It took me 45 minutes to get my shower ready in app .. shower number 2 may 8-2024 I book my shower at 6:50am and my shower #2 was ready in app, when I go inside to take shower the guy he said it’s not clean you have to wait .. while I was waiting it’s expired my code .. now I was behind 3 guests… and it took another 1 hour 30 minutes to get my shower turn .. what a joke … .. absolutely 0 star.. I was fueling here since last 2 years and fromNow on I will never stop again…. Rather l willStop Fargo .. flying j … congratulations you lost your customer…

Iv been an employee here as well as have family and friends employed here and iv been a regular customer for 5 years now and it's like any other place. You have those people who obviously don't care about their job or doing their job, and then you have those who are kind and hard working. I give those hard working nice people my 5 stars. 💛 this truck stop/gas station is essential and so convenient to alot of drivers on the road. It offers showers, scales, a lounge, laundry room, and hot meals. And memberships hook you up with discounts on top of all that. . 💛

Called in a pizza, 10 min before showing up. Around 3p.m. Apparently it is too difficult to touch the button on the headset and let the kitchen know to put in a pie. Get here, to be told its gettin put in now. Second time. Same employee.

I don't revel in dissing places, especially when the staff are doing their best but...no DEF at the pumps for well over a month and the showers are lukewarm at best...not acceptable!

I arrived at this truck stop in the Sunday evening on Nov 5th, 2023. I wanted to take a shower but there was a post saying “shower is not available “. Next Monday morning, they removed the post but still showers not available because employees just got there and didn’t clean the shower room.Have plumbers been working on fixing showers problems since Sunday evening and finally made it work again in the Monday morning? NoI know the truth. They minimized working employees on Sunday so that they don’t have enough people to clean shower room. They don’t want to be bothered with truckers asking for shower. That’s why they pretend their shower is out of order.I will never spend more than a penny here ever.Hey truckers~ join me.

19 Now 2023 I came to the checkout to get a shower.What did I hear the shower is faulty. Cold water. I asked them to give me a shower anyway. I'm ready to wash in cold water. They didn't give me a shower in the end.I logged into Pilot app and booked a shower.And I washed in hot water.I ask managers to understand with employees why they dictate their rules. If they don't want to work, then let them not take the place of those people who want to work.

For being an extremely busy truckstop as it is the first one when you cross the border in the central Prairies location is a complete embarrassment. It does not matter if you show up at 7:30 in the morning or 6:30 in the evening there is seldom fresh food there is seldom Coffee and for well over a month there has been no hot water for the showers. Most of the staff have a complete uncaring attitude and don’t even bother trying to correct things if you mention it to them. The store is disorganized and unkept, The pumps are filthy and unmaintained And it seems even corporate does not care when you call them to mention your concerns. If anybody from loves or TA reads these reviews, they really need to build a truckstop in Minot North Dakota, because the flying J might as well just close their doors and become an unmanned card lock. Skip the flying J and either stop for your food and coffee at Kenmare Or stop in Velva. They are both way better and much friendlier.

Complete dump. Showers haven't had hot water for MONTHS, and the manager makes excuses like "plumbing issues." Almost no lighting in the parking lot apart from 2 lights by the pumps. Management doesn't care the slightest, and so does the head office. After leaving $1500 on the pump I had to take cold shower and risk to get equipment from my truck AGAIN on the dark parking lot. Disgraceful!!!

They dont even bother to clean shower on time. Around 7-9 peoples waiting .. My number was 1 in line still have to wait more than 90 minutes.I would give them less then 1 star if possible.All the time coffee machine not working threWorst service i’ve ever seen on Flying J

Terrible Flying J store. It's 6 pm, and Subway is closed, and fountain drinks are just water. the pizza is old and cold. Lots of semi parking.

I have watched the general manager Mike put his hands in another employees face in front of customers twice now when that is just totally uncalled for. And as an ex employee do not eat here alot of the stuff they do in the kitchen is disgusting and none of the food here is properly kept to temperature regulations!!!

