I like this store a lot! The layout is nice and I usually have friendly experiences with employees. The deli food is good, especially the hot deli bar with Chinese food. Even though the location is downtown there is still a comfortable amount of parking and it has a large enough selection with the small size of the store.

Much nicer than any of the stores. Lots of fresh foods, hot and cold, even a mini pub. Prices are a little higher, but a well laid out store. Can't miss it, right on Demers.

The store is nicely updated, kind helpful staff, and the food is fresh. The salad bar is my absolute favorite with so many options and always fresh for my lunch at work.

I always love coming here for the breakfast buffet on Sundays. Its super cheap and the food is always super good. The staff here is wonderful too. I love the soup and salad bar. I wish more of the Hugo's were built like this one. The only thing that needs improvement is the coffee shop inside!

A very nice new grocery store! It doesn’t carry as many options but perfect for when you new a few necessities. Very nice liquor store. A cute restaurant/pub inside.

506 pub is a great place for after work drinks with friends and coworkers..service is great and atmosphere is relaxed..staff are fun and happy to serve your favorite and /or suggest something new.. 506 has drink special occasionally too!And for slot machine players, they two of those also..I recommend this pub!

The staff and all the people around the family store are super friendly!! Beautiful people all in all. Believe me, I've known this town for awhile. Hugo's is super family friendly.

The downtown Hugo's is just OK. I mean, the parking lot in the back isn't that great due to a lack of tight spaces, but it works for what purpose they needed it for. The store itself is actually really nice! Very clean and organized. I really like the aisle signs and the old pictures of The Magnusons. Also the Frozen and Dairy departments have motion-detected lights on the insides of their coolers and I think that's pretty cool. Because they are much smaller than the rest of the stores in the chain, they don't always have what I need or want when I go there, but for the most part, it is a nice store to go in. The workers are really nice too. I have not had any bad interactions when I've gone in. They have definitely nailed the convenience part of the shopping experience.

Really nice little store. However, as someone who has managed in grocery stores I can say it could be so much better! I bought a few Ribeyes. They were very thin cut and small. Good quality though. Also the salad/ cold case left a lot to be desired. Everything looked good but also looked very dried out so I passed on all of it. I bought a box of their in house donuts which were good but also dried out. Store overall looked clean and in a great location.

This is a decent little place to shop. It's got a small but good selection of fruits and vegetables and other items you would need to make meals. The bakery looked wonderful and the two little places to order lunch or dinner seem to be pretty interesting. The the parking is a bit weird and I didn't particularly care for that but what was inside made up for it. If you get a chance definitely stop by and take a look.

The prices at this location seem to differ substantially from the prices at other Hugo’s locations. I’ve also noticed at all the Hugos that none of the employees have any people skills and they’re all rude af. No personality at all. They don’t greet you, they don’t thank you, and they don’t make conversation at all.

I enjoyed the ambiance in the bar located in the grocery store. The staff were very pleasant and the bloody Mary was excellent. All food categories are represented in the bloody Mary. The meat department is over the top with excellent personal. The sushi is made fresh and is exceptional. Overall a very pleasant experience. Do partake.

Limited selection. Poorly laid out. Windows face East and have no blinds to keep out the sun. I like walking to the store but this is not worth itUpdate: I now live across the street from the store and shop there every day. The layout is still poor and so is the selection but to purchase daily groceries it's fine. I drive to a different Hugo's for large shopping

This place is pretty neat. The fact that it's built on the site of the original Hugo's market is exciting as well. This place has everything. It feels really upscale and inclusive. There's a pub and a place to sit and enjoy a meal inside and rather place outside. All kinds of specialty areas within the market itself.

No Associate's helped me. I used the tongs to get my own chicken leg for my son. At the register almost 3 dollars for a chicken leg by weight I said that to much. Went back to the deli and got the attention of a employee on there phone and had the m print a sticker for 1.79. very inconvenient.

It's run well enough and they have a good lunch bar for hot meal options. A bit overpriced to me but look at the location. Time to mark down the doughnuts toward the evening close. Old and still $7.99? Cmon

The ability of having a full service grocery store right down the street is top level. There is a lack of customer service later in the evening. Although, I've had positive experiences the times I have been the there. Just meh in the customer service department.

Hugo's Pure Market is the closest supermarket to my house. I like the way the store is set up and all that is available...a Full Service grocery store, an adjoining Liquor store, a Pub and lots of food choices in their cafeteria.

I went grocery shopping for just myself with my ex wife and 3 kids they are pretty organized store found everything I was looking for, a little pricey tho but overall was a great experience keep up the great work!
