Just stopped at your deli for lunch. Best pot roast I've ever had, stuffed shells are amazing too. Highly recommend !!!

Convenient location and lots of goodies. Some prices are very high compared to the area stores, but better on others. Meat department is second to none. My go to place for fresh seafood. You can't miss with the ladies making fresh sushi either. Always smiling and they'll make a special roll if you ask them. Staff is friendly and visible. The self checkout puts Walmart to shame, machines that work and someone that helps if you need it. Never tried it, but they have a Carribu Coffee ad well. Stop in you won't be disappointed. UPDATE: A little to pricy on a lot of things. The meat and seafood are fresh and well stocked. Even freshly made sushi as well! I enjoy the new drinks, great addition especially if you are watching your sugar intake. UPDATE lots of new goodies. The A1C drinks were outstanding, no sugar, no caffeine, but flavor-packed, just a bit pricy.

I liked this Hugos. It’s pretty Spacious and in fruit sections they keep some exotic fruits. Also in the frozen ready to eat section just found Indian style kabab which is rare find.

Employees are the rudest of any of the grocery stores in town, including Walmart's. Hugo's management must go out of their way to find the most spiteful people to hire, and being callous must be a requirement. To be fair, if I could write a review about myself, I'd say "needs to grow a spine" because I just take the abuse. "Guess I'll get a cake some other day," after being told off by the bakery employee for merely asking what time they close to give her a social cue that I would like to grab something, who then just ignored me. Does this place pay worse than Walmart? It must considering how much their employees hate their job.Again, to be fair, it's not every employee. But the ones that are friendly are the minority.Oh, and Hugo's is the most expensive grocery in any town. Save your money, and go get treated poorly somewhere that at least your wallet won't get abused. Honestly, I should just stop avoiding going to Target which has always been the best in town. I just tried to stay loyal to my Hugo's, but forget it after how rude they treat their customers.

The store is always clean, the staff is always friendly. Good selection of goods, and very nice bakery. Prices are ok, parking is good. I love the app, I use it all the time.

A fully stocked grocery store with a weekly sales schedule. They have a huge selection and inventory.

Prices are fair, they run sales often and they have a wide selection of items. They also have a butcher counter with better steaks and other meats than you'll find in the cooler. The parking lot is large so unless it's a really busy day, such as holidays or big events parking shouldn't be an issue. They bag your groceries for you and the lines are generally quick. Also worth noting, they usually have adequate cashiers so the lines don't get overly long. A few other places should take some notes there. The aisles are plenty wide for two people to pass each other and well labeled and organized. The produce section is quite large and also well stocked. All in all it's my grocery store of choice

Deli is great and has never disappointed. A lot of products I've never seen before, pretty nice if you're looking to try new stuff. Not sure if it's any local products. Bakery is superb too. Great place for grocery shopping if your main items are going to be food, as they don't offer much variety in skin and hair care and the likes.

Hugo’s is reliable. I do find some price gouging and out of stock items lately, which has driven us to get our groceries from Target more regularly.

This is a pretty good grocery store, the prices may be a little expensive for certain items, however this is pretty standard practice for grocery stores. There produce is kept very well and they have an excellent meat section, with regular sales on meat. They even have a small little organic section.

I have refused to shop at Hugo's during the pandemic as they have so few checkers and push people into self-checkout. Their employees have been demanding and rude about mask-wearing. I can walk through Sams without harassment. Thank goodness for Dollar General and Sams Club through this. They obviously care about consumer choice.

I've been to this Hugo's and several of the Hugo's around town. I like the stores for the most part and the options, but workers are the rudest workers I've ever seen in a grocery store. The teenagers have attitudes and don't care. The older workers are MEAN to their younger coworkers and scold them in front of customers. Very awkward and unprofessional! No smiles, no hellos, nothing! I've seen one worker, Alexis, she works at the S Washington location who was sweet, friendly, and actually tried to have good customer service! I'm tired of giving my money to a company who doesn't train their employees.

