My elderly mother always likes to buy her vacuums and get them repaired at University Vacuums. At one point I suggested Amazon (don't tell anyone), and Maura (my mom) wouldn't hear of it! We recently had a problem with a. vacuum and Brian handled it beautifully. We so appreciate excellent customer service. Please support LOCAL businesses. : )

Always a good place to get your vacuum repaired at the owner is very friendly and the staff is nice I have Casey work on my vacuums mostly and he does a really good job and he helps me whenever a issue arises with one of my vacuums even if they are busy he tries to make a bit of time overall I recommend this place. Great staff keep it up! Update: Casey doesn’t work there anymore!

I had purchased a used vacuum and a used shampooer from this location about a year ago. With my purchase I was PROMISED that I would be able to use a professional shampooer whenever I needed to which is what initially got me to purchase their items. This is also posted on their local website. Just recently I went in to get a shampooer and the elderly man decided to pull up my file. He told me that I was not able to get the shampooer for free any longer because I had purchased a used vacuum and not a brand new one. I tried explaining to him that this was my main reason from purchasing from him, and all he had to say was that he can't go back in time and remember what was said in conversation! He also had to point out that a brand new simplicity is a lot more expensive than the one I had purchased which had nothing to do with what we were discussing. He has been letting me get it for free for the last year and all of a sudden he doesn't remember? He was rude to me on the phone and I specifically told him I would be writing a review about my experience. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you want better customer service and a vacuum that actually works! As far as I can see, he told me what I wanted to hear to get his sale! ALSO, the vacuum that I purchased clogs up on me at least once every 2 months! The mini shampooer still works great. I spent $270 dollars on both of these items and I highly regret my decision to purchase from this company. If you do so happen to purchase something from here and he tells you that you can get the shampooer or anything else for free, I recommend making sure to get it in writing!

CJ was very helpful, interactive, and willing to demonstrate a number of products. He wasn't pushy and listened to my needs. I didn't get the impression that he only wanted to sell one product or one model to me. Their service is prompt and I believe reasonably priced. Diverse range of vacuums + prices. If you are looking for a quality vacuum check out this store and ask for CJ.

After purchasing a Meile, though I like the sleek look and suction power, the power button sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. I'm an over the road trucker, so getting time to come back to have CJ adjust and fix this will take time difficult to schedule. I love the performance of the machine (when it works) but feel it should be perfect, right out of the box. It seems to run hot. I have to be very careful with regards to that. I bought it to keep my big rig clean. I have a short haired dog with me. I'm disappointed in it, to be honest. Suction power is awesome, but it isn't hard used nor often yet is finicky.

Thanks you University Vacuum Plus the wonderful Meile Vacuum I purchased a month ago. I truly think it is the best Vacuum I have every had. The sales and service you provide is second to none. I was on the fence about which vacuum style I wanted canister vs upright with attachments. My canister is the best. You guys really know your stuff...My vacuums wasn't great shape and you took in as a trade in for my new one. Thanks you for your honesty when it came to repairs.
