Similar to Gordman's or TJ Maxx, so a good fit for less expensive goods. Clean, not over crowded with goods and a nice variety. I liked the spice row, stuff I've never seen anywhere in town. Prices are reasonable and the store is well laid out. Good location and lots of parking.

Recently, the quality of service has deteriorated significantly. Very long queues, mostly one cash desk works. Also, in the sales hall, clothes are always out of place, the fitting rooms are a mess.On the plus side - good prices

It's Ross, so yes, it's cool. Sometimes, there are long lines and weird people - which is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. However, overall, it's a good place to shop in Grand Forks and has good deals. 👍

This is a nice Ross. Clean compared to others, usually stocked pretty well. Friendly employees and good deals. Only negative is there always seems to be just 1 cashier so the wait in line has been 20 minutes plus on a couple occasions...good place to stop in and look around though.

The prices are great! However the customer service needs improvement. We stood there waiting in line for 14 minutes before the other cashier (who was stocking shelves) finally came up to help. There were 8 ppl in line

I checked out Ross Dress for Less for the first time today. I found a lot of great items for great prices! The store is overwhelming at first. There is a variety of men's, women's and baby clothing. There is also shoes, socks, purses, bedding, skin care, hair products and tools, furniture, rugs, snacks, luggage, perfume, pillows, toys, and lots of other misc. It was pretty picked over from the grand opening on Saturday. Although I enjoyed the products, I didn't enjoy the customer service. Every employee in there looked mad. No one smiled or talked to me. And that says a lot, considering I was in there for two hours. Plus, employees were constantly working around or near me. When I asked where the bathroom was, the girl wasn't friendly at all. I feel the store is lacking down to earth workers who are compassionate about helping their customers. The only part that made the experience better is the cashier who checked me out. Her name was Rene. Thanks to Rene, I will be coming back. I just wish the customer service was better. The vibe felt very snooty due to a combination of the employees and the customers. Other than that, I hope they have more in stock when I return.

I like the variety of home goods & furniture this store gets in. It’s fly by night. If it’s in right now, get it & go, cuz it most likely will be gone tomorrow, or in an hour! Wish they’d get more in. U have to go in daily, because they get trucks Monday thru Friday, every day. Every one is friendly & the checkout staff is quick on getting people through the line!

Store was a huge mess. And the check out lady Alexx was very inappropriate. She was having a conversation with the checkout person next to her and talking about pregnancy tests and periods. She didn’t say one word to us the whole time we check out. Will never go back

This is the first time I've ever been into the Ross store and I was deeply disappointed. It is completely disorganized and a lot of the items were damaged. I know it is covid right now which would explain some of the lower stock but it doesn't explain the empty hooks where regular socks should go. The had plenty of spa socks but very few daily wear socks. To me it's honestly nothing more than a large dirty version up TJ Maxx.

I love Ross, but I am thoroughly disappointed in the inventory and staffing. I have gone to Ross multiple times but today lost my business indefinitely. After an Employee is snottty to you and tells your 3 year old to shut her mouth for being inquisitive you no longer respect the establishment. I will not be returning, management was no help in rectifying the situation.

Clean, well stocked place. Shoes, jeans, fragrances. Lots of apparel for the entire family. Finally, a "shop the same brands for less" type of place that has men's shoes. Actual shoes and not just loafers or garbage options. I'd give it 4-5 stars, but the only employee that cracked a smile was the cashier. She was great. The rest seemed to care less if we were there or not.
