The wait for food was long (15 minutes). Even when first arriving and no one else being there. Some items were missing and I had to go back to the counter to ask for them. After the meal I ordered ice cream for the kids and it took 20 minutes to get that. Food was fine when it arrived but the wait is something I'd expect from a sit down restaurant.

Just went through drive through for a blizzard and a pup cup, 15 min wait, couple pieces of cookie dough on top of the ice cream was it 🤣🤣 every time I go to this one it's slow and disappointing, going to be driving to fargo from now on I guess

This location has never been great - slower service, incorrect orders, etc. but we wrote it off as hiccups of being a new location for a while. Tonight we sat at the drive thru for 25 minutes after we ordered without anyone ever coming to the window. We ultimately ended up just driving away and going home. Really want this location to succeed because it’s so convenient, but they need help!

We visited this evening, there were 3 other customers waiting for simple ice cream orders. We had a small blizzard and a pre packaged heath dilly bar. Waited forever, the gentleman in the back were flapping their lips more then working including some very loud "F" bombs!😳 we asked for the manager and politely reminded others could hear. He then went in the back and reported to everyone. To which one of the mouthy youg men says let me go tell him that. Never came out. The place was filthy!!!! All trash cans over flowing, the counter with napkins by the coke machine had trash on it, ketchup smeared on it. And the table cleaning bucket sitting in the middle of the floor and tables were dirty. I realize it is hard to get help but this is beyond ridiculous! PS if you want to save some money adjust the AC it is freezing in there! It is sad to have this experience with someplace so new when it is such a privilege to have this reaatraunt at this location. May not last long.

The guy who took my order was very kind, but that's about it for this place. The wait time was brutal and the food was even worse. The burger made me feel worse than when I had covid. I will not eat at this DQ or any other DQ again. Save yourselves!

I’ll start off by saying, the wait time is unbearable. If shouldn’t take me 25 minutes for one blizzard when there’s one other person in line!!? Also, one of my family members ordered a malt from there, and it tasted sour. Not only do they have horrid costumer service, they serve expired food. 0/5, would never eat there again.

Wait time was ok. Guy that took our order had no people skills. Machine didn’t scan coupon barcode and he didn’t do anything about it. Wife ordered plain burger, she didn’t get that and we had to warm up our food when we got home. Ice cream was good

Slowest, worst trained staff anywhere. Have had many poor experiences but tonight was unbelievable. Only person in drive thru. Family on patio, no one in store Order a root beer float. Sat at window for over 5 mins as I see 4 young men walking around. Finally honk my horn a few times to get someone to help. I ask how long can this take. He wont answer me. I pay he reached in bin and gives me my drink. I ask how long its been sitting there. He just shuts window. I honk my horn twice to get his attention to give me a spoon. He ignores me. I finally lay on the horn till he answers. Looks like he wants to hit me. I drive off and notice my root beet float was blended. I go inside. No one wants to wait on me, finally a polite young man asks what I need. He was one who.made the float. Told me he didnt know how to make them. Was very polite a nd remade it. UNREAL!!

Placed an order on the DQ app and wanted to use a Deal. Deals fail in the app forcing you to redeem in the restaurant. After placing my order for the Deal in the app, upon entering this specific DQ, the restaurant manager wouldn't honor the Deal. I appreciate the lack of response why. Some blizzard wizards you are.

The meal was ok but Waited almost 15 to 20 mins for a burger drive-thru. Next time, let me know if it's gonna be a 15min wait before taking my card

Been here multiple times. Food is great, friendly employees. The only issue is the slower service. Regardless of the time of day, it is currently very slow. Worth the wait though.
