Love walking up to the counter at 7:02 and they two standing there "we're closed". Guess I didn't see that the pharmacy in CVS pharmacy closes before CVS pharmacy does. Guess I shouldn't have used the bathroom first after walking in the store either. Would have used the drive thru like normal but there was paper covering the window. Never had a good experience here.

I was disappointed. The person who took my request for the drug that had been ordered by the ER about 3 hours earlier was rude and not helpful when she informed me that I couldn’t get the drug for 2 days. She informed me that it wasn’t her problem and I should just wait until Monday. I called another drugstore ( Thrifty White) who called CVS for the prescription. They did not receive it for another 3 hours. I live 45 minutes away. I had to wait in GF until I could get the prescription. The Thrifty White pharmacy was prompt and friendly.

I understand how busy the pharmacy usually is, & since I work in customer service too, I'm always very patient & understanding to other workers. But when the pharm tech who answered my call was very rude, short & interruptive, when I had a simple question about a prescription, that was just unnecessary. When a customer who's just been on hold for 7+ minutes is more polite & kind than the pharm tech who's "helping" them, that's a problem. Please don't take out your bad day on your innocent customers. :-(

I really was expecting the worst reading these reviews but I have processed my prescription twice through this CVS (out of state transfer) and have not experienced any issue either time. We were treated kindly by employees coming and going. The store has a good selection of items. I used the barcode on the app and that made everything move quickly.I will say the pharmacy is small and not optimally arranged for waiting. It is easy to overhear the conversation with the technicians between others and I only saw one seat for waiting. That said, I don't envy the job of the technicians. I saw them handle a variety of issues with people not at their best because they're sick, elderly, frustrated with costs and insurance issues, etc. etc. They didn't appear to lose their patience and kept the line moving but it was clear it was stressful.

Pharmacist SETH was rude, and unhelpful. Refused to give me his full name. Then, while still on the call he said "You'll have to call back, we're on lunch now." And hung up on me.

Not only is this the longest wait and the worst service I’ve ever experienced. She yelled out my prescription name for the dozens of people in line to hear. It’s so irritating.

I am writing this review in line waiting to pick up a prescription with no more then 4 people ahead of me but only on person ever behind the counter able to help customers. I have had to come here every other month after CVS baught are insurance company. The staff seem to have no consideration for the people waiting.I would never use CVS if I had another option and this store seems worse then others.

Seth was extremely rude not once but twice. My insurance wasn’t accepted there so instead of calling me to tell me that they just ignored it. Their customer service is absolutely terrible!!! Don’t waste your time!

They have everything to help you take care of yourself. Pricy for the most part. Pharmacy is well staffed and helpful. Good location but watch traffic as they don't always stopped at the stop signs. Store was a little dirty when I was there. Self-check out was easy and quick.

Give them insurance and they say it doesn't cover it which is not true. So spent 10 minutes waiting there then they had to refill prescription and waste more time waiting back in line to pick it up then get back to cashier and it still wasn't ready don't go through this pharmacy unless you like waiting in lines. Update this was two weeks ago and now can't get my wife's prescription for a chronic neck injury because apparently they have some complex of filling 1 day early even though by law she can have it filled 2 days early and the website said it was ready for pick up so drove 1/2 an hour to get it waited for another 1/2 an hour to find that out these pharmacists act like they have so much power. Just glad it isn't insulin or anything like that because a day without that type of stuff would kill a person.

Best CVS drugstore I've been. Immediately after leaving the physician's office I went to check on medicines. The pharmacy tech looked it up said she just got it but if I had ten minutes she would expedite it. Seven minutes later it was ready. Great service. Very courteous.

Don't use their printing service if you are a professional photographer. The images I uploaded were high resolution, full size files. They came out pixelated (on 5x5s no less) with splotches of color showing up all over, especially in the white areas. I usually use an online service and have never had issues, but I wanted to see if I could get same-day printing at a comparable quality, and I found that I could NOT.The staff were nice enough, but they said they were unable to give me a refund. I think this is because CVS uses a 3rd party printing service. So yeah, stay away from it if you need high quality prints.

