Very high prices, especially on meat. And 95% of the time the ground beef looks nice and red on the outside but on the inside it's brown and smells. Not sure how it's not a health code violation to just mix fresh and old meat together.

Horrible experience, waited for a customer to spend $165 in groceries, cashier had to use her phone to figure out the change, I set my 5 items down then cashier proceeded to tell me I had to go to the other register because this one wasn't working. Didn't offer to pick up my items that I had already placed on the shelf so I picked them up and as soon as I went to the next register, another cashier came and took the guy behind me. (at the register I was just at) So I said why did I get moved to this register she said that one's not working that well, so I said well I'm paying with a debit card so you didn't have to figure out my change. Horrible experience they were not happy they were not pleasant and I hate that this is the only grocery store in Mayville

Miller's fresh foods, no matter which of their many locations, boast a wide variety of Staples and specials that provide the user with a wonderful experience and a beautiful basket of sundries. you can't do better in a small town getting groceries anywhere but at Miller's fresh foods... The only downside to your experience at Miller's fresh foods, comes right at the end before you put your cart away and carry your bags out to the car. That moment where a high school student getting paid minimum wage, or a grown adult trying to feed their family also getting minimum wage, hands you a receipt with larger numbers on it than you hoped. Other than that moment when you look at the slip and say, "dang bro, really?" The rest of your experience with Miller's fresh foods will be a pleasant one. Always fresh food, boasting an in house butcher and produce manager, both there to ensure top quality big town products despite being in a small town, 4 stars out of 5 is a well earned solid trip. Stop in, and get yourself a bite.
