I just drove 50 miles one way. Made it @7pm. They would not take my prescription...I said could I leave it here and pick it up tomorrow...they said no!! (No drop box!!!!! ??) We are closed. The whole store was closing short staffed. Very rude!!! Minot needs to get a better pharmacy!!!! Came back today and was taking care of 2 ladies went above and beyond to make sure I was !!! Thank you both for doing that!!!!

My dentist sent a script over around 2pm & I was texted within an hour that the meds were ready for pick up. On arrival, there wasn't anyone in line inside to pick up, while there was 1 car in the drive thru. The staff were tending to the drive thru. After a very short time, another staff sane up.I had my meds in hand10 minutes & $3.06 later, after insurance. The gal working was neither friendly nor rude.

Ananother terrible experience at this CVS Pharmacy today. Made a 160 mile roundtrip for a script verified in advance to be ready. It was not available. The tech was rude and when I voiced my complaint was told she would not listen to me and told to leave I have transferred my scripts. CVS never again. The store manager did listen and apologized. Tech should be fired.

I wish I could rate this location lower. Never have I had to deal with a more frustrating, less helpful, more maddening business in all my life. Don't get me wrong, most of the employees have tried their best to be helpful and friendly, but having to deal with all the incredibly endless frustration of customers, suppliers, and insurance companies has simply destroyed their souls.With that in mind; they have told me how they refuse to answer the phone, even though the system keeps spewing out reminders every 30 seconds. Inside the store, the line to pick up medications is almost always backed up through the aisles.The drive thru is always ridiculously slow and the entire parking lot is full of pot holes. Shop be careful driving small cars, they could be swallowed up!I have personally ordered prescriptions first thing in the morning, visited the store late afternoon and waisted 30 minutes in line to be told they haven't been filled and to come back in 20 minutes.They have lost prescriptions, refused to fill them, and given out the wing medications.All the incessant phone calls are enough to drive anyone crazy. Never a human, always a robot telling you 3 letters of some stuff can't be refilled, or how about auto refilling?Avoid this place like a leper colony! Go to thrifty white, or key care, or anywhere else! Let the poor employees recover while financially telling the corporate office how awful this place is.

Shout out to CVS pharmacy today! Especially to the young lady behind the cash registers who can check 2 people out at a time. I generally do not like getting prescriptions here, it is very very busy and I'm not patient when it comes to waiting in line. Yes I'm one of those people. However I needed them today and they came through with some coupons to help me out. Big thank you to CVS!

I dont blame the employees at the CVS pharmacy so much....This pharmacy is very poorly MANAGED!!! UNDERSTAFFED!AND GREEDY! The customers are subjected to dealing with overworked, overwhelmed staff that is always a hectic madhouse! It is managements choice to treat its employees and customers like this....I get better customer service at the Dollar Store.... What do you think is this CVS pharmacy's PRIORITY?staff

First time in years I actually had help at a pharmacy that knew what they were doing. We are just here for the month, and they were able to fill my Trelegy prescription without any issues. I even got a coupon so no charge!! I didn't get any names but the long dark haired young lady was incredibly helpful. I went back for a refill two days before we hit the road back to Tennessee, and they were actually able to fill my prescription again 8 days early!! The shorter young lady with dark hair and the gold ring made my day!! Thanks for the great service!!! Keep it up!!! See ya next summer!!

It's not the first time I have had the bad experience in customer service of CVS. But this CVS location is the worst. They have passport photo printing service but when I came to ask for help printing the photo from my cell phone, a staff said they don’t have that service , then I said I often printed passport photos at any Walgreen or CVS and he said I had to connect my cell to their computer by myself , but their computer had a problem so I couldn’t do that even though I had spent 15 minutes on that computer. But all the staffs there didn’t care about that although some of them had nothing to do, just walking around. They didn’t even ask a word. It’s terrible customer service. They are too lazy and I believe they discriminate against me because I am Asian. If I were a Caucasian, I would be treated differently. I want to give 0 star but google doesn’t allow me to do that. Never buy anything or use any service at CVS. Walgreen is much better!

This CVS is absolute trash! First of all, update your hours of operation; it says 9PM but it’s actually 7PM. Second, your pharmacy staff is rude as they come. Was told my prescription could be refilled before they closed and once I arrived at 6:57PM they said it was too late to fill. I’m okay with the result, the classless female behind the counter was snotty about it. Fingers crossed this place goes out of business. USE THRIFTY WHITE PHARMACY. Nice staff and they’re open later.

Pharmacy side:Doesn’t have enough staff and therefore the wait time is longer but they are helpful.Store side:It’s kind of a mess at all times. Hard to locate items and prices. The staff has been friendly with each visit despite not having enough people and it being chaotic.Prices are high dependent on what you’re looking for. It’s a drug store so you get drug store prices.The location/area isn’t the best. They are out of a log of items. Parking is awful.

