There is Only 2 cashiers working yet but one has to leave to go blow up balloons. And the sole cashier has a line leading all the way down in the aisle. Come on poor management.

I really enjoy ordering in bulk! Things I use a lot of are cheaper in bulk. Also, being able to choose your store to have your items shipped to is awesome. Not every store carries the same items, so it's kind of a treasure hunt when you see things online that you've never seen in the store! There are some items that can't be shipped in with the regular truck delivery, so you have to pay UPS shipping (expensive), but I don't do that too often; only if it's something I truly need.Monday, July 5, 2021I have finally gotten around to opening some of my packages. One box has the correct orange label, but what's inside is not what I ordered. I ordered windshield cleaner. I got very ugly tablecloths. This has happened before. Once, I ordered grey washcloths, and they sent me green. The store manager went to the shelves and pulled all of the grey ones off and we just switched them out. Today, I called the store to let them know what happened and a lady told me that I have to call CS. I told her that I have spoken to them in the past, as well as the manager who switched out my washcloths, and they say that if it's in the store, I can get them off the shelves. This lady, Emma, maybe, told me that whomever told me that was wrong. So after I got off the phone with her, I called CS. Guess what they said? I have to take the wrong item to the store that I picked it up at, and if they have the correct item in stock, I can switch it out! The other option is CS can issue a refund, but they can't reship the item. Now I have to call the store back and tell the lady that what I said before is correct and verified by CS.

The dollar tree is a good place to buy a lot of inexpensive things like cleaning products and other items that are needed for the home. They also have food and drink and snacks for a dollar. Party supplies and cards and seasonal items and a whole lot moreNow $1.25. Always come out of there with somethingWas warm in there today but still found things to buy

The vibe is meh, yet the value you get you can't help feeling like you got amazing deals. The staff is quick on the registers. So it was a quick in and out. Was thankful the business asked for masks. Wish other customers would gave observed it. Over all a great trip and kids got thier candy haul to boot!

Really bad experience. Super rude cashier. Asked him if he was alone there because I needed help moving some crates of lights. He finished what he was doing, came to move them, no response when I thanked him, went back to the cash register and complained loudly to another customer that he had to do that for me. I didn't want to drop them all. They were stacked precariously. Asked him if it was a problem to move them for me, he said yes and started raising his voice to me that he had to leave his custo.ers to do something for me that I could have done myself. Really went off on me. Hes a huge problem. The manager apologized for him. Really? What a guy. And so professional!

honest to god if i could rate this place lower, i would. & not because of the store but because of the workers. FOUR of them were standing at the front of the store, just talking as the line got longer and longer. they had two checkouts open, but then closed it. I only had three items & had four ladies with cartfulls in front of me. she literally could’ve checked me out & then been done. it just bothered me and others that they were just standing there instead of helping costumers. wholly unpleasant

For a Dollar Tree it was alright. Pretty typical. It wasn't too messy, like DT often is. The employees were nice, the ones that i talked to anyway. Not a bad experience overall.

Always great prices....lol. Went in for foam paint brushes for a project and spent $18....found some dish scrubbers we like again. Kind of hit and miss for repeat purchasing..keep trying and they will pop back up!

I've been in here a couple times, and it's usually a good experience, but the last time I visited, it was so crowded at the checkout with one cashier. There were other cashiers but they were just laughing with each other at the front of the store, than when one decided to open another checkout, the cashier acted like the customers were burdening her, but the front of the store had people waiting to check out that there wasn't room for anyone to walk through. Otherwise it's an ok spot to shop.

I would rate this store zero stars if I could. A friend of mine worked there after the East Grand Forks Store closed. She was pushed around by a store manager who used racial slurs against her. She was even told to keep “her people” out of the store The manager is still currently working there. I will not return to this store .

The place on Washington Avenue has coolers in the back of the store. Every thing is $1.25. They have improved their inventory.

Pam was the worst she actually threw my bags on the counter after I asked her not to bag my soda with the Pine-sol. All this started over me asking for Zacks name to write a bad review but Pam took the cake. She actually talked about me in front of the other customers if I do get a response just leave the number for corporate, thanks.P.s. Black buyers BEWARE and AVOID cashiers are clearly and openly racist and a grand forks lawsuit will show just that.

Pretty busy place, the employees don't really acknowledge you when you come in,but they are nice when it comes to the check out line. It's a pretty big dollar store that has the frozen food section and home & hardware isle.

One of the worst experiences in years was an arrogant and rude guy in the cash register and without any reason closed it and changed the money to another refister. making us wait for no reason to several people. They have to fire a person like that is harmful to the store and the general public. totally terrible and a shame

Love going to this store can get a lot of nice things and food for good price, but u might suggest changing the time is closes on Sundays to match the time it says online. Still says open tell 9 on door instead of 8.
