My wife and I were so pleased with our visit with Annette when we spent one of our recent Saturdays looking for a new mower. She provided us with the detailed specs for each mower my wife wanted to look at. The best part was her suggestion for my wife to try them out outside to get the feel of the mower which in the end is what sold her on our new Honda mower after a day mower shopping around bismarck mandan.

This happened a few months ago, but wanted to make this now that the bike is done, I had brought some wheels and tires to get mounted and as you see in the attached photo they were not on all the way, I brought them to Honda to save some time on the project, and ended up having to do the tires anyways. If a new rider would’ve just thrown them on and drove and that bead set while driving it could’ve been dangerous. I would not recomend Honda…

I bought a new Honda talon 1000x here and it had an oil leak brought it back they fixed it right away no questions asked. sales experience was good they seem to have the best prices on new stuff .

Ordered a service manual through Open Rd., Honda. The parts salesman promise me it was gonna be no more than two weeks instead it was up to two weeks minimum. This is the second time he has lied when it comes to parts. when ordering parts in the past, he does bare minimum of effort to help customers I’m no longer going back there again The place is a joke. I spent a lot of money there. I hope they feel it. That’s what you get when you hire incompetent people

I have purchased numerous items from Dusty at open road Honda and I have always been treated more than fair and professionally. My most recent experience is I went on a bike trip with Dusty adventure riding. I had issue with fork seal leaking due to crud getting in there. Dusty was on the phone talking to his people to research a better possible seal immediately that day. He was also outside the next morning wiping the forks off. I never asked him to do this but that’s CUSTOMER service. Upon the end of trip he called me and set up time for tires service and the seals. Being I’m a hundred miles away we set a time and I took bike in. Less than a week and service called said it’s done,I didn’t think it would be done for sometime later, again GREAT service. I happened to be down that way and Dusty was willing to meet on Sunday so I could pick it up and saved me a extra trip. There is a Honda dealer in my city but I will always take my business to Open Road Honda and continue to tell people of my experience with them

Had a crack in my fron tire after a good day of riding. Called oved and was told to bring it by. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. For a kid that is 17 he was knowledgeable and helpful. Also held his sales stance and carried himself extremely professional manner. Was in an out in under 45 min. Thanks guys..

I love this place! The guys are here are all great, super helpful, really nice people all around. Decent prices for everything from parts to gear to accessories, wheelers, bikes, generators, motorcycles, lawn mowers, snow blowers, etc. I have done business with these guys for over 10 years & it's the only place I will take my Honda stuff for work to be done on them. These guys are great!

Plenty of selections for all types of riders here at Open Road Honda. A couple years ago I was looking for a new dual sport. I did get one but not from this dealership. I am now looking for an upgrade and I think Open Road Honda has what I'm looking for.

The only reason they got 1 star is because I couldn't give them zero. I took in my 99 CBR 600 in for some wiring work. This ended up having to pay $200 for them to tighten up a few connections, owell if it was fixed but it wasn't. When I got the bike back I found that they did a break stand with it and burnt the tire down to the threads. There was rubber sticking to the rear fender, it is very obvious what happened. So the next day they got a call and the manager denied everything, he wouldn't even say he was sorry, very much not impressed with customer service. After that I took it for a little ride to see if it at least worked. I drove 25miles and had to have someone pick me up because it completely died. I got the bike back in far worse shape than when I took it in. They ended up charging me too break my bike worse and deny everything. You can't trust them and they won't stand behind their work, don't take your Hondas here.

Just got a motorcycle from here, this is the second time I've been to Open Road Honda in the past 2 years the first time we financed a 2014 Honda 450r wonderful atv, we absolutely love it, as for the motorcycle, we haven't picked it up just yet but very excited to! We always get excellent customer service, and the finance department is amazing!!!! All I have to say is Open Road Honda is the place to be! I would not regard someone else's comments, they are very friendly here, and always the best with customer service!!!! A+++++ to all of the department's here, thank you for everything.

04 Honda vtx 1300 needed a tune up. They got the carb cleaned up and jetted, (after 8 days when they told me 3, neat trick to get you in the door). Got her back, thought all was well. Nope, ran terrible, backfires, on/off throttle woes, surging etc. Took it back in, they put it on the dyno and told me they couldn't get it to act up. I'm calling b.s. it runs terrible as soon as you start it up, hot or cold. The tech was extremely dismissive and basically told me I don't know what I'm talking about. Gave me stories about single pin cranks not idling well etc. Thing is, I've owned this bike for 14 years, I know how it feels, sounds and shakes when its running right, or running poorly. Not to mention it smells horribly of gas and gets 90 miles or less per tank. So here we are after 2 visits and being told I'm nuts, with a bike that runs terribly. Glad i paid almost 300 bucks for them to fix it. Extremely frustrating. Never again will I come to open road for anything. Its one thing to have trouble with a machine, but to dismiss me as if I don't know what I'm talking about? Shame on the service department. Absolute f#*×ing joke.

Have bought atvs from here. Everyone seems super friendly, down to earth, and they do work with you on making deals etc. Of course Honda basicly sells itself. They do however seem to have some miscommunication between employees. I have not had experience with their service department yet.

I Had my bike worked at another shop. Some of the work was in question took it over to Shawn in service he had Casey his master tech fix up the other shops mistakes. I don't own a Honda but I will be taking both my motorcycles back to Shawn and his guys. A+++ service work.

Doing an updated review purchased a snowblower on 3/6/19 salesman was very helpful with the buying process and getting it loaded up into my truck with me and helping filling out the warranty info my only issue with buying at open road honda at this point is the same issue i have with bismarck honda it is the financing department which is out of there hands i understand but honda definetly needs to be more flexible with people with moderate credit and higher than average yearly earnings but i will be returning in the future for any honda purchases
