I never go to Walgreens, but I needed a specific first aid item I was struggling to find elsewhere. I found it, brought it to the register, and it rang up at almost twice as much as it was labeled for. I thought maybe I’d missed a card-member only sale tag, but I didn’t remember there being a sale tag at all. I mentioned it to the cashier, who got really defensive asking me if I had a card. I said I wanted to check the tag, and was met again with defensive response from the cashier “or you could just sign up for the card”.I checked the tag, and found the item was stocked with incorrect signage. There were no sales tags, and signing up for the card wouldn’t have corrected the pricing error that was caused by whoever had stocked the area.The cashier had been so rude to me, I didn’t want to go back up to the register to show them photos of the area where the item was found and have the price corrected. It was stocked and priced incorrectly. I chose to leave.I’ve honestly never been treated so poorly by customer service. I’ve worked customer service, I always try to be kind to other customer service employees, and what I thought was a genuine question or concern was met with immediate defense and rudeness.

I'm sure the experience would have been better had they actually answered the phone and remembered that there's customers on the other end. After multiple attempts & 45 minutes on hold someone finally answers just to ask to put me on hold again & never ended up taking the call. I will never set foot in this store if this is the kind of customer service you provide. No wonder why people are using Amazon nowadays. You've just lost a customer.

worst customer service experience of my life trying to get a Western Union. all the male staff were horribly rude and treated me poorly because their system wasnt working. the dude with the beard behind the photo counter smelled so bad i wanted to vomit. one employee wasnt wearing any uniform or nametag with long dreds and treated me like garbage literally walked off while i was still asking questions. i hope this helps someone because this experience ruined my day completely.

Glad we had a Walgreens and that it was open late. I had cut myself pretty bad and Walgreens was the only place around to sell Bleedstop powder. They also have a good selection of any other first aid needs you might need.

First thing I want to say is to the people who do reviews. Remember that there is a shortage of employees right now. So when you complain about them being understaffed, keep in mind that everyone is right now.NOW, TO WALGREENS,The people in the store are always nice but I really want to say thank you too Aisha in the package pickup area. She is always very pleasant and helpfulI definitely like this pickup area way more than the one down the street.Thank you for hiring he. Good choice!UPDATED SEPT 25, 2023I'm just back to say nice things about this store again.This time it was Katy whose help was above and beyond. I seriously hate buying makeup, and I'm sure every woman has felt this.Katy took the time to help me make choices that are too subjective to make alone sometimes.AND it was getting close to closing time! But she and Karfalla were both so sweet. Never rushing me or acting like I was being a pain.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU.

Over the last few months service at this store (4201 13th Ave S, Fargo) has gone down hill; understaffed, staff with a 'yeah-whatever' attitude.This store has also decided to selectively honor prices from the weekly ad; walk-in to buy something that's on sale (per weekly ad) and you may or may not get the same sale price at this store ... *but* ... if you order the same exact item as an online-for-local-pickup order then you'll get the sale price.Thankfully there are 2 other Walgreens in the area (granted, a few extra miles of driving) that still have great service *and* they honor all sales prices from the weekly ad.

The workers here are SO kind. Whenever I've had a problem finding something or even if my arms were too full and I needed a basket, they are so helpful. They're constantly working on stocking the shelves. They always greet me with a smile. Warm and friendly environment.

The young man working the photo dept on Fri evening 4-29-22 was so pleasant and helpful.I had a large order of prints needed for a car show in the morning and he helped me with inputting, finding a deal, and they were ready to go by 9pm as promised. Friendly & helpful, I will definitely return!

I had the worst experience with the workers there,I got an email saying that my pictures were ready, went to get them,the employee was all flustered telling us how behind he was there,he was a wreck trying to get our orders,I told him I had 2 packs of pictures,he couldn't find them anywhere,all flustered he was just rude, kept on looking, said he didn't know where they werei told him just forget it! Very unprofessional,rude,need to train workers customer service!!

This Walgreens does not have a pharmacy. That's fine by me. Surprisingly they offer some really decent sale items. When you are a coupon savvy shopper the deals can be amazing.They have Western Union services, photo services and everything else in small sections. Its not a large store. But it is just right for those quick trips.Check it out! It's worth a shot. The vitamins and beauty products are decent buys here.

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. Went there today around 11:30 on a Saturday. Lots of people looking for their items with just 1 cashier. I searched in vain for what I wanted and asked the cashier. Of course she was too busy to help and placed a call for somebody to assist me. Waited another 10 minutes in the aisles with nobody showing up. Finally 2 people emerged from the back room. One of them had previously came out but went back as quick as he came out. It seems the employees would rather hang out in the back room over helping customers. Needless to say I left and made my purchases at another store down the street. I will "never" shop at this Walgreens again.

I wouldn't go here for shots, like I filled in my daughter's info it was right I noticed on the first paperwork they had it was wrong I said something she said they would fix it next time I went in it was still wrong I said something again, but now she's not in the system (MyIR) which is really bad if we were to try to travel out of country because it works like forged the paperwork which could land me in jail all cause someone couldn't get a simple name right or a child's birthday.

If you've NEVER had a receipt thrown at you by a manager after the cashier won't give you a receipt along with Manager grumbling "you want a receipt??? HERE!!!<throw receipt on "HERE!!!">Awesome, unforgettable experience!Broadway grade material and best of all I didnt even have to buy a ticket!Bravo to the players, Bob as the cashier and Kyle as the angry receipt throwing manager. Awesome performance guys; keep up the great work! 🏆👏👍💪🤳**I travel all the time and on average, Walgreens, for decades is overall the best national chain in my exp .. but like any multi chain retailers you're gonna have some bad eggs - the difference here.. receipt throwing is not something you expect from a member of Walgreens management ... or really any reputable, legal business establishment :/

If I could give them a 0 I would. All I went in there do was get passport photos done, and I got them taken and waited for an hour before asking for assistance, once I finally got noticed it took another 20 min for the simple photos. Terrible customer service.

This is a review for CVS Pharmacy. Filling a prescription here was painfully slow, we waited over 30 minutes for a prescription to be filled. What a joke.

Bear in mind that this is the only Walgreens drug store in the entire country where you cannot get a prescription filled! Imagine that. A Walgreens without a pharmacy. In North Dakota, it's a state law that pharmacies can only be privately-owned. A pharmacy can only be owned by a pharmacist who owns at least a majority ownership stake of the pharmacy. Fortunately, if you are in need of an actual Walgreens Pharmacy, there are two locations directly across the Red River in adjoining Moorhead, Minnesota. About five minutes away from the Fargo location. One at 900 Main Avenue, and the other at 700 30th Avenue South (Exit 1-A eastbound on I-94, just inside the Minnesota border. Turn right -- southbound -- at the traffic light on U.S. 75, and the Walgreens store will be your right hand side).

Was looking for a 24 hour pharmacy and Google says that this one is. But in reality it isn't. Can you please change that on your hours with Google so other people don't think the same thing I did and waste a trip in the middle of the night? Thank you!
