Looks like another store to stop business with.

A good placebto buy work shoes overshoot jeans belts flannel shirts caps.a good place to buy dog and cat foods kennels chains and cables to tie up outside your dog collars for dogs and cats dog and cat electric and regular waterer bowls and dog and cat dishes for dogwood catfood dog and cat wormers.. and good automotive dept and a place to buy welder and mechanic and Carpenter tools and outdoor grills charcoal and gas grills and grilling assessories.

Our family shops at Tractor supply often for our horses. Tonight was the first time ever we had a less then pleasant experience. We came in 10 mins before they closed and knew exactly what we were looking for. We were greeted at the door with you have 10 minutes before we kick you out. The associate was extremely rude.

I love tractor supply. It’s one of my favorite stores on gods green earth. Today I watch the manager of the store till a couple who drove two hours for a product. But she wouldn’t take it down off the shelf and seller to them. And maybe she would be able to get to it tomorrow. That is bad business. People drove two hours for product you have in stock. You were the manager. Make it happen. Very poor customer service observe today. Also watched my cashier. Are you back-and-forth with this customer about verbiage very unimpressive trip. Will not be back to this location again.

Just wanted to send a very heartfelt thank you to Daletta at Tractor Supply in Grand Forks. We called down to the store on Sunday afternoon looking for an ATV sprayer. Daletta was swamped and they had just had a bit of a run on this product so she wasn’t sure if she had any, but she said she would check her shipment that was outside and call me back before 7:00pm. I hadn’t heard from her at 6:50 so I called and she apologized saying she still had not had a chance to look through her shipment but she would before going home. They closed at 7:00 so I wasn’t terribly hopeful. Well, at 8:30 that night, Daletta called and said she had just found it and left it out for me at the front desk with a note saying “Jeff from Canada” would be in to pick it up!It is so very rare these days to find such dedicated workers and I just wanted to say thank you to her and Tractor Supply! Went in for cat food. Came out with cat food, about 10 shirts (that were only $8, btw!), some socks, dog toys. some yard decorations, a log porch swing with matching rocker! Oh-and I spent under $300.....staff was awesome!! Manager helped load up the patio furniture too.

Pretty cool place. It has all the things you may need for around the house (or farm) and sell some stuff in bulk. Have only been there a couple of times, so not sure I have a full grasp of the store. One downside is the location...it's across the interstate making it a bit less convenient for the city residents who will likely pass by Lowe's or Menards first.

I walked in looking for a generator for the upcoming blizzard and they helped me find the last few they had. They even reminded me that I need oil for the unit so that was nice reminder so I did not get home to find out it would not work without it. They also helped load it into my truck. Unit weight was 95 pounds. Overall, they had what I needed and made my trip easy.

I have only been there twice since it moved to 32nd across from the Flying J truck stop. Both times I was there I had good experiences. When you hear the name Tractor Supply you..(or atleast I did) get a whole different idea of what they sell. Yes, they do have supplies for farm equipment, but they have so much more! I was there last week to purchase pet food for my two cats ( they have food for all kinds of of pets) and what I would call a supplement for horses that helps with joint pain etc. I had a very nice chat with an employee there that also has cats. She was great abouti helping me find what I was looking for while we talked about our cats. I left with a good feeling about the store and the employees Today I went back just to check out other things as well as more cat food. I did get more cat food and 2 shirts. I was happy with the help 😊 and with the purchases that I made. Also the employees were great and I would definitely tell people to check it out. I had really great experiences both times I shopped there. I hope to go back again to check out everything else they sell there. I could spend hours just browsing through all the things they have in there. As I said, the name of the store is DECEIVING! I enjoyed the employees and just checking everything out there. It's AMAZING! ! Quite a selection of things. I would recommend checking it out.. for clothing,pet food, tools , and home and yard decor, and more. But then, I was raised on a farm! I would give it e 👍 !

The manager never reached out to resolve my issue, even though Corporate office said they would.Drove over an hour to pick up my online order that said was ready for pickup.It was not the correct item .Then I was there for around an hour and a half as Tammy the on duty manager made numerous phone calls to other managers who never answered her calls.I was left standing on the sales floor for a long time bymyself with no explanation to what was being done about my situation.Only 2 employees in the store.I wont go back unless the manager reaches out. Will update my review accordingly .This has been a few weeks already.I feel at least they should of paid my gas with a store coupon or at least made an effort.

