Small BX, but seems to be stocked well, clean, and friendly folks. Found a pair of jeans...so thats a plus.Looks like another place that is short staffed...Food court was good, and had the usual selections.

The B. X. has a pretty decent selection. The staff, for the most part, are awesome. There are very few staff members I encountered with negative 👎🏿 attitudes at Subway. But that doesn’t get to me.

The Base Exchange (BX) is the typical experience you would find on any other Military Base in the US. I found the workers there to be very helpful and readily available to answer any questions that I have had. The selection of products is typically slim but decent enough for anyone’s basic needs but when you want to go deep into different brands or various products you realize that there isn’t a huge array of things.They do have a decent amount of power tools and electronics for fixing, building and entertainment. Prices are typically similar if not lower than what you would find at places like Walmart, Target, etc...there are plenty of options to help you with paying for your goods including payment plays you can use to help build up your credit.

Expectedly, limited items on sale but the staff are consistently amazing. Natasja/Natasha was very kind in helping me with two urgent Western Union transactions and remained very calm and composed during that frustrating time. The staff are consistently nice and helpful I just have to edit this review. This time, it’s Cody who was utterly amazing.

I am disabled and I was very impressed with new electric carts for the disabled. They are real nice. I can get out and walk around a little but there are some that can not. The store floor is so crowded that a person can not traverse around many of the displays.

Fair prices backed up by price match. The downfall, is the poor selection of pretty much everything but electronics. Tiny selection of kids clothes! You can get some great deals if you watch clearance. The running joke is if you want it, they don't have it..again unless it is electronics.

The only reason I am posting is because of one manager, Elea V. He has to be the best person I have ever worked with in customer service. Helpful, patient, and a real problem solver. All the exchanges around the world are about the same but not all of them have managers that actually try to help. Thank you so much Elea.

The staff phenomenal. Went in to price match car seats and they were amazingly patient with us as Walmart staff working customer service baby department didn't want to do their job. BX staff were super flexible as my husband finally got Walmart to corporate and finally confirmed the price and accepted that he called from his own phone and the number matched Walmarts. Only spent about an hour but being consistent and determined goes along way only saved $80 but now we can set that $80 in our savings. Thank you BX staff for going above and beyond!!!!

For the last week and a half the trash bins in the men's bathroom have been overflowing. The far right hand sink has been out of order for months. The hand soap dispenser has been empty for at least 2 weeks. The hot water is scalding, it has always been that way.

We tried to get lunch at Popeye's Chicken. They had 2 pieces of chicken and said it would be 12 minutes for more to be up, which would not be a problem except that is the 3rd time, we have had that same thing happen recently. No one working there seems to notice when they have 2 pieces left, they should maybe throw a batch in. Not impressed.

Decent selection of some things, but considering how far away most shopping is, I'm surprised they don't have more. Only the smallest pack of newborn diapers? Seems like they'll probably have what you need in a hurry, but I'll choose somewhere else if I have the time.

Super nice and very friendly, but waaaaay over priced. Came to buy a printer expecting to maybe pay $5 or $10 more than Amazon and they were DOUBLE the price! A $99 printer (HP Envy 7640) was $199! The 5660 was $69 on Amazon and $149 at the BX. That's ridiculous! Same exact printer, new in the box.

I went to the commissary today for the 1st time and in looking around and seeing all the items and the prices of everything and the cleanliness of the commissary itself is outstanding 👌. Customer service at the self checkout excellent.

Popeyes! I wish they had longer hours but understand that their market is limited to when airmen are out and about. Always clean and the employees are friendly.

Very nice, however, like most AAFES facilities, they carry way too many high-end brands, and nothing more affordable like Walmart or Target! This has been going on for as long as I've been shopping there (70s)!
