A normal stop for me. Truck parking, clean restrooms, reasonably friendly staff. I'm on a strict Keto eating plan, so my food choices here are very limited, and like almost all other c-stores in small town Upper Midwest, they're not a 24hr business, but overall, they're a reasonable place to stop. They also have truck diesel and motel rooms, which I cannot rate, because I have never utilized these services/ goods.Update: Patriot Fuels bought this place and demolished the motel. Food choices have been changed/improved since I wrote my original review.Dietary restrictions: I'm on a strict keto eating plan, and they do have a FEW on-plan options.

You need to fix you’re hours. How are people that work early and passed 4 supposed to get gas if you don’t have a card. You guys are just never open in general, shoulda put a Casey’s there. Plus online it says open until 10

this little small town store has been telling its customers that they can purchase at a discount of the original purchase any food item in a food warmer case after 9:00pm ,the price being only one dollar. the reason behind this I would guess would be to eliminate waste and recoup some of their food cost. however there is a problem with this , I went in there on several occasions to make purchases of energy drinks and other needs, on one occasion I was told by a clerk behind the counter that it was after 9:00pm and that if I wanted any food item in a food warmer case that it was one dollar each for all items in the case off the regular purchase price, but only after 9:00pm. so anyway, I did take the clerk up on her offer of the after 9pm discount on this occasion and many other occasions as well. one night I was greatly disappointed , I waited till after 9pm for 9 pm deal and went to the c-store and purchased three items intending to spend only 3 dollars, I took out one pizza and two burgers from the food warmer, when it came time to ring up the items I was told that I would have to pay full purchase price because it was not 9:30 pm yet, I asked about the deal being at 9:00pm and was told that it was always done at 9:30pm , I said I would come back at 9:30 and make the purchase and was told that I had to buy the food right then and there at full price because I had touched it...keep in mind the food was wrapped and in containers and not exposed to my bare hands, so I made the purchase...I was not happy at all at being mislead in this manner ...I spoke with some friends and relatives that had the same thing happen to them at this same store. that tells me one thing ,unethical bait and switch tactics are being played at this location and for all who shop there to just be aware of it. I for one will not be patronizing that location any longer because of what happened. I would spent at least 20-30 dollars a day in that store... you do the math, for them to get one over on me this one time they lost the rest of my business, and then I come on here and warn others and tell my story and spread what happened via word of mouth they lose lots of business , these are the consequences for not acting professional and violating good ethical practices

Not a motel... just a convenience store... and rooms that get rented out to area farmers and employees for the planting and harvest seasons.There's a motel in Gwinner though, some miles west.
