The Dollar General store in Kenmare has an "employee (manager)" by the name of Trish.No matter how bad of a day I have had, no matter how much back pain I am in, she always has me smiling and laughing by the time I walk out the door.Trish knows where every item in the store is! She is always available to ask questions, find things, help in the App. Matter of fact, Trish taught me how to use the APP! She actually took the time out of her schedule to teach me how to utilize it!It's obvious that she is always busy, but Trish always seems to make me feel like she is not rushing me with finding things or explaining things! She really is AWESOME and AMAZING and I can't say it enough!!

Terrible customer service, I have never met more rude employees than I have here. They claim to have alot of customer service experience but they clearly are not good at dealing with people in a respectful manner. Which you would expect at her age. They refused to let me exchange something when I had the receipt. Also argued with me on polices about bagging items when I was trying to exchange something. I have talkiled to many other residents and they all have the same problems when shopping here. I understand they have a hard time keeping employees bit that's not a good enough reason to let people like that continue to treat customers the way they do!
