I have lived all around this country and never have I encountered a Goodwill more cranky about how you donate items. Amazing considering your entire business model is dependent on free items you then resell for a 100% profit. Something doesn’t fit in a car board box? Nope. Box doesn’t quite close? Nope, go take stuff out. I cannot fathom being this way about items you receive at no cost to you and then sell to others. I don’t donate here anymore.

Are all dogs allowed in the store?I was in last Saturday and some young women brought in her large guessing German Shepherd dog into the store.I asked an employee if dogs were allowed and she said no but wished they were.Then went out to talk to the woman with the dog and proceeded laugh and socialize.Do you have a policy to allow severyone to bring their animals to the store?As I left another customer came in with another dog.Is there a new law in ND allo.wing this?I left

I would give it the 5 stars, but they don't deserve it. How is someone suppose to show or prove they are a vet, when I don't carry my D.O.D. I served my time in the military, so therefore I shouldn't have to prove it to anyone. I am a 10 vet of the Marines, an I have never been so disappointed or hated against before in my entire life

Their donation process isn’t the best, they are very picky about what the items are in. I had brought a big bag of clothes & had a few non clothes items in it. & a box of house hold items. They dug threw the bag of clothes and took out non clothes items and some items out the box due to the box wouldn’t close. So they left random items in the back of my trunk🤦🏻‍♀️.Iv also gone inside to shop around and at the till the prices were different then the sign had said. Definitely won’t be shopping or donating there anymore!

I LOVE shopping at goodwill. I grew up going to the stores with my grandmother. HOWEVER-I have noticed the gradual increase in items over the last several years. Goodwill's purpose is to provide affordable items for people....IMO they're no longer reasonable. I get that they're still much cheaper than new stores, but I find myself saying "that's too expensive for a place like this" all too frequently. Such a shame, too. But $10 for a used pair of shorts? $17.99 for a very used backpack simply because it says "PINK" is a little extensive.

The donation center is kind of ridiculous.All items have to be in cardboard container … really? Not sure who make all the rules here, I can feel arrogance, and "I don't care" kind of attitude from all the rules printed on wall outside donation center.I want to donate my vacuum robot, but donation center refused to take vacuum robot in a plastic bag.I don’t know what to say. I have been many goodwill donation stores, and this one is “special”.BTW Donation center doesn't open Saturday and Sunday.

It was busy, but I found some very good buys. I'm a shrinking plus sized person, so not having the dressing rooms open due to COVID-19 was a disadvantage, but my judgement turned out there be better than I thought!

I can no longer shop for pants, dresses, skirts etc at Goodwill I was so bewildered yesterday to find out I cannot try on ! No fitting rooms!WHAT I cannot buy outfits without trying on ! Pants and dresses are never true to size!

Good service, but cramped inside and selection was lacking. Could use an inventory reduction sale.Also, some of the other customers in the store were very rude and obnoxious. One guy was blocking a skinny aisle and gave me a dirty look when I tried to walk past him. Another guy was testing out a camera tripod and blocking a different aisle, but I managed to scoot past him and look at the electronics section. He then proceeded to do the exact same thing. When I came back a few minutes later he was still hogging the electronics section and digging through everything on the shelf as if there was gold hidden in there. Another woman couldn't keep control of her kids. Overall not a very pleasant place to shop at.

Fantastic Thrift store experience !!!Kudos to the friendly staff at this Goodwill store!From the moment I walked in I could sense that the staff at this store took pride in their work and workplace. The store is CLEAN. The inventory is LARGE, well ORGANIZED and thoughtfully displayed.Great job!!! Your efforts are much appreciated!👍👏 💐⭐️

Good quality stuff but the prices are creeping up.It feels like recently they have been hand picking the real good stuff to put on their website instead of putting it on the floor, takes the fun out of the hunt.

Ive been to different Goodwill and so far this is the best Goodwill i have been.Spent only 25 dollars for 7 nice items.Plus their clothes are decent.Most has no signs of wear.I want to comeback there again soon.I like that they dont put the prices in each clothes.Very neat and clean items,as well as the store.Oh wait,staffs are polite and friendly😍I found our first ever snowman display there at that store.Merry Christmas to All!!

This store is such a scam! If a clothing item is in better condition, they jack the price up to a ridiculous amount. When their colors change for a new sale, I've notice the employees go through each and every rack taking out all the items on sale, what a joke!! Just yesterday I was there and tried on a dress that was listed for $4.99, today I went back to buy it, and they had put it in the window with a $40 price tag on it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? This is by far the WORST goodwill I have ever been to. They don't even deserve the name "Good Will" they should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off.......

I left without my stuff due to rudeness of cashier as I was next in line she looked right at me and said wasn't there someone else next and some came around the corner from out of nowhere and she helped her before helping me first.so I put my stuff back and will not return to that store .

I travel all over America. I LOVE going into every Goodwill I find. This is sadly one of the worse Goodwills I have been too. MANY areas of improvement for this location

Taking the "thrift" out of"thrift store". Some favorites of mine today include a $30 camouflage bag that is cheap and not military grade, a $25 set of Chinese screwdrivers, and 15 year old video games that can be bought at a pawn shop for less while they want $5 here. Why overcharge for things when people with not much money come here needing a deal? Things are donated for free, are they not?

Found lots of good brand clothes and tv series. Plus dishes and electronics. Wear a mask and get 10% off purchases. The people were really helpful and patient. Thanks Goodwill! 😆

They sold me a queen size bed frame that was missing parts. I'm not just talking nuts and bolts I can understand that, but it was missing two adjustment bars. If you are going to sell an item sell the whole thing not just parts of it. All they told me to do is go to Menards and buy the parts. Sorry but Menards don't carry bed frame parts. so now i have a pile of metal sitting in my room and i'm out the money I spent for it. Oh and there last words from them where sorry no returns goodbye.
