This location had the items that we needed. My girls found a activities to do at home, which they really enjoy. My eldest said that this store was better than Dollar General. I would have to agree with her. The quality of products, the price and the convenience are a lot better than the latter. What made my experience even better was communicating with the cashier, Irene -I believe that is what her name was. She was friendly, engaging and honest. Plus, the way she attempted to obtain a side sell was cute. ❤️

Generally can find everything I shop for however, poor customer service.We do not get greeting or acknowledged in any way upon entering the store, never asked if we need any assistance finding anything.Manger is very unprofessional and rude.Upon checkout there's never any words spoken, just checks us out and gets us out the door.Regardless I will continue shopping this store since I'm not there for the staff.

The employee was extremely helpful and polite. I didn't ask her name and I regret not being able to leave her the survey she deserves. The store was pretty much out of most the things I needed and there's no sanitizer wipes for the shopping carts

Absolute poor customer service. Entered store to see a young man named Casey tidying the store. No greeting, no eye contact. Asked this young man for restroom key...again, no eye contact or acknowledgement other than handing key across counterFine...whatever. . Returned key to kim and went to make my purchases. Asked if he was only one there because he was just rude...he snarled no, runup my stuff mumbling to himself. I paid my bill, gathered my purchases and said...FIRST and LAST time I ever shop this store . Sorry that customers are an imposition!

Has customer service fallen that far off the wayside? What about service with a smile? Not a single employee asked me if I was finding what I was looking for and I saw 3 of them. Not one offered to help up front when we were all standing inline to check out. I used to really enjoy shopping at the Dollar Tree but the last couple times it has not been a pleasant experience.

ALWAYS stop there!!! I drive almost 100 miles to shop in Jamestown, and I never miss hitting the Dollar Tree!!! I have a personal preference for a few dozen items I shop for, and unlike screwed up Walmart, they have never failed me for what I want or need!!!!!

The Jamestown Dollar Tree is one ofnthe cleanest Dollar Tree stores you will find. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is a good selection of goods offered.

The staff at this location were not helpful. I had a pickup order and they would not even look at the email had and was reading to them. They kept stating I was wrong when I was reading them the email from their company referring to an order pickup. One staff’s reasoning for not reading the email was “I don’t have my glasses on”. I will never return to this store.

It is a good place to go, for Jamestown there is not as many places around to go, if you don't have much money. And we should shop local, to keep are business going.

Jamestown is lucky to have Dollar Tree! Most of the staff is very friendly and their product selection is pretty good most of the time.