Please let your brainwashed staff understand, with this non DEADLY new normal Flu pandemic that CDC does not recommend a mask when people are not within 6 feet of each other.. Staff is not disinfecting shopping cart or handles on coolers.. so get real with your caution. I will no longer be shopping at your store because of your overly paranoid older ladies, also your prices are much higher than those of your competitor's..

Hugo's # 6 has "curb-side" pickup and delivery, so I can order on-line, and never worry about dealing with crowds or bad weather. And the cashiers are super friendly when I do go into the store.

$7 Dollar Romaine hearts. Half the price at Super Target. This place is raking in the cash during this Covid stuff and you're telling me they can't eat a little bit of loss so that locals can get some produce? Do better.

I really like the organic/natural food area. Also, my checkout person was wonderful. She was so pleasant and held a conversation with me, which is sometimes not the case.

A great place to shop. They have a variety to please everyone.Cashier missed my coupons because she was too involved with her own issues. Had to make an extra stop at customer service to get my money back.

Produce department is pretty bad. I think this is week 4 of only bright green bananas. No tomatoes or shredded lettuce. Prices are very high. And for the 3rd week in a row only 1 bagger to 3-4 registers.

Bright, clean, well stocked and organized. Self checkout is available for those who prefer it. A Caribou coffee kiosk is a nice bonus amenity located at the front of the store.

Although sometimes a little pricey, I enjoy shopping at Hugo's. Their produce is always nice and fresh. An added bonus is, their musical selections. I sometimes forget I'm grocery shopping, due to being engulfed in the music.

A great family owned grocery store, with everything you need including minor Hardware and many other products. If there's something you need that they don't have, they will get it for you. If it becomes a regular with the customers the item will become a standard stock item.

I refuse to shop due to the Covid policy that has been dropped by the state and local regulations. I supported them for may years as a local business but now I shop big box stores as they don't harass you for not wearing a mask.

It was awesome. I had a hot load of cardboard and plastics that needed to get placed in the proper bins. I always love smelling the flowers at hugos. The Journey to hugos was a success on the bicycle. I did have to us a ratchet strap to tie down the load. I was becoming agitated because the last person to use the rather straps (me), didn't wrap them up correctly so it took almost 20 minutes to get the dang thing to work. Anyway, I finally got it done. The cardboard was problematic because I had to use my old belt to tie around the bundle, which worked well. It was a beautiful night. It was perfect. The best part was finding this red chaps purse, which I will now use on the right side for my saddle bag. So on the trip back, I put the belt and rachet strap in the pouch and headed back. At several times I wanted to just give up. But Id be damned, if at that point, I wasn't gonna haul those boxes and plastics to their proper locations.

Hugo's doesn't care if they have your business. I guess being the only grocery store in town hugo's feels they can treat you any way they want. I told them my doctor said I shouldn't wear a mask, they still would not let me into the store without one. I can take my business to Sam's, Walmart, and Target. Do not go there, it is against the law to require a mask if that person's health could be at risk.

Normally Hugo's does an excellent job with cakes however this cake that I got today was made 2 days ago. The frosting is dry, the picture is bubbled and the cake is dry. I am highly disappointed.

Always have had good experiences at Hugo's no matter which location. The cakes are always a family favorite. The staff all the way from the cashier's to the bakery and baggers are great.

I like to shop at Hugo's family marketplace because it's smaller than Walmart which is across the street because Hugo's is more compact and it's easier to find what you want and unlike Walmart their shelves are always stocked with the items that you found last time you were there.

Nothing too special. Fish selection is decent. 'International Foods' is pretty disappointing, basically just mexican and some generic Asian sauces (think Sriracha, General Tso's). Pretty big pre-packaged organic section if you're into that. Nothing unique with the produce either, standard apples, bananas, oranges; won't find anything like plantains or papaya.