Tractor supply has every thing you need to feed your animals and if you are looking for tools or clothes the prices are a little high on some stuff but other wise about normal I recommend checking it out anyway.

It was not great. We were talked into purchasing a warranty on our heated water dish. We were told we would need nothing we could just bring it back and they would exchange it for a new one no questions asked. Even if the animals chew the cord off. However it stopped working shortly after we purchased it and we returned it today in like new condition it just quit heating and they didn't want to honor the warranty saying we would have to call the warranty company. We were told that it would simply be replaced no questions asked bring in the old leave with a new. We were also told that we could return it as many times as needed as long as it was under the two year warranty. Well that was not the case and after being tired of arguing and getting no where they agreed to return it but made us purchase another warranty. Our first two year warranty only covered us for about two weeks and now we are out the price of a new warranty. It would have been cheaper and easier to purchase a new one and return the old one with the new receipt and saved ourselves the cost of two warrants.

We received five chickens from this store. Was given bad information in the care of the chickens and unfortunately lost two the very next day. When called was given a very nice understanding helpful employee who informed us where the information was wrong and would refund those two chickens. We went in the next day to get the refund and pick up supplies and was faced with a very rude disrespectful assistant manager who belittled laughed in my face and basically said I would be SOL comparing it to a dead cow. When called to report him to the manager she seemed uninterested and didn't sound like she had any intention at all to address this employee and his actions and was pretty snooty herself. We will not go back I'd rather travel to a different town.

If you need out of the ordinary, or looking for something different TSC is the place to go! I have never been disappointed. If you can not find it or describing it totally different someone will know were to find it. Staff is very knowledgeable.

Not just a store for people who own a farm. Good cloths selection, warm winter boots, trailer parts, tools, chainsaws, wood stoves plus all the farm feed etc you may need. Right off the highway so in and out quick!

Tractor Supply has a number of pet-related items that a place like Petco won't have (or will charge an arm and a leg for). Plus, if a person is looking for tools, this place has a good selection.

I reviewed tractorsupply 7 months ago and I gave them four out of five stars which at that point was okay now I wish I had never written that review and have since deleted it and replaced it with this one. I have visited tractorsupply multiple times since the first review and now and let me tell you A lot has changedTwo months ago I stopped into TSC to purchase a idler pulley weld on HUB and miscellaneous sprockets they had none of which I needed next I walked over to where they keep ratchet binders and tie-down chains I needed a 5/16 grade 70 hook they didn't have that either so whatever I decide to look at ratchet binders and just about fell on the floor they wanted $87 for one I went to the local Menards just down the street same distance from my place and they wanted $20 so I purchased it thereSince my visit 2 months ago I have returned I would say about six times to see if any of those items are back in stock and I can say nothing has changed there's never a damn thing in stock the store just aggravates me every time I walk in there they used to have a good customer and I spent lots of money there now I highly regretted and will never be returning to tractorsupply at least the Grand Forks locationYou never get greeted as you walked in the door try and find some help when you need something you won't find a single person in the store and when people see you coming for them they will run the cashiers seem like they could care less about their job as I was leaving on my last visit there the cashier asked me in a snotty voice did you find what you were looking for I replied by saying no I did not it wasn't in stock I was kind of halfway expecting a reply but she just went back to the conversation she was having with A co-workerOne other thing I needed a three-quarter inch pillow block bearing they of course did not have it in stock but if they did it was going to be well over $40 I went to Surplus Center on the north end of town they had the exact same bearing for $4.93 after returning for the last time and being thoroughly disgusted I went to crysteel to get the sprocket and weld on HUB I needed it tractorsupply wanted $12 for just the Hub and another 13 for the sprocket I went over to Tri steel a locally-owned company that their main business is not retail parts but they have the sprocket for $9 out the door that was the last straw in my mind for tractorsupply there are so many other places in Grand Forks you can get everything you need and more for way cheaperYou could always try Home of Economy Surplus Center Ace Hardware Menards Tri steel manufacturing or hell even Walmart and have better luck finding what you need.to recap I am thoroughly disgusted with tractorsupply and will not be returning there any time

Beware! They say they can refill RV propane tanks but their hose is too short to reach them while still on your RV. If you can’t or don’t want to remove your tanks, go elsewhere.