I always seem to have frustrating experiences with the CVS pharmacy in Minot, ND. The majority of the times they have my prescription incorrect and it takes at least 2 more times before they have it correctly. This last time they filled my last refill incorrectly. I was supposed to get 5 boxes of my prescription. They gave me 5 boxes of the incorrect one. I told them and they gave me only one of the correct one and told me that was all they had at that time. I spoke to a helpful pharmacist later who recognized the incorrect one was filled and said he would order the correct one so I could get the remaining ones of my refill. I just went there and was told that they didn’t have anything and I had no refills left and they needed a new prescription!!! I tried to explain that they had incorrectly filled my refill so I should still be able to get the refill I was supposed to get. I also just got off the phone with a lady there and told her I had received a text last weekend saying my prescription was in and she was very rude and stated that she “didn’t know where I would have got that text because they hadn’t had a truck”. I felt like she was pretty much accusing me of making it up. She then said they would need a new prescription from a doctor. I am definitely never using the Minot CVS again!! This medication is for my migraines and now I have nothing because of their incompetence of filling prescriptions. I would like to say, though, that most of the people I have dealt with there have been nice and courteous, except for the lady I just spoke to.

I've read a lot of the previous reviews and I do understand the frustration. However, have any of you seen that saying that says, "The whole world is understaffed. Be kind to those who show up"? I've been a customer of this store for 15+ years. I get a lot of prescriptions because a I have a couple of chronic health issues. Have there been hiccups along the way? Absolutely. They are understaffed and are the busiest pharmacy in town. AND, the employees are human and humans make mistakes. I've had issues with my calls not being answered and long waits. I've also had employees from the pharmacy tell me they've found a coupon to get me my prescription at a lower price. In my opinion, the pharmacy changed their hours just so they'd have a chance to catch up on their prescriptions. I wholeheartedly believe the employees still come in at 8 AM and leave at 10 PM, using the time without customers or phone calls to fill prescriptions. I've never had a staff member be rude to me, but maybe that's because I've been kind to them.

I was shocked by the rudeness and unhelpfulness of the Pharmacy staff today. The extremely slow lady at the drive-up window barked questions at us with no greeting offered and no “Please/thank you” at all. They also could not process my insurance, and I have never had a problem with that for any prescription anywhere else. Now I have to submit for a refund to insurance. I certainly will be filling my prescriptions elsewhere. It doesn’t hurt to offer basic customer service. 40 minutes wait-no thank you.

Poorly ran pharmacy. Stood in line for 15 min. The check out at the pharm tells us the drive through can help with the fact my script was more this month then last month. Nope they cant- come back inside-the woman was rude do to me being upset about the lack of education. I get that i was upset- i wasnt rude- i didnt swear or even raise my voice. All over the overpricing of a med. I mistook the amount i am now being overcharged. That seemed to personally offend her as evidenced by her cutting me off when i attempted to explain what i paid last month. I was never told that this script was discount was due to a coupon. Customer service and some understanding would sure be nice.

Placed an order on Friday for a photo order. Rude customer service. Don’t know how to answer the phone. Shut the whole store down. The store is a mess, today is Sunday and I received an email saying it was ready but I go to get it and it’s not ready. Make it make sense? I cannot wait to leave this God forsaken town.

Always very rude to me. I understand it's poorly staffed like everything in Minot. I always have a problem getting my meds. Always a issue. I have insurance and they were making me pay. Finally after a few months the lady refunded all my money and handed it to me so rudly, it fell out my hands. Didn't offer to help me pick it up she walked away. I have always been very respectful to all the employees. I didn't understand. I was pregnant at the time very emotional and I started crying. I always use cvs this is my first year in Minot. I have never had a problem at any other cvs's. At first I thought it had to do with my race. But no it's just the employee's. I hate going in there so my boyfriend goes for me. He has issues and he's white definitely not a race thing. Just rude employees.

While in Minot, ND, visiting family, my husband’s watch battery died. While we were looking at the many different kinds of batteries a female pharmacist stopped & offered to help. Even tho she had already clocked out & was on her way home, she spent 10-15 minutes helping us, even putting the battery in his watch & making sure the back of the watch fit tight. I apologize for not remembering her name, but kudos to her for her customer service.

While trying to clear up a prescription problem for a client, the tech and I began talking at cross purposes. She assumed I had information I didn’t have and I was not actually realizing this was the issue until too late. As I tried to explain the CVS employee wouldn’t listen and actually hung up on me as I was ensuring the patient could indeed now come and pick up her script.

For the third time, I attempted to fill a prescription and the cashier couldn't "find" the script in the CVS system. Two of the scripts were refills (both current), and the third one was one that my physician sent over in July 2020. Annoyed because I'd been already standing in line for 15-20 minutes, I called my physician's office and was assured that it had indeed been sent in July. I then immediately called CVS and was told by someone else that the script was in the system. Wait. What?? To top it off, all three cashiers were rude and sarcastic. They need to re-train their staff and also practice their customer service skills. COVID-19 isn't a good enough excuse for such incompetence.