Professional driver shower automated booking system completely messed up.At 7pm, it let me book in, said there were 4 in line ahead of me. At 815pm it updated to say I was next so I walked inside to ensure I would not keep others waiting. Staff then let me know that none of the showers would be ready until after 10pm.Insane to ever wait that long for a truck stop shower. Sorry....NEXT

For the third time in 3 months I got a cold shower(shower 3and 4) and they were dirty with the usual mild in the showers. Self checkout only with a worker sitting behind the counter twiddling his thumbs so I went to the next truck stop to do my purchases. Parking lot is gross as usual. One the bright side all the pumps were working

Every single time I'm here the showers are all dirty and no one cleans them.... it's not busy. There's 7 people waiting for a shower.... the employees are standing around and give attitude when you ask them to clean a shower.Coffee is ALL out, every time.Brought this to the attention of the staff... the guy shrugs and keeps scrolling through social media on his phone behind the counter.Do not stop here if you're looking for a shower and coffee. This is consistent. Staff don't want to work.

NEED MORE LONG-HANDLED SQUEEGEES!Finally, I found a window washing tool with a long handle at the island four pumps away from the one I used. I would like to see more of these at ALL Flying J's and Pilots. I get a discount through my Good Sam membership, but given a choice, I always stop at Love's, where they always have them out at each island, and I don't have to search. There are so many people driving pickup trucks and vans who cannot easily wash the windshield with a short-handled tool. Kudos to Love's, who cares about all of us with big gas tanks and hard-to-reach windows.

The showers took forever and they are not busy. They were not in use but no one wants to clean them. They keep selling showers even though it is clear you won'tget one. I was told we can't use the RV dump station even though it appears very functional. Also told they don't fill propane here even though there's a propane filling station. One of the three washers was filthy. It is clear no one cares about this place and there's no one making sure the jobs get done.

I won't come here again an any of the tracker friends I do have won't!! First the shower was so cold an they didn't even say that before I paid..so the second night.i asking the two Caucasian males if I can check to see if the shower is hot before I got one!! Both of them said everything but yes.. kept saying it might be..it might be!!! An I'm like sir all I want to do is see if it's hot or not an not go on your might be!! Then he tell me he have no way of opening the door.. at that point I figured it had to be a black thing for him to tell me that!! With me having knowledge that there is a key and a number that they can put in to let them in the shower!! But it's ok because it wasn't clean yesterday and the garbage cans was full everywhere on the property..but this is the kind of employees flying j would like taking care of their customers

An average stop for 10 hours break for truck driver. Averagely clean showers & restrooms, but the thing is 6am by morning very very limited food is available. I can say food is not available like sandwiches, soups. Almost every Flying J in USA or Canada they keep fresh and plenty of stock in the morning in grab and go cooler, but here nothing is available. Very disappointed by food services here. Subway open by 8 am in the morning, but what about the drivers who starts there drive early. So, -5 stars in food services for this flying J. In parking area no parking spot lines everyone just parking here & there if they put lines everyone will park in lines and plenty of more spots will be available for next driver who already had long day on road & gonna come here for rest but what they see is indisciplined parked trucks. I dont know how this place is running. DONT JUST MAKE MONEY GIVE GOOD SERVICES TO DRIVERS AS WELL.

the professionals who work at Subway and serving pizza and meal sounds rude they don't serve customers with respect and stay inside talking and care about the customers who are waiting and when they are called to do the job he submits to do when he leaves She doesn't do housework, but disrespects the customers. I will never come to that gas station again. poorly trained staff. dirty team, team that doesn't like to work. shouldn't be serving customers. Bad manager

This has to be the worst Flying J in America. Always a problem here, always truck fuel pumps out of order, and now the second time in two weeks with no hot water in the shower. Usually dirty showers. But yet, still serving food….with no hot water for hand washing

This place gets worse every month. Dirty. Always something broken, either the fuel pumps, no DEF , showers not available, no change... ALWAYS problems here. An absolute disgrace and I pray that corporate finds out how this place operates... or doesn't operate I meant to say 🙄!!!!

The cashier is very angry who does not know how to provide their services. The shower was very bad dirty and the water was cold at all. A big minus for a manager who cannot do his job, why keep such a very disappointed pilot has been serviced for the last two years, they are disappointed!!!
