Not a favorite stop to make. We do a lot of work in the area and frequently need a quick fix. I’ve been turned away more times than I’ve been serviced. Frequently it’s hours faster to drive to George’s in Dickinson and get back to work than waiting at the co-op store. For such a slow looking shop with not a lot of traffic you’d think they would jump to it for a customer that spends a lot of money. Only got a second star because they actually got my truck in today. Last time was a disaster. But for real check out George’s tire in Dickinson. NASCAR fast tire changes. Truck, trailer, small car they do it all and don’t mess around.

Place is a joke. Employees were all sitting at the front desk when I arrived. Asked if they had time to fix a tire. Asked me how long I could wait..... It is a five minute fix and your employees obviously aren't busy! He told me to pull my pickup around to the overhead door, which in my experience you get your employee to do that so I can wait in the waiting room. Anyway, I drove my pickup around and sat at the door for five mins waiting for help, while I watched a welder gring metal next to my truck. I wouldn't recommend taking anything there. Opens at 8 and I guess they don't start working until 9, if they do work at all . I'm driving to Watford (way out of my way) because I know there they will be willing to help me.

A bad day gone bad with a flat tire. The shop hero to my rescue. I limped in my work truck and trailer at closing time. He fixed my tire, gave me a quote on tires and got me hone for family dinner night on time.Great job! I'll be back.

They will not have any time for your small job. All I needed was a bead set, and the tired aired up(5min job, or less), but they didn’t have time. It’s a $120 tire repair, but they couldn’t do it. Had to drive 89miles back up to my shop, just to get my tire taken care of(costed me $1200, between fuel burned and work lost. All because Western Choice didn’t have 5mins.... yeah, I’m not real impressed.

Truck drivers priotories are not the stores concern which ivan expressed clearly when i challenged him on the hour that he promised that i would have to wait. The kid in the shop doing the repairs is lazy and his work ethic was clearly challenged for a simple screw in a tractor tire truck tire. The only time he stepped up his pace was when his music cut off and he sprinted across the shop to address his problem.... not impressed at all.

Don't have enough good to say about this place and Ivan. When the housing broke on the oil filter and we had to wait over the weekend for the part to fix it, I was given a loaner. He was so apologetic for an issue that was probably the fault of the business that did our previous service. As a bonus I was introduced to Sue's Thai Kitchen in Manning. Thanks Ivan and the people you work for. I will come back from Waterford with any future needs.