If I could, I would give CVS 0 stars..the pharmacy worker Jodie is a complete idiot she’s rude and has poor customer service.. the CVS in Minot is horrible,I’ve loved CVS for the customer services and hours Minots store does not deliver the CVS pharmacy services as other CVS’s. The pharmacy needs to quit being so desperate for workers and find more respectable and professional workers with at least half way decent customer service.. and I can’t even email a complaint about the store to CVS main site .. 🤬😡

I like the discount points you earn here with their loyalty program. I am forced to come here by my prescription insurance, their pharmacists and pharmacy techs can be a bit of a pain to deal with due to laws and CVS corporate rules and policies. Here's a quote from one Pharmacist, "I really can't help you any further, I'm just a little Pharmacist, in a great big corporation!" Most of the time, things go smoothly, and you can get good discounts. If you have a problem with an issue or a prescription, you're on your own.

I bought an item advertised for $14.79 on the shelf. I went to the self-check out where it charged me $17.49. I waited in line forever because there was only one person working on a very busy Saturday morning. I decided to go to the pharmacy to get help, and no one there could or would help me. I went back to the front and asked if there was anyone else working. She said what is the problem, and I told her. She asked if I had put in my customer care number and I again told her that had nothing to do with it, but that I was overcharged from what the item is listed for on the shelf. She said, "Oh, yeah, that can happen. We raised our prices. I told her that the register cannot charge more than the advertised price on the shelf. She said there was nothing she could do. I told her that I would not be back to a CVS pharmacy, and left.

I have never in my life been to a pharmacy that obviously doesn't start processing your prescription until you go to pick it up until I came here. Multiple times we have come here after waiting about an hour and been told it wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. Last time, we got told "come back in 30 minutes", and when we did, they told us to come back in ANOTHER 20 minutes. We were extremely annoyed.And this is not a CVS issue. This is a management/location issue. CVS in Arkansas has never done anything like this.

The only reason we give this a star is because there is no option for NO STARS GIVEN !!!My wife was trying to pick up medications today and the endless mistakes made were unbelievable. I thought Pharmacists were educated? Even the techs should at least be able to get a name right and process for the correct prescription. Someone is going to be seriously injured or worse.It took two hours to get a simple prescription for eye drops.... First we were in the drive through and it wasn't processed an hour after the prescription was called in. So we had to get in the back of the drive through line again, this time they said it was ready, but to process insurance we would need to go inside... So we went inside and got in line again. When we got to the front of the line we were told we would need to get in a different line... After waiting in that line, when we got to the front they discovered the medication wasn't correct, wasn't for my wife, everything about the process was wrong. The tech/clerk/pharmacist? corrected the errors.... and sent us back into the other line. When we got to the front of the line the dingbat who couldn't remember ANYTHING told us, "I'm sorry, that order isn't ready yet...."My wife said, "IT IS READY!!!! ITS RIGHT THERE IN THE BACK" so, she got it from the back and asked, "IS THIS FOR BIRTH CONTROL????"HOLY PHARMACEUTICAL COW!!!! NO ITS FOR MY EYES!!!!Seriously.... If CVS Management reads this, please... Find out who was on duty 5/18/2020 around 3:30 and do some cleaning house before someone gets hurt. A simple, "Oh, one of our customers was upset" conversation isn't going to fix this... Its obvious there is a systemic problem that won't correct itself till some people are replaced.

The reason for 2 stars and only reason is because I get auto refills every month on 2 prescriptions. I give CVS an extra 2 days to make sure they are actually ready when I show up so I don't have to come back 8x a day and it always is. So, 5 stars on that. BUT when it comes to same day pick up they fail tremendously! My mother had reconstructive surgery on her mouth and had 6 meds to be filled. Dropped them off and was told 1.5 hours by the tech working. My husband and I show up 3 hours later and they were not done. When they were done it was 7 hours later. The ticket on the meds showed that they weren't processed until 4pm and had a promise time of 645pm. They were dropped off at 1230pm! My mom went 7 hours without pain meds after surgery on her jaw! SCREW THEM!!!!!!

Would it have been too much to ask of a huge conglomerate like CVS to do such a simple thing as update your pharmacy hours on Google? I mean we are talking about medications that are needed and to drive all the way, sick as a dog, only to be told by the pharmacist that she can't give me my medications because their hours have changed. SMH. Thumbs up CVS for literally showing me that you really don't give a **** and that basically you run your company true to form as yet another facet of corporate America and Big Pharma. I'm pulling my active scripts and bringing them to my local mom and pop drugstore where I'm appreciated as a customer. Y'all make me sick....literally

Pharmacy staff have treated me and all family members rudely when picking up rxs after my surgeries and when picking up routine rxs. It hasn't been a one time thing but constant rudeness, nasty comments and attitudes from all pharmacy staff for over 2 years. I've had enough. I've decided to switch as soon as my refills are up. Sick people and chronic pain patients don't need this kind of treatment.
