If your look for a quick trip, I would suggest target, they have wheelchair access and are very helpful. They have multiple cashier's and also several self checkouts if that's your preference, personally I like the human interaction at checkout. Target checks all the boxes on my retail store expectations. Their curbside pickup and delivery service is 100 times better than what walleee world offers.

NO checkout registers open. Just self scan checkouts. Absolutely NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY STAFF either. Snotty response when we asked about getting a check out open: "we don't have to do that". Staff all over yapping to each other, doing nothing and on the clock, and could care less about actually helping anyone anywhere in the store, but no open staffed check out lanes was not reasonable. Management was crude and rude as well.

This Walmart might be the worst Walmart in the whole nation. They never pick up the calls and the one time they do you can never speak to the hiring manager🤦‍♂️. Rude customers. This Walmart is cooked closing it will do it justice at this point.

I got oil change done today! What happened to communicate with the customer? I didn't get report on my vehicle or told if anything was wrong or had to tap and other fluids. Would be nice to know what going on with my truck! Any other place tell you about your vehicle and give you report on your vehicle!!

I placed an order for a 1-hr photo on 12/29. I received the notification that it was ready for pickup and went to the counter. I was informed by the gal working the desk that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I stopped back 20 mins later and was told it hadn’t even been worked. I told her I would be back in the morning. It is still not ready for pickup and they are tell me it might be ready in 3-4 hours. This is entirely unacceptable.

Waited 20 minutes to use self checkout only to have it closed in front of me because it wasn’t taking cards. When I asked if they were opening another one she said no. Lines were blocking aisles and they couldn’t open more self checkouts. It’s one thing if they didn’t have staff to do the checking but when it’s self checkout. Really?

I guess there are three in town, and this one is supposed to be the worst. Wasn't so bad for me -- an out-of-towner. I guess I didn't know how bad it was since I couldn't compare it to another one. Worked for me. Lots of empty shelves, though, as this seems to be the norm at a lot of places now.....

Had a tire blowout across the street from 13th walmart. Ordered now tire through Walmart. Website was being weird setting up appointment. Tried calling I’d say at least 12 time in 2 days. Finally got fed up and went to the store. The guy working instantly says no when I asked to set up an appointment. Said I need to buy the tire first (the tire I literally just bought from them is sitting there). He then says they don’t do tire mounting. I point to the sign with the pricing for tire mounting and he just says “yeah we don’t do that”. What a joke of place tho, I’m the not only one who had issues for something so simple. Reviews confirm that.

The employee stated it was there and I had asked can you come and get it for me he said it should be right there and I asked again can you get it for me and he said right there and it was not there even though he looked it up on his device and it said it was there so I just got my child and left. Today have line’s closed were are the workers

Horrible experience completely failed as a pick up order will never use this Walmart again.Went inside today. Dirty, gross, horrible service. Did self checkout, they have 10 self checkouts of which only 4 were open!! And the 4 that were open there were probably 8 people in each line waiting to checkout!! What's the point of having 10 of them if they are going to have 4 of them open???

If i could do 0 I would. The wait time is ridiculous. Especially when they have workers walking back and forth right by the customers, on top of that when you say you need help they either ignore you or say, "they'll be back to help you." Five workers passed by me prior ignoring me asking for help or for them to call for someone to help me. It shouldn't be like this. But this is how it is at the 13th ave walmart. Avoid it if you can. I'll be shopping at target from now on.

Be cautious of this Walmart in the evening and avoid at night. There's almost always security or police outside this location. Thankfully, they're oftentimes well stocked in the basics.

Update 2/19/2024 I went in to grab 3 items and my daughter was waiting for me with children and so I'm trying to make it quick but cannot check out because there are 20 people in each self checkout and maybe 2 cashiers checking people out which are slower than the people checking themselves out. Why does Walmart do this? There's no excuse. I had to leave my items behind. End of update Walmart do better, more better-er. *****I have little time to shop so when I come here at 9:30pm and they close at 11pm I expect not to have to fight with the night stocking crew to get to the isles for the items I need to get. This location doesn't even have customer service returns anymore because employees are too busy doing other things as the buddy system gossiping about their lives and ignoring customers. I am so tired of this location I will drive 6 miles in the opposite direction or pay more to go to another store. Congrats lazy employees, you've accomplished your goal of less work less customers. Walmart, DO BETTER!!

This walmart is like no other. It's almost scary.Stock is not present. Folks aren't as helpful @ this location.I added a star, they have remodeled, it seems better. However.. the front bathroom is already kinda rundown. It had so much potential!!

We had a pretty easy in and out experience with our waiting to long during lunch time. The only reason I docked 1 star is because during lunch, just after noontime, there were no chicken strips. Also the wedges and cheese curds were pretty stale. I was surprised it wasn't more fresh. But other than that it was a good experience!

Walmart customer service told me I could return my 70" Smart TV that came damaged from Walmart's own shipping company, Pilot. Their customer service told me to return it, I even then after I got off the phone with customer service called the 13th avenue location and gave them a heads up that I was going to be returning a big 70" smart tv. They basically just gave me my cash back, as the TV price went up online. I thought I was getting a 70" tv....

When originally opened after closing the old building one block south (now Axis Clinicals) this Walmart had an entirely different product selection which gave it an edge. Since then has become all too similar and generic as the rest.

Let’s be honest, this is not the wal mart of old. They want you to check yourself out, and then check you at the door. I don’t work there. Why should I have to check myself out?? 25 lanes for check out with one or two open. And then be scrutinized when I leave if I’ve paid for my stuff. Wal mart sucks.
