We called and ordered a pizza. The individual we spoke with stated it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. Go to pick it up at 30 minutes, and they hadn't even started it. Get it home, and it literally looked like it was just thrown together and skimped on the toppings. Wish we had taken a picture to show. Not sure what's happened to this Casey's, as they used to do great with their pizzas!

This place is poorly ran and the manager should be reviewed. City wide rummage sale, leaves this place slammed, with a line 20 people deep the 20 minutes we were there. Poor teller was a Rockstar, ran out of change, and asked the kitchen to call the manager for help, whose phone was off. Be better, Do Better, you'll keep hard-working staff around.

Staff is so friendly! They always go the extra mile with customer service.Food is great. There homeade buns and rolls are always fresh!Pizza is outstanding! I highly recommend trying the cheese bread and add jalapenos!

Update: still happening..._____________________________-What's the point of filling at the pump to save time when you have to go inside and stand in line for a receipt. I realize this can happen occasionally -- but this has happened 9/10 times I've been there. Please make it a point to keep receipt paper stocked in your pumps.

Deisel pumps are so slow it takes forever to pump a tank of fuel ( when they are working. Then when they close at 8, so do the pumps! Can't even pay at the pump! Do u not want are money? Can't get another gas stop in the town of horace fast enough!! U are lucky the town doesn't get together and stop using Casey's all together!!

Super frustrating that the phone is never answered. Ever. Can’t online order either for pizza so why even advertise it at this point? I’d prefer not to do walk in and than wait the 20-30 mins in the parking lot..

The guy I met very kind to me and it was an amazing experience to see such person that Accepted my request as a black man in that small town. I can remembered having the same issued in Brooklyn center Minnesota where I spoke to that gas station manager that rejected me and that guy was a black man like me who refused and they struggled was though that day for me in Minnesota, but I say thank to God to have goood people where we are not expecting them and thanks to thia Casey guy

absolutely love casey’s in horace… when they give you the right pizza… ordered a large pepperoni and large cheese pizza with extra cheese and they gave me a pepperoni with extra cheese and a regular pepperoni… not to mention the fact that i tried calling them 7 times and no one picks up. upsetting

Horace Casey's is a joke. It's rarely open in the evenings and never stocked. Went to pump gas and they closed those too. For a small town with this being the only gas station, this is completely unacceptable.
