I came in with a vacuum that was spitting out dirt and left with it looking almost brand new (see the pic attached for just how clogged and dirty the machine was!). More than that, I left knowing how to take care of my vacuum in the future. Bruce gave me all the best tips for purchasing and maintaining vacuums. If you ask about which carpets to use your machine on, and which setting, they’ll give great advice. Excellent customer service, great people, and they are not looking to just make money—they truly want to help you get and keep your vacuum running well.

Awesome guys. They are always willing to help even when you have a competitor's vacuum needing parts. The replacement parts are always 300% better than oem parts. The belts I get here last 3 times as long as the oem manufacturers belts. We're always vacuuming up push pins, screws, bolts, small wildlife, you name it. But, they always have the part I need whether I know what it's called or not. Many thanks to this establishment.

They are very thorough, and more than knowledgable about their products. My experience there was, and continues to be, pleasant and seamless. I've had no issues with my vacuum, and I'm able to comfortably ask for help. They answer my questions quickly and pleasantly. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for vacuums/products/services.

The guys at forx vacuum did a great job in answering all my questions! I ended up going with a sebo D4 air belt canister vacuum. I have owned several Dyson cleaning products in the past and there is absolutely no comparison. Do not waste your money on box store vacuums! Go see the guys at forx vacuum and they will get you set up!

My experience with Forx Vacuum was amazing. Tyler was great at listening to my issues, and offering solutions. I ultimately went with a brand new vacuum, that glides across my carpet so much better than my old one. I got to try it before I bought it, and the new vacuum with their scented carpet fresheners has my daughter's rolling across the floors! They even gave me credit to toss my old vacuum for me. Absolutely love my R25 vacuum, the Fur-Get it pet tool is awesome! I am very hard on vacuums, burn through one every year. Tyler was very knowledgeable and professional when shopping for a new one. Plus a 5 year warranty? SOLD! Highly recommend Forx Vacuum! 5 Stars!

The guys at Forx Vacuum are hands down the best in the business. Told them what kind of floors we have and they recommended me what I needed! Forx Vacuum saved me from tossing out my $600 Dyson.I've had my vacuum for 6-7 years and have been doing regular cleaning and upkeep on it the whole time. In the past 2 months it started to smell and wasn't working as well. I tried everything to fix it but nothing helped. I was ready to throw it out and buy a new one.Instead I called Forx Vacuum to see what they could do. They told me to bring it in any time and they'd take a look. Only $40 and a day later my vacuum was like brand new!They showed me a picture of the inside and it was disgusting! I thought I did a good job cleaning my vacuum but apparently not! 😆The owners are so nice and easy to talk to.They are also very knowledgeable- I didn't know there was a lot to know about vacuums but apparently there is and these guys are experts!Something I really appreciated was that they could have easily taken advantage of my situation and convinced me to throw out my old vacuum and buy a new one from them but they didn't.These guys have integrity and take pride in their work. They are honest and aren't out to get your money, they're here to help you out.I will definitely be using their services again and when my Dyson finally dies I know Forx Vacuum is where I'll go to get a new one.

These guys sure know their vacuum cleaners! We have been bringing our vacuum cleaners to Forx Vacuum for years. It's one of the few remaining small businesses that specialize in something so specific. They know the machines inside and out, offer sound advice, and try to save their customers money any way they can. They are very friendly and have been in business in Grand Forks for many years.

I bought a cordless Simplicity vacuum, love love love the product. I had a brand Moosoo and not happy with the vacuum. This one is excellent, it sucks up the first great. Very nice and friendly people to work with.
