I ordered groceries to be delivered to our home due to being sick and not wanting to get anyone else sick. This is how our yogurt came which got onto other groceries. I called Sam's Club and had a negative experience with an employee named Alexis. She said I would need to come to the store as they would not deliver an undamaged yogurt or give a refund as I asked. I then asked to speak with a manager. Alexis said, "Yep." For several minutes I could hear other customer service conversations and hung up and dialed again as I never heard them page anyone. I spoke with Alexis again and asked for a manager. Alexis then said, "We can't do that for you." I was baffled by this she just told me I could speak with a manager. I hope Sam's Club reviews its policies regarding the delivery service. We paid extra for the delivery service along with an increase in a membership to be able to have the delivery service. I also hope Sam's Club is more mindful of how to treat customers and others are treated better than I was.Update: I requested the store manager to contact me when they are available. I provided contact information and no one has reached out yet almost one week later.

Food Court Review: Amazing price for meal combos, fresh and fast. 2 slices of pizza with a soda or hot dog (long and thick) with a soda. Choice of fixings- parmesan cheese, pepper flakes, kraut, mustard, ketchup, relish. Great selection of drinks.

I’ve been a plus member for 10 years. I scheduled a grocery pick up from 2pm to 3pm today, and did not receive my order check in until 3:45, kind of pointless to have a plus membership if it’s not on time. Very disappointed longtime plus member.

Was taking my daughter to Sam's she has problems and her card would not work, the sams worker was so nice and patient with us, so kind, after we left daughter lost her cell phone when back an same girl helped us still patient wow gave up looking when dropped daughter off I went through pickup once more and found cell phone

Clean store, decent selection, (could be better for produce), decent prices. Long time Costco member, just moved to grand forks and now using Sam’s Club. Grew up with Sam’s club. I’m familiar with the receipt check system, but the level to which it is employed at this location is ridiculous. It takes longer to get out of the store after checking out than actually checking out. One employee goes through every person and scans the receipt, then a bunch of items they bought. It takes forever, and it’s a bit insulting for people who pay a membership to shop here. Employ full time loss prevention if you want to cut down on theft, otherwise don’t make me wait 5+ minutes after checking out in a long line of people just to walk out of the store. I hope a member of management sees this and takes action to improve efficiency in this area of the shopping experience. There’s no point in having “scan and go” checkout if you’ve gotta wait in a long line afterwards to check that someone isn’t stealing $4 in plastic silverware.

Using the app , scan items, when you put in cart, when you are done shoppong, pay by card and head for the door where they scan the apps QR code u get after paying. Love that. Ps Box your items while you shop.

More than once caught false pricing. Today again bought items which 2 were on sale and discount taken at register. Like other times before it was not. I subtracted them so till would freeze, so they had to come and check . Scamming or honest mistake, happens to much so you judge.

No carts were available inside the store for customers. This is getting to be a routine now when I go there! I waited for several minutes, spoke to 2 workers, ended up going outdoors to retrieve my own cart from the parking lot to shop. I was attempting to get in and out quickly, however, that was not possible with the start I had! The items I bought were all very good. Mostly fresh fruits and vegetables.

It's my 1st time. New to Sam's. I'm glad I don't live here. Wasted trip. I'm a truck driver and couldn't find tuns at all. I only saw 2 types of salads. Yogurt only 1 choice and prebiotics 1 flavor and 1 kind. Shelves were empty, and do they ask customers if they need help?? I was walking around lost. I hope the next sams isn't like this. I bought a cart of mango last week. It had a bitter taste I don't know if it's for PRESERVATIVE or something else. I believe they are not importing from good growers. I had to throw out my full cart of mangoes. I WAS ALSO LOOKING FOR PINEAPLE, BUT THE QUALITY WAS SO BAD. It can be frustrating when you can't find the products you're looking for, or when the quality isn't good enough. DAY BY DAY THEY ARE FAILING TO ACHIEVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!

