I won't give it any stars, it's a disgusting place to shop. Workers have attitudes and the store manager and assistant manager are MORONS! In the summer there are flies all over the store. Deli and Bakery head of departments are MORONS too! Worst place to work for. Never work for them they are cheap and they will work you like a slave with no appreciation

I usually only shop here for the things on sale because everything else is very expensive. But there are certain things like the meat deli that I do like to purchase items. But I do have to say that their sandwich meat does not last as long as it should. They should have the sandwich meat cut when you ask them for it and make sure it doesn't get sour so soon. And maybe they should probably try to be a little less expensive on their other items. The staff is kind of nice.

Today I bought some donuts but there was some house flies inside the glass! I reported this to the worker! Please be aware from these house flies, they carry microorganisms which is bad for our stomach!

Horrible place to work violates your freedom of choice rights you have in America they say get vaxxed or wear a mask even a medical condition you may have still they say it does not matter. Very aggressive place and rat or mice droppings in the center bakery. Already reported to health department

Hugos is always clean and well lit. The produce and bakery sections are very nice. Pricing is generally close to walmart, but the experience is far nicer. The employees are very friendly and helpful and the store still has that"hometown" feel.

Employ says it's mask mandate in check out line another employee come up says have to cover your nose. Employee didn't have nose cover. Were in check out line she said cover nose or we can't help you. Fk your store give me my money left it all there horrible store..

I'd honestly give this zero stars if I could. Their produce section is a mess. I literally could only find organic produce because they either didn't have regular shelves stocked and when I asked someone to check for product in the back their response was that there were too many carts of produce in the back to sort through to try and find anything. Also visited the deli counter and was about to purchase some dressing off the shelf only to find that it was expired by nearly a month. I figured I'd let a staff member know as I'm sure they'd want the expired product off the shelf and she literally just kind of stared at me, removed 2 of the like 10 expired bottles that were in the front and went about her business. Such poor customer service and terribly organized store.

We left a wallet at one of their stores. It was at customer service when we called. I read through many of these reviews and many people said they were too expensive. Hugo's employs hundreds of local people. They support our community through countless charities and events. Hugo's has been a cornerstone of our business community for decades. While we love to bemoan the loss of brick and mortar stores in our malls and on our main streets, we still find it easy to complain about what we still have. Think of the number of competitive grocers that have come and gone. If Hugo's was not competitive, those other stores might have stuck around. Time to get off my soapbox. It was built to hold 200 pounds and I'm stressing it out.

I purchased from express line. Today there was deals on some items and I have bought most of the items that was on sale. This lady charged me what was written on product and didn’t give me the sale value. I saw it after getting home. And employees seemed to not care about customer.

Usually pretty quick in and out. Staff are friendly. Prices are a bit high for some things other things are prove just right. Usually Hugo's has great deals every week

Looked a bit run down and creepy even during day light. As long as I'm with someone I will go again but not sure abiut going by myself. They did have jarritos (mexican pop/soda) there though which not many places carry. They also carry stamps which was great. Not very many people there also.

The hamburger and hotdog buns have really been bad lately you pay 3 bucks for old crumbly bread...anyone else agree? Never used to be that way..its like they are sitting around too long I could freeze them of need be but not anymore..whats going on?HELP

Nice update to the interior of the store. We have always had pretty good service from the employees and management. Good selection for a smaller "neighborhood" store.

They FINALLY quit moving items around. Aisles are really wide items are reachable. If you want to know anything about a meat product they don't know. Use Google.

Always have samples out, kids get free Cookie's which is a popular thing. Clean good deli, bakery will write on cakes for you overall a good store

Terrible attitudes by most employees. Unfriendly and act as if they are doing you a favor. Staff at customer service act like it's an inconvenience for them to have to get up out of the chair. Store uses bait n switch sales tactics .

I am a regular at this store and i was not happy with my last visit. I was shorted on my chicken meal and the chicken was very old. Why would you even sell old chicken? This is the second time i had old chicken
