Update time, my original post was a week after orientation. I'm now at 3 months. I'm still getting great miles. Darien in the shop is a pleasure to call when I needed him. I feel respected and not micro managed. I do my job and they do theirs. How they don't have over 4 stars is beyond me. If you want real otr solo this is the place. I love not loading and reloading every other day. I'm pretty sure my shortest trip since I started was 800 miles. They make me want to do a good job everyday, because they don't bother me.

Amazing company. Recruiters Laura and Eric are very honest and don't sugarcoat anything during the recruitment process. Everything that they said would be relieved or promised occurred as they said it would. Shop guys are very fast, efficient, and polite. All of the employees are great people. Definitely recommend this company to drivers who want great equipment, great miles, and to not be micromanaged.

I'm a new driver for them and so far I can't think of anything I was told to expect is incorrect. Friendly folks and plenty of miles, fantastic shop and newer equipment. Plenty of support from all the management without any micromanagement. I recommend this company for anyone who is looking respect and opportunities for a professional driver

This company lacks from professionalism Andrew has NO matters what so ever even after I told him that what he wanted was going to do prevent me from putting food on my kids table, he answered “I don’t Care” a brutal behavior. While Holland enterprises keep animals like Andrew in charge the company head to be out of business. DO NOT WORK IN ANY SHAPE WAY OR FORM with Holland Enterprises. WHILE ANDREW IS IN CHARGE AND I don’t see the company removing Andrew Handers from its position since he is the owner I pray to Got he gets what he deserves. Hopefully he understands that family is first. Worst company ever.

Only family oriented if your last name is Holland. They show no loyalty to employees who were loyal to them. They laugh and make fun of drivers behind their backs. The office environment is about as toxic as they come.

Jenna is exceptionally friendly and helpful. In a market where new carriers are popping up every day, relationships have become more important than ever. Current Driver here. I really took a chance coming here all the way from Florida. And I can say I have no regrets. Drivers here average 3000 miles weekly and some of the best pay in the industry. This company is like finding a Unicorn. They are so good to their drivers. All late model equipment, equipped with a dorm size refrigerator that has a real top freezer. I have DirecTV, XM radio, and all the perks. And these are COMPANY trucks, not lease trucks. They maintain the equipment very well too. The staff here has always been friendly and professional, even to my 2 Pitties. Oh and don't let me forget to talk about the terminal perks! The driver's lounge is very nice with several leather recliners, sattleite tv, a kitchen and the refrigerator is always stocked with fresh sandwiches for drivers. There is also a laundry area in the lounge that are free for drivers to use. They also have several very nice, private showers that are kept clean for drivers to use. Here's something you need to know before you apply here, they only want to best drivers. Not drivers who are going to tear up their equipment or have issues that'll affect the company's record. If you're looking for a great company, give Eric a call in recruiting. They'll rent you a car to get here too.

OTR I am for many yrs now.I don't drive for them, but wow such a wide spread on the reviews. I'd say that all they have on n in their trucks APUs, Fridges, Inverters, etc length of miles loads, etc has got to say something well about them. and I read good things about their shop n maintenance, seems they work more with you than against you IMO.

I was a little skeptical making the switch here after reading a couple of negative reviews, but I have to say I’m extremely happy I went with my gut and came on over. First off the loads and miles here are amazing. It feels good not having to get unloaded or loaded every single day at these so called OTR companies. The shop, dispatchers, and well really anyone that I’ve had the chance to speak to here are all super kind and even the few drivers I’ve gotten a chance to talk to were awesome. They have well taken care of equipment the trucks come with direct tv and a fridge and they will even take your passenger seat out for you so you can have more space. They have all welcomed me and my co pilot Bella with open arms and I’m glad to be here. Also NO no one asked me to leave a review here. Is Holland perfect? Pretty dang close…

7 or so weeks in and I'm enjoying it. I'm ran hard and when I'm sitting in a dock, it isn't for long and I'm moving again. 7 weeks in and I haven't been laid over yet, not even once. Our customers are great and the dispatching is even better. Top notch equipment. Only downside is they require you to stay out a minimum 3 weeks but it's only because we run such long hauls. Great company so far!

After almost a year with Holland I’m still here. Why you ask well I’ll tell you. It’s an awesome company to work for. Are they perfect? No but they try so hard to get to that goal but who is perfect? I’m not perfect Holland isn’t perfect but I’m still here because they are family to me. Great mile good pay and benefits. The shop and staff are awesome so this is why I’m staying put. Oh and the Chili is so good on a North Dakota winters day.

Love working for this company. They are very nice to drivers and honest with drivers. The customers like us because the relationship Holland has with them. I have been driving since 1996 the best company I've worked for hands down. Always get home on time They do not micromanage. Their dispatch system with regions is brilliant 99% of the time have a load set up before delivery of the present load. Their equipment is immaculate and works great. They wasn't even considering mandating vaccines to drivers either. The shop personnel takes their time with you. Handle repairs of any pretty fast. They have long hauls a lot. 900 Miles is a short trip. You drive 48 states. Dot don't hassle Holland. Have pre pass. Have road facing cameras but not on the driver. They have good bonuses. They reward hard work. Have satellite TV. They care about the drivers. They have set up to use cat scales on the app. The trailers have auto air fill on the tires so not losing tires. Tandems easy to slide. They ha e a system for everything that works smooth. They have a night dispatch for Immediate concerns. A lot of times they send an authorization code for pumper fee if after hours delivery ahead of time. They give good instructions for shipper and receiver. They give you all the miles you can stand. 11000 miles a month minimum.If you are solo and want the passenger seat out they do that for more room. I've been here three years next month. You don't sit waiting on loads ever. Truck wash once a month. Great place to work for over the road.

They are a very good company to work for. In my 20 plus years Of driving they are #1 in the only 2 companies that actually respect their employees not just drivers. They expect you to know how to do your job and not have to be babysat. Lol the only bad thing I can say about them is we spend entirely to much time in the white stuff in the winter.

I've been with Holland Enterprises for almost 2 years now. Best company ever! The biggest thing with me is they are very professional and treat drivers with respect, without micro managing. They keep us moving the whole time we are out. Good ling trips and most of the places we go into are easy and quick. I'll be driving for another 13 years and if they'll have me I'm gonna be staying right here.

They give the drivers the respect they need and deserve. I love having the one on one time to talk to drivers and going thru orientation with new drivers. Good equipment, personal, and a real good mechanic s and shop make working here pleasurable. You will get all the miles you want and have always got me home whenever I wanted

Great company. I am still driving for them. I just recently had a family emergency and they where so helpful and understanding at getting me home. Its little things like that. 1st off probably will be retiring from here. Definitely one of the best places I have ever worked for. They are not joking when you hear that they have miles and they advantage length of haul. I can't remember when I have had less than 3300 miles a week or more and normally i go for east to west.. Washington Oregon or California to Maryland or Virginia Pennsylvania ect. Yes even Florida and Carolinas.. Plus they pay for all the extra like satellite TV and even have a TV and stuff on the truck if you want it. Along with satellite radio. Like I said I have never seen another trucking companies actually do what they say but this one does and stick to it.. really great people in office and shop.. Plus you are not sitting around unless you want to or you are home..

Started in May 2019. Amazing company to work for. Great MAINTAINED equipment, plenty of miles, not any type of micromanaging, request hometine and you get it without any hesitation. Nice terminal with showers, 4 private bunk rooms, and drivers lounge. Need something fixed on truck or trailer, it gets done. Rider/pets from day one. Great family atmosphere to work in. Very happy I came here.