I’ve been a member of Sam’s Club for almost two decades, and the customer service has always been terrible.There are never enough staff working, so the only option is self scan, otherwise it’s a painful experience every single time. I am only a member because I have no other options (there is no Costco, which has a vastly superior business model). Today was one of many fun return experiences where I attempted to return a dress and spent over 20 minutes waiting in line. The customer service rep called over a manager to help, and he came over and said he couldn’t do anything to help, left, then came back 15 minutes later. This is a typical experience at my Sam’s Club in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Recently remodeled and it looks great. The variety of products is very good. The fresh produce is actually fresh unlike its namesake Walmart. Great meat, fish, and sides selection, but later in the day is picked over. Yes, the rotisserie chicken is worth waiting for, flavorful and juicy. Close Walmart and let Sam's Club take over the space.

I cannot ever leave Sam's Club without an overflowing cart. I generally go in for 3 or 4 things. Then I wonder what kind of new things they have.This leads me to going down every isle and I get more exercise than sitting home. Alas I remember the clearance in the far back right corner, who doesn't like an even better discount than what is offered.I end up finding things I don't need.More often than not I come across things I forgot I needed until in front of my face. For the price it would be ridiculous to go somewhere else and spend more.I love their Lands End sheets, I swear they are the softest and best made. The pillow selection is phenomenal as well. They have a pillow to match each sleeper.The huge discounts on name brand clothes is awesome. It feels nice to wear the same clothes that other have and spent double.The food is always a hit. It forces you to think of the free space in your freezer and what you are willing to get rid of.UNFORTUNATELY, I could spend half a day and half a paycheck here!

When I order food to be shipped to me, a lot are dented and close to experation. In store shopping is always good until you go to exit. Expect 10 or more in a line just to get to prove you're not a thief. What is up with all the self check outs like the ones at Walmart? If I wanted to work at Sam's club I would apply. And your dumb remote control floor cleaner took a human's job and it gets in customers way and then just sits there like an idiotless idiot.

Busy day at Sam's Club in Grand Forks, ND! The store was clean, even while inside construction updates are going on behind drop sheets. The shelves were showing results of the busy day, and likely week they've had. I found most of what I came for though. I was happy to find the frozen wild Alaskan salmon that we love.....not all stores carry it. We are grateful y'all are here!

Have shopped here several times in the past, and the customer service was very good. Today, not so much. The person checking Sam's membership cards ask to see mine, then turned away and had a conversation with another employee...left me standing at the entrance with my card out trying to show her. Then when leaving the store, the clerk checking receipts started visiting with the another customer that was ahead of me. People were lining up behind me while she chit chatted. I agree with being friendly, however, part of her job requires her to get people checked out in a reasonable amount of time. Not stand there visiting like she was on break.

Edited to add, the Sam's manager did look into the paper dispensers and found they misunderstood the health department about something. I said great and asked when they would put the dispensers back up. They had discarded the dispensers and had to buy them again. When they arrived, they were put up promptly, and I was told they were in place.(1) I was told to complete a customer card for the manager, and if she felt it was important enough, she would run the request up the flag pole to corporate. My complaint is they took the paper dispensers out of the bathrooms to be "sanitary." I have psoriasis on my hands as well as very dry skin. Sometimes my skin is cracking and bleeding. I do not want air blowing on my hands. I want to be able to dry my hands quickly and get the water off of them. No air blower does that well, and sometimes the air blowing hurts. I also ran into a disgusted mother of a young child who said, "Sometimes kids get messy, and a mom needs a paper towel to get something off their face, hands, and/or clothes." (2) There is another issue as well, why do we have to fly a Canadian flag to be "welcoming" to our neighbors? We could just have a sign that says that. I've been to Winnipeg, our nearest neighbor, and I've never seen a US flag flying up there. No matter where they put the flag in our Sam's. it rolls up on the dowel and looks unsightly. Maybe that's a sign. Take it down. (3) Most of your employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and mostly well-stocked. (4) Thank you for bringing in catfish from our domestic Mississippi! Yippee! More American meats and less from China, please! Thanks!
