Love the coffee shop and deli! They have a beautiful dining room with a fireplace where you can stop for lunch and get Caribou coffee and a soup and salad bar. Best kept secret for dining in Grafton!

This place employees of different handicaps! They have almost everything you need or want. Fresh beans new potatoes in early summer and corn sweet straight from the crops and gardens in the area. Honestly people who care about you as an individual! So rewarding to see God's good work with people that are salt of the earth. Nice being back in North Dakota and so pleased I got to grow up here! Got me my good values, morals and honesty and religion. God Bless God!

Way overpriced. We are full time travelers. We signed up to do the beet harvest for something we have never experienced. This is the closest grocery store. I think they take advantage of this. When I say overpriced I mean everything is twice the price literally. On a positive note it is very neat and clean. As far as atmosphere I would give it two thumbs up. Very nice produce and meat selection also.

Was checking out around 3:30-4 July 21 2023. I had some chicken that didn’t have a price tag. The boy checking me out asked the boy bagging my groceries to go get a price on the chicken and the boy bagging said “NO tell him to do it”, (pointing to the man bagging at the next till) and walked away! The boy checking me out called back to the meat dept., a girl came and took the chicken and said “do you want me to find a price?” Not happy

Prices here have gotten out of hand. I won't mind stopping here for a few things now but no way will I ever do a full shopping here again. It's gotten to the point where I'm spending almost double of what I would spend getting the same things at Walmart or Aldi. Worth the trip to grand forks now. Other than prices, there's really no issues with the store

The employee are rude. No one is willing to help the customer. The baggers are not kind when you say thank you to them or anyone in the store they either say yeah, nothing, or okay. One time I had a cart load of groceries and the bagger put my grocery in two different cart and them would not help me out to the car. I drive an hour for this grocery store because I have to. The produce is in good condition and the dairy select is good. If I didnt have to go to this story I wouldn't go.

I have been going to Hugo's Grocery store for long time. I find that their personal are very helpful and good at their job. They have a great selection of food for everyone and their ( their gluten free) foods are excellent I'll keep giving them my business

Got nothing but love for Hugo. He wasn't there when I was there last but I told the cashier to let him know Cleedus says hi.Their smoked bacon in the deli is some of the best bacon I've ever had. I dream about their bacon. Hugo really knows his bacon.

Would like to see more prices on there items. Went there and had to ask a worker on frozen meat and he had to go up front to get a price. Then another frozen meat item wasnt priced and he blew a gasket. Asked me you want me to go up there again? Not a customers fault I walked away and threw the meat back. If your going to make your customers do the work lower your prices then.

The meat is good quality and priced fair. Other items are over priced as opposed to bigger grocery stores but that's to be expected. I was disappointed when I was questioned about my service dog and asked for documentation. I provided the documents but am not required to. I felt unwelcome.

Ordered online for grocery pickup. Online 37 items... at pickup 23. They didn't even have bottled water?! Plus whomever bags those items decided to put eggs in a full bag of items on its side. Lesson learned and will stick with Grand Forks for any sort of ordering.

Too high priced. Captive market pricing. Higher and higher she goes, look out wallet to Fargo, Gf we go!! Excellent service, high pricing makes family go elsewhere. New products got rid of affordable options we use to buy. Management needs to have a heart to heart talk w community and realize we need more affordable family options for a blue collar farming community......profits ok, but get back in touch w needs of community...we are not city folk!!!Respectfully

As a current Garlic bread enthusiast i seek to try new forms of garlic bread. Unfortunately you will not be greeted as such here. Their form of garlic bread is to slice a regular loaf of bread in half and smear it with the worst Garlic spread known to man and sell it as such. Truly disappointing. Oh and the prices are crazy high.
