Great customer service! The employees are truly interested in what you have to say and the owners do a phenomenal job of ordering in suggested products. The store is always well kept, clean, and organized. For as small as it is, this store has a large selection of ethnic, health, and gluten-free foods. Very pleased with our small town grocery store.

Not from this town just here working. went and Supervalu and people working up front (4 of them ) stayed talking amongst them self. no hello, no one would help even after I asked. Guess you have to be from this town for them to acknowledge you. if you're from out of town I suggest you just go to the other grocery store they are much nicer. I worked in a grocery store for a long time and the boss here needs to teach them some customer service!

For a person who detests shopping, I must admit that I have been very pleased with shopping at Hinrichs Super Value. I would like to thank the store for having an electronic shopping cart available for those of us who truly need and appreciate service of the provided electric shopping cart. I also like their line of groceries; as well as a few specialty items. The employees at Hinrichs Super Value are also very pleasant, happy, courteous, and bend over backwards to help the customers as do the business owners. It's a very good place to shop and stock up the fridge and freezer as well as the panty

Worst experience I've ever had their tonight. The tall black hair male possibly high schooler as a cashier did not greet me and I had to bag my own groceries while two baggers just stood n watched like 😡😡🤮🤮😡 IVE NEVER HAD TO BAG MY OWN GROCERIES HERE. EVER. NO EXCEPTION.

I thought it was a pretty good start to buy different things you need from SuperValu I've always had good luck in these stores with stuff you need to buy like for supper dinner breakfast whatever and miscellaneous things
