I was there today. Tried to buy a 54 ztr. I felt invisible. After 25 minutes I left . The machine is 4000 dollars. I'll not beg. I guess they don't need customers. They forget our business pays their wages.

We were so thrilled that the store manager and team at my local tractor supply made our Christmas purchase so convenient!we even got the delivery several days later when it was convenient for us.She wouldn't even accept a tip!thank you again.

Two weeks ago I had called and asked if there were ducks. I was told yes there are and for one to be put on hold for me. When I get there a few hours later I’m told NO ducks came in on that day AT ALL. So someone had gotten chickens mixed with ducks and was withholding a chicken for me. First mistake no big deal, today however I call asking if there are ducks, told yes there are but can only hold a minimum of two I say no problem I rush there within ten min. Then I am told NO DUCKS came in AT ALL this morning. So I call and ask for a manager and then I am blamed for not getting there in time for there to be any ducks left when I’ve been told none have even been coming in when I get there. The manager was not nice about this as she thought I was pulling her leg that I’m being told when I call that YES there are ducks there and that if I’m told this it’s only that I didn’t show up in time for there to be any ducks left. Terrible service if they have workers that can’t even tell a duck or chicken apart. AND for the manager Jess to blame me for their employee not knowing the difference.

This Tractor Supply has great customer service and a clean and organized store. It was just a quick stop just before they closed and the gentleman working was helpful and patient. I also appreciated his humor very much.

I'm impressed with how they've handled COVID-19 by taking time to sterilize and make sure I'm comfortable when coming in. Sometimes it can be hard to find someone to assist before the pandemic, but it seems they are working on this. Consistency over time would bring me to a 5 star review.

If you're single guy you need to come here because there are women that aren't like other women here.These girls know about farming and ranching! You're gonna walk out of here with some chicks whether they be human or actual baby chicks.Just the nicest people and the store has everything you could ever want. accept for cotton candy they don't have that.

Great place for garden ,Lawn,care supplies yard Furniture, Grilling out supplies Pet Food and supplies, Rideing lawn mowers outdoor plants ,potting soil , tractor supply is clean and people are friendly it's fairly new bldg bright lights when you walk in not like some places that have low lighting vary nice place go their often I recommend if your in Jamestown and haven't been in this place just walk in walk around you never know what your going to find give it a try love tractor supply will shop their again in the summer

They carry the dog food that helped my dog heal, top quality at the best price in town. The canned is cheaper than Walmart! An interesting and fun store

Had a problem with 1 of the products that they sold and the management was not even decent about taking care of it had to call the district manager and the company that sold the product even though store has a 30 day return policy and my problem product was only 13 days old so bad management and the store in Jamestown nd
