I love that if they don't have something you can talk to whoever's working the front and more often than not they can order it and get it for you in a week or less! They also have really great kitchen ware and seasonal outdoor decor!

S&J Hardware had excellent customer service. When the person didn't know the exact location of what I was looking for he asked for help and the owner showed us the location. Could not have asked for better service. I walked the whole store and found an excellent variety of items many of which I will purchase in the future. It is 20 miles closer to my home than Minot so I plan on going there more often given what I know

I thought this store would be like an Ace Hardware....it is in so many ways, but lumber and shelf materials were missing. When I walked in the door, I got a suspicious look. I know I am not a Garrison local, but hey...I was they to buy stuff. When they figured out I really was there and I knew what I needed, attitude change. Funny thing is, I deal with this company on the phone on a somewhat regards basis. Be friendly fly folks, that way you get a 5 star rating.
