he felt so good.He is trimmed perfectly, is SO SOFT, smells great and they even gave him a Christmas bandana because I still had his Thanksgiving one on. Even with his feet where he HATES being touched, they were able to trim his nails and make him look fantastic.I couldn't recommend any other business over Love on a Leash.Plus: They had these cookies that are dog safe on their counter and I got two of them. My dogs ate them in about 30 seconds.

They always do a great job with my big golden retriever, Fenway. Hes excited when we go there and has never acted anything but happy which has not been the case with other grooming services so I know they are nice to him and take their time with his spazzy attitude without hurting or scaring him. We will continue to go there for our services as long as they are around, highly recommended!

I have a BIG dog and VERY STUBBORN. Doesn’t like going out of his comfort zone. I tried Pet Smart and they called me and told me he refused service, brought him to Love on a Leash, he was still reluctant but they got him done. Whew!!!! They were very good!

We took our 13 year old dog there for the first time, and they did a phenomenal job! They did exactly as I asked. It must have been a pleasant experience for my dog because she was not anxious at all when I picked her up. She is usually very stressed! I highly recommend Love on a Leash!

Pricing: Minot charges more for these services as it is but more than pet supplies plus and the service was similar.Staff: The woman who is pregnant is very sweet and attentive. We had our small dog service with her and she communicated everything about the service. We brought our large senior dog in and we did not receive the same service. We paid for deshedding and my dog is still shedding and has hair all over him. They did not trim his nails or explain why? On both accounts another female groomer there was very rude, dismissive to the staff and and us and not friendly. She was the one who took out senior dog in and was done in under 2 hrs which would had been great had we seen the results we paid for.Overall: The only reason I’d return is for the staff member who was very professional, thorough and caring. I won’t return it’s not worth the money for the service received only because it’s the closest option to town.

Off and on we've brought our dog to be groomed at this establishment. The last time we brought our dog in it wasn't a very good cut and we brought it to their attention and asked what they could do to fix it. They said there was nothing that they would do to fix it. We left very frustrated. We found a different groomer and had to pay more to get the haircut fixed. Our current groomer is no longer in business, so we thought we would go back to Love On A Lash and give them another try. When I brought my dog in last week, the gal who helped me took down all the information and then 5 hours later I was called in to pick up my dog. I was told that they only washed our dog and trimmed his nails and refused to cut his hair because they were so upset that we had given feedback the last time we were in. They told us that we were no longer welcome in their establishment. I was charged $80 for the wash and nail trim. I was so sad to be treated so rudely and still charged a crazy amount of money. Buyer beware.

Very friendly very nice people, but for 60 dollars not worth it. my dog smelt worse after picking her up. Was told that she would be next on table once I got there.. mind you it had already been 4 hours.. was done running errands so I said it's okay will just head home no worries.. they said we'll atleast let.us clip nails and brush her out so I said okay and then they proceeded to tell me she got the full works.. and charged me 60 bucks. Will not have my business anymore.

Absolutely wonderful. Not only did they get them in right away, they were also so patient and kind. My puppers hate getting their nails clipped but everyone at love on a leash was so gentle and caring and made things so much easier on everyone

For $75.00 my dog should have been smelly sweet and looking great. However that was not the case. He had cuts on his belly and butt. He had long fur indifferent places on his body. His eyes still had stains and tear snot on them. The only good thing here is the people. They were very nice and informative. That does not help my dog!

My two dogs have been going to Love on a Leash for years. They look forward to going in. They are absolutely beautiful when they come out. Having 2 show dogs I know what to look for and I do expect them to be perfect when they come out. My male has allergies and the bathers take the time to do the special treatments. It is amazing how attentive they all are. I will never go anywhere else.

We have always brought our dogs here and they love it so much! We’re been long time customers throughout their many different locations and have been with them since Kendra started love on a leash. Our dog Marty (a small poodle cocker spaniel mix) loved coming here and always smelled absolutely amazing afterwards! He was adopted and had some anxiety when it came to the groomers but all around a really good boy after awhile of bringing him here and he eventually actually started to look forward to the groomers! Then we got our newest furry friend Auggie (a black standard size poodle) and we were quick to get in contact with love on a leash to make sure he was comfortable with grooming as a puppy and didn’t develop any fears of groomers later (as he doesn’t shed and he’ll need grooming quite frequently) and he’s only gone here for grooming for the past 2 years and absolutely loves it! He typically goes to Kendra or Priscilla for his grooming and he comes out definitely a whole lot better smelling and definitely much better looking than before! Would definitely recommend love on a leash to anyone debating coming here!!!

I take my dog here once a month for a bath and that includes a bath, brush, nails cut & ear cleaning. The owner greets my pup by his name and gets him all excited which warms my heart so much! (I'm such a dog mom lol) Prices are super reasonable and I love how easy it is to book with them. However, I suggest booking in advance during the summer just because they book up pretty quick! It takes them about 3 hours when I drop him off which works out perfect for me just so I can run errands or simply clean around the house. Love Love On A Leash!

Took my dog in for a basic groom plus the "Furminator" package and he came back smelling AMAZING, he's shedding less and he just seems so happy. Before I took him he shed like crazy and was always itching (probably because he had so much loose hair that needed to be brushed off). I am so grateful to Love on a Leash! They did an Amazing job.

Kendra from love on a leash is amazing.. I would not take my dog Anya anywhere else. Kendra does amazing work with her she is amazing . I would not take my fur baby anywhere else and never will . Love on a leash is the best grooming place around

I've been bringing my Pekingese dogs here for years, they always do an excellent job. One of my dogs hates being groomed and he fights groomers, but he sits still and let's Kendra groom him without struggle, I think she has a good way with dogs that puts him at ease.

Our first visit with our two dogs was great. I appreciated them calling me before they buzzed my collie's stomach as an option to eliminate some matted fur. Will be a returning customer!

We were visiting from CA and needed to have our dog Tink washed and groomed for our wedding in a few days. The team took excellent care of Tink! We were extremely pleased with the quality of the services she received. Next time we are in ND with Tink we will definitely bring her back.

I would not bring your dog here. You can get them a hair cut and bath for the same price as PetCo. My dog was also returned to me with cuts all over his body. One of his ears even has a huge cut in it. He also didnt even smell like they bathed him. Id expext more from 4 hours and $50. Dont bring your dog here.

Our first visit and I am very pleased. My cat was nothing but a fluffball and it was hard for him to clean himself and hard for me to brush him. He had little matted balls throughout his body. I can only imagine how happy he is with all of the hair gone and him being able to properly clean himself.