So, CVS has always been the easiest and best pharmacy in our area. Unfortunately, as of the last couple of months, (since covid,), we have had nothing but trouble. Can’t get anyone to answer a phone call, and when the management does, they don’t really have any help to offer.I gave them one star, only because I didn’t have the option to give them NONE. When not even the manager, of the store can help, and there is absolutely no one to answer a call, then I will NEVER give my business there again, so sad.

I wish I could give this CVS zero stars for a rating. I hate that I have to use this pharmacy because of insurance purposes. They take FOREVER to do anything and the staff is the rudest group of people I've ever encountered. I don't think I've ever spent less than a half hour for anything there... even just to pick up a simple prescription. Horrible, horrible place!

Booked a pharmacist phone consult for $60 to see if I was eligible for paxlovid. They confirmed via text and then no one called. It’s the next day now and still no explanation and so far no refund. I’ll call the store I guess and try to get someone on the line but if their phone service is as good as their in person service it’s probably pointless and easier to take it up with the credit card company.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst place in town to send and pick up a prescription. They take forever to fill the prescription. Waited in the drive through line twice (6 cars in front of me the first time and 4 cars the second time around) and the prescription still wasn’t ready. Mind you it had already been an hour since the dr had e scribed the medication! Never ever again!!!

The absolute worst. If I could rate in the negative I would. I went in to pick up meds for a friend that can't walk. I won't violate HIPAA by saying what but let's say it's super important she takes these daily. Was told it wouldn't be ok to pickup "per her insurance" until the next day. Or she could pay $300+ cash. Wow what a bargain for someone who's disabled and on a fixed income! Sign me up.for 3! So after waiting a day and countless hours on hold (only a very slight exaggeration of the hold time). I pick it up for her and "shockingly" it was wrong (short 2 weeks). I was told to call the doctor or they could put in a request for the other two weeks. I was quoted a 3 week price yesterday but it's not CVS, no its the doctor. If you like being gaslighted CVS is heaven on earth. Oh, and I'm sure the one day was an attempt to get full "retail" instead of what the insurance company will negotiate. Did Martin Shkreli buy CVS?

Dr says they faxed my meds with confirmation, they said they don't have it. Call Dr again, they say they will resend and what happens cvs still claims they don't have it. These are heart meds that are dangerous to just stop and I have now been without them for 3 days. Also it was 6:50 and all they cared about was being closed at 7. Showed no care, no compassion, and were rude. Finding another pharmacy who's on my insurance.

I don't get why this pharmacy got this rating. Every time I've worked with them their service has been awesome...including handling transfers of out of state prescriptions. I worked with Steve twice and he was amazing!

I attempted to get a COVID shot for my son, and after checking the CDC website and seeing that walk-ins are accepted, we arrived at CVS in Grand Forks at about 5:50. We waited in line , and when we got to the register, we were told that they don’t do walk-ins after 6:00. It was 5:57 and their “walk-ins welcome” sign was right there next to the register. The person at the register asked the pharmacist, and he repeated the same. I told them that the website said something different, and the pharmacist just walked away and they wouldn’t budge. When I got home I went to the website to see if I misread something. I then discovered that I could schedule an appointment for the same day at 8pm. Unbelievable.

Ok story time i was on hold for an hour yesterday and never got through to them, and had to do other things.. My prescription was running out and was supposed to be filled by now but was put "on hold" and I was suppose to "contact the pharmacy". Since I couldn't go over and talk to them yesterday (Sunday and they closed earlier) I tried again today at 9am, 11 am, and now 5pm and nobody answered, was on hold for an hour. Wanted to get this sorted out today because I'm out, and again I can't go over there myself, I don't have time to stand in line just to ask for my prescription to be filled when I can do that over the phone with a quick 2 minute phone call.. I was trying to get it figured out over the phone so I can just go pick it up real quick later, but that's not the case and since I couldn't go over there earlier, I will have to tonight, if I can get over there in time, then most likely won't get prescription until tomorrow, which is 2 days without it so I'll get a fun reaction. Not good, Switching pharmacies. But, my medication is "on hold" so I can't do that at the moment because CVS s holding it hostage.

I can't express my dislike for this place. I go here for one prescription because they stock the brand I like and because they are open later so I am not screwed if I forget to pick it up from Wall's by 6:00. Just now I got through the drive up line well after it was supposed to be done, was told the pharmacist wasn't done counting it yet so I had to go to the back of the line again, and got a text saying it was done before I even got back in line for another 10 minute wait. It's always something. One hour minimum regardless of how busy they are when Wall's rarely takes longer than 15 minutes. Often there it's 10. Some other places take 30. How does CVS justify that? I feel sorry for their employees because I am sure they do the best they can within a structure that makes it hard for them to provide good service. Yes, I am very slow at typing on my phone and I am still here.

