Not sure why I don't visit more often. They have a great layout in the store and a great a great selection of products. Very impressed with the men's department. Great brand names and not the same boring Walmart selection. Both regular men's and big/tall. Wide variety of kitchen and pet products as well. Can't beat the Kohls cash program as well.

Customer service and ambience wasn't good enough to give them a good review and wasn't bad enough to give them a bad review. Nobody was mean. I've certainly seen the employees in worse shape, over the years.They were more aloof and cliquish. Not really friendly or unfriendly. I'm sure if you approach them, they will help you and make it seem sincere.I came in for an Amazon return. They give you these little coupons which are meant to encourage you to become a shopper, there, rather than just leave as quickly as possible. I'm sure some types of customers will want to stick around, wander around and look at products, but I guess I like the employees to make it more clear about how welcome customers are. Sometimes, I just assume I'm welcome and then they let you know that you really aren't.I didn't get the feeling the employees were in the mood to be forgiving, so they might want perfect customers. I find a lot of stores want to perfect themselves and those around them. They had a young gentleman working in customer service who had a strange look on his face as he was waiting on me, as if he looks at objects and human beings the same way. Some, people like to look at objects differently than people, change the way they focus their eyes. Just personal preference.If I need anything from Kohl's, I'll certainly look online and check out their shipping options, before coming in here. The world, post COVID isn't really set up for personal contact, trust, human relationships and in person shopping, and Kohl's might not want to buck the trend.

Employees are consistently rude at this location and talk rudely about customers in the presence of that customer. A rare occurrence wouldn’t merit a review, but consistently and nearly every time I visit this location I have been treated rudely by its customer service representatives.

Shopping at the Grand Forks, North Dakota Kohl's Store was a very pleasant experience. Selection was great and the employees were friendly and helpful. It will be a regular stop on all my Grand Forks shopping excursions.

I visited the Grand Forks store and came across a picture I thought was really nice, caught my eye. I asked if it was going to be marked down and was advised there will be a further price reduction Monday. I asked Jake if they would give me the mark down a day earlier as I was travelling and leaving town. After checking with the Brandon, the manager, they gave me the price reduction a day early. Thank you, it was a real time saver for me and much appreciated. Friendly helpful staff and great customer service. Thanks again.

This kohl's is larger, brightly lit and much mire organized than the one in my residence. My grandsons and I actually found a nice woman in the children's department to ask a question. As we walked away my grandsons ages 7 and 4 stated "she was a nice lady". 👌

Clean, great lighting. Displays are put together with some forethought. The store employees are nicely dressed and and not scary looking. I asked for a product and she new exactly where it is located and gave me directions. In the old days the salesperson would take you to what you were looking for and proceed to suggest accessories. Oh well! Almost perfect. I'll be back to KOHL'S.

I went to Kohls's the day after Black Friday. It was quite busy but the line moved very quickly. There were plenty of employees around to help. I was with a friend that had ordered an item online. We had some difficulty trying to find the item in the store. If I had been in her shoes I would be hesitant that the item remained there because all she had to do let's grab that bag and walk out of the store, no questions asked.There is one hurdle I do not like when going to Kohl's. Nothing has the price stated clearly on it. The final price is determined by looking at the tag and matching it up with sale amounts to figure out what the final price is. If you are on a budget and have a cart full, it is difficult to know how much you've spent without going back to each section to see what the original cost is and the sale price to know how much you're spending.

Super nice employees as always! A couple of the girls helped me with a few things. I had actually only went in to return a couple Amazon items. When I was finished with those, the cashier pointed out that I had a 25% off coupon on the bottom of my receipt and that the clearance racks were 80% off. I got sucked into that before I realized it. Nice place to shop. GREAT deals, sales, and clearance prices!
