This place is quite busy so the staff is always hard at work yet happily serves you with a smile. The food here is slightly above your standard fast food place taste wise because it's always served hot n fresh. The Alaskan fish sandwich is delicious. Not the cleanest establishment but they get a pass because there's so much foot traffic from the oilfield workers coming in and out with muddy boots.

Came through drive through. Ordered food. Received the wrong burger (missing a patty and its a different burger entirely) was missing a fry for another combo. Even at the drive through window. was told "don't worry everything's in there and I threw in forks and napkins"It's dairy queen. I get it. Expectations aren't high anyway, But when 40 bucks gets spent and are reassured and still food wrong and missing.

Was in drive through line 8 mins before close with one car ahead of me ordering. When it was my turn to order it was 6 mins left. I tried to get their attention multiple times by saying hello. I pulled up to the window thinking maybe their speaker box was malfunctioning but they didn’t come to the window.Are the open hours posted just an estimate and they can close when they want to? I have to stay at work until my posted shift it over. I seen multiple cars drive up so I’m sure the amount of revenue lost here is astronomical over the course of a year.I will not return until the owner/operator can guarantee the posted hours are operational for business.

Went in here today, ordered my food. My food was ready for over 10 minutes while the employee was talking with other people within the restaurant. Talking to friends, not customers. This was about to make me late for work, so I put my number on the counter and walked out. Complete waste of my time, and money. I am very displeased, and will not be returning. I got a response from the owner 9 months after the issue, just said, im sorry I hope you give us another chance. Didnt even offer to pay me back for the food that I paid for and never received. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE, TAKE YOUR MONEY SONEWHERE ELSE

I absolutely am disgusted with this DQ they fail on everything from missing items on burgers and forgetting fries to not putting napkins in the bags as I have small children and mind you they still charge me for bacon and don't put it on the items I or my wife order. We have been to other DQs and have absolutely not had 1 issue with anything. I would not order at this dq however it is the closest one around and i feel we shouldn't have to suffer because of incompetent staff.

Not going there again. A bunch of 16 year olds running the place and waited 20 minutes for two small blizzards and small fry. Asked for ranch and instead of the little cups that is Dairy Queen brand you’re supposed to get I was served ranch from their gas station deli attached next door. which also happened about 4 months earlier when I was there. I asked why they were serving that instead and the cashier says “I don’t know I just work here”. Like isn’t it your job to answer customer questions if you work there? The guy in front of me ordered something that was apparently out of stock but wasn’t notified until after he paid and received a random item in place of it.

Place was EXCELLENT!!! Been to a LOT of dairy queen restaurants in my time and this is one of the BEST by far. Staff is VERY friendly, place is clean despite being filled with us oil field drivers. Brought the food out to my table, it was fast, fresh, and made right.

Haven't been there in 20 years or so and was as I remember, very good ice cream and ohh the burgers smelled so good. The ones I had when I lived in Georgia was so good too.

2nd day in a row got a blizzard, cookie dough. Terrible mixes in both, there has only been cookie dough in the top 1/4 of the blizzard and nothing else mixed below! Time to step up your blizzard game.

Staff is nice and helpful because all north dakota people are nice... food is the same as in any other dairy queen but is served hot and straight from the grill every time.