We all hate pharmacies. The lines take for ever, the staff doesn't want to help, and not to mention the fiends. That's just not the case at CVS Grand Forks. The staff is very quick, they go the extra mile, while that's telling you a few extra helpful tips with your medication or just genuinely saying thank you. The rep that I normally deal with is Wyatt White, he's so nice! He even remembered my name when I came back for my medication. More employees need to model after him. Great customer service Must have been taught very well!

This is the worst pharmacy.do not go to this worthless pharmacy if you can help it..worst customer service and can not get through on the phone with anyone..my clinic says my script was sent there and I had someone drive 30 miles for me to get it while I was at work and they said they dont have one for me. So I called and of course no answer. Some people really need their meds and could die without it or get very sick without and they dont even care..

Have called MULTIPLE times over the last two weeks to fix a prescription situation. CVS automatically refilled a prescription that I did not need and refilled on Dec. 26th without so much as a call to me.Every time I have called I have been put through straight to hold and have waited over a half hour each time without speaking with anyone. I have called the regular store to get assistance and they transfer me back to the phone line where I am on hold the entire time. I was told their phone lines are down!! How can they not be fixed its been over two weeks. This is absolutely ridiculous, I work multiple jobs and do not always have the time to go into the store for assistance, especially when I haven't used CVS for ANY prescription in over four months.

The WORST Experience Ever!I went there to get a Covid PCR test as I was traveling outside the US.At first, I had to stay ALONE OUTSIDE IN THE BLIZZARD for more than 15min AFTER my appointment. They said they have a drive thru service only! What about people who don't have a car?? I asked them Why don't you have a specific place for Covid tests, their answer was: we are afraid one can be positive and bla bla bla ! come on, even a costumer of CVS may transmit the virus by removing their mask for only one minute, the products might be contaminated by their infected hands..Once I finally get the kit, I realized that I had to perform it by myself! (This means that the results won't absolutely be accurate, it's a PCR test! It is necessary that you need a nurse or an experienced one to do it !!!).Ok, I'm done! They said hat the result will be available within 1 day to 3 days.To this day, it has been almost a week and still did not get any message nor an email. I have been waiting at the airport for hours and was about to miss my flight! Luckily, I had had another REAL Covid PCR test at the UND Athletic center just in case and I received the results in the last minutes! This is the weirdest and worst service I have ever had. I absolutely don't recommend CVS Grand Forks at least.PS: I would love to leave the comments without stars, but google won't allow me to publish my comment so I leave one star.

As a former employee I can tell you that most people here don't cares about you or your prescription. The positive reviews are written by friends of employees and the pharmacy manager doesn't give a fig about anything other than her "numbers" at the end of the day. An employee can try their hardest every day but management players favorites regardless if someone does their job well or not.As for me, I'll fill everything at thrifty white where they've actually show to give a damn about their patients and not numbers

If you want to call in your prescriptions by phone you are wasting your time with this Pharmacy. Everytime I call them I'm put on hold indefinitely. Usually I give up after 15-20 minutes, once more than an hour. A handful of time I've tried calling during the hours Google says they're the least busy and still no answer. Apparently this is a business that believes it's acceptable to ignore their customers.

I live 75 miles away from the CVS in Grand Forks. I am pleased that they call me with reminder messages when my prescriptions need to be refilled and that they will call the doctor's office to renew, if needed. Then, upon my request, they mail me the filled prescription without charge! Prices are the best I have found. Furthermore, I travel out-of-state in the winter months, and I am able to use the CVS pharmacies in AZ, & NM in person with no problem. A real boon because ND pharmacies can not ship prescriptions out of state. Also, I have found the pharmacists and technicians at the Grand Forks CVS to be courteous and helpful, both in person and on the phone.

There should be a thing called ZERO reviews! This location needs to shut down! Nobody knows how to do their job accurately and it’s disgusting how long it takes to get meds when it’s dead!!!! Then after waiting over 20 mins they tell you they have to order it in!
