I've gotten many things from best buy, and they've always been great, reliable products. The staff is very polite and helpful when searching for things, and if they don't have it on hand, they go above and beyond by helping locate the item, or order it to the store or having it delivered straight to your door. The store is always clean and well maintained, and they always have staff around that can help. The atmosphere in there is very cool, and calm. I could spend hours just looking at stuff in there whether I buy anything or not. Definitely recommend this store for any tech lovers

Looks like I already had a 1 star rating 4 years ago. Once again a terrible experience at this best buy. Many of the switch games are not on the shelf, they say to scan the QR code and do a pick up in store then go to the front to pickup the item. When I did this and went to the front to pick up the item I was told I would have to wait at least 30 minutes for my ordered to be fulfilled.

Purchased a Bella coffee maker and the thing was defective so I returned it to this Best Buy and the replaced it no problem so 5 stars you get

What a disappointment, ordered a dishwasher and paid upfront. Waited almost 2 weeks and then the day before I was suppose to pick it up I get an email saying billing issue and order was canceled. Now I have 2 wait up to 10 more days to get my money back. I was warned by numerous friends about ordering through them and I should have listened. I will be buying our appliances elsewhere.

I don’t know if it’s just a Best Buy thing or if it’s this specific location, but the stock always seems to be so scarce. If I go in there looking for something specific such as a phone case, headphones, a laptop case, etc., the selection is a joke. The prices are also far higher than its competitors. I’m always better off ordering whatever I need from Amazon.

Best buy is the place yo go for electronics in grand forks. I got a sale discount which wasn't on online sales of other common e-commerce websites for the same product.Most of the sales team members there were very helpfull and answered our questions. I'll definetly shop again at Best Buy Grand Forks.

They were very helpful and friendly. I was greeted and asked right when I walked in if there was anything I needed help finding. The gentleman helped me right away, rang me up and I was out of the store less than 10 minutes.

Install guy sold me an open double din install kit for my pickup, he said all the parts were there. When installing it there were missing parts, a broken clip and it was scratched up pretty bad. I went back and he offered me a single din replacement (sigh). I could only get a refund and they would not get one shipped to them from another store. I ended up driving to Grand Forks to pick up the double din kit from best buy there since it was the only place that had one that would fit without ordering one online.

We had a great purchasing experience at Best Buy in Grand Forks! We were there to purchase an iPad. I am not a techy person but learn well if someone teaches me and I had a lot of questions. A young man named Will worked with us and did a fabulous job answering all our questions. We purchased an iPad and left there feeling so good! Thank you Will!

Sons Xbox controller had stick drift after 3 months. Brought in for replacement. They matched the price, I paid for new Geek Squad and out in 5min. Absolutely terrible that Microsofts warranty is 3 months and I ALWAYS buy GSP from Best Buy because the controller WILL fail. Best Buy makes it easier than any other retailer, highly recommend.

The staff feels a little overwhelming when you have someone popping out of no where to see if you need anything and I get it, they're just doing their job but it does get mildly annoying, another issue, is say you find something cheaper in store but sold out, you try to order through them and have it shipped, which is nice however.. if it actually works.I've been wanting Call of the night and it's 14.99 in store but 50.00 online and they were going to order it for me, honoring the 14.99 price but for some reason couldn't and didn't know why.Beyond that, it's not too bad of a store, pricey on some things, cheaper with others.Over friendly staff.

I have had great luck with Best Buy and have purchased my last three computers from them. The last Apple computer I bought came defective from the manufacturer. I brought it back and it was quickly replaced with another computer that works great. Most of the people who work here have some knowledge on the products they are selling and are a big help with making selections.

Honestly, I showed up 10 minutes until close which I never usually do because I KNOW how frustrating that is for employees, but I had just cracked my phone and needed an immediate replacement. I didn't end up buying anything this time, but I had a great experience. I was shopping for a new radio for my older car and the salesman helped politely with all my questions and did not push anything on me. They have the services I need like professional installation and could point me toward another business I could use to get other work done. Place was very clean and all employees looked happy and attentive.
