Customer service wasn't to bad. Although they did lie to me about a part they had to order. Never got a call that it was in, when I called to get a refund, I got nothing but an attitude. I've been a customer on and off for about year and half. Never had issues until this last time. The kid broke something on our lawnmower, He was in a hurry, which we made very clear that there was no need to hurry. When I calls the next day, they hung up on me. Place is a bit expensive.
