The new manager, Dan, was very prompt, efficient, and friendly during checkout. He provided the type of high level customer service that is tough to come by. Looking forward to returning to the store and seeing the positive impact he will make!

I thought I liked TJ Maxx until I went to this one. The workers aren't friendly whatsoever. Most are super young so that's likely why - they clearly weren't raised or trained to be friendly or helpful to customers. But, even worse... I show up 1.5 hours before closing time to browse for clothes and start collecting a large pile to try on, and they had the fitting rooms closed, with no good reason. I even spoke with a manager and she could not give me one good reason, especially since there were 7 employees all within eyesight, including one who was walking around doing nothing, who could easily be manning the fitting rooms. If you're going to close your fitting rooms because you as a manager, and your staff, are too lazy to man them, then at least have the courtesy to put a sign at the front door, so people coming to find clothes do not waste their time visiting your store to pick out clothing which they won't be able to try on; we can go elsewhere. I told 4 other customers who were collecting clothes, clearly to try on, and they were frustrated too - 2 left the store too. There was zero reason given or apparent for the store to not have fitting rooms open that far from closing time. I used to work retail in high school, 24 years ago, back when managers and store associates actually respected customers and wanted their business. And we certainly did not turn away customers from trying on clothing until 10 minutes before closing time! TJ Maxx has officially lost a customer, not that they cared about their customers any way.

Some fun things here to look at that aren't in regular stores. Lots of gift options for a variety of interests. However, there were many broken items on the shelves when I went last that should have been taken off, including glass items.

There are 2 women that work the check out counter, that do not like there jobs. So rude. You need to find a job that you don't deal with people if you don't like people. Also don't buy there cheap jewelry it break the first 10 min you have it on. They won't trade it in for another.

Love the store itself but the employees are terrible. Pretty sure the person helping me was a shift lead or manager the way she was talking to others. She never acknowledged me beginning to end, stopped and answered the phone in the middle of checkout even though there were two others nearby free. Threw the receipt on top of the bag and walked off. Not sure why you feel the need to be rude to people you don't know especially when you literally work customer service. 🙄

Most of the clothes have stains on them and I'm not talking itty bitty ones on the shirt or pants... I'm talking about half the clothes stained like noticable. Who wants that type of stuff???

T.J. Maxx is honestly pretty good for buying clothing and accessories. I was in and out in 2 minutes buying clothes hangers but there was a ton of clothing available, all looking pretty good however one may misconstrue this as fast fashion, I thought it was fine. It reminds me a lot of competitors such as Ross or Old Navy and I don't know how they expect to distinguish themselves from those stores other than offering better discounts and having a red color scheme. Either way, it's good for buying essentials that will last a while.

The store was very disorganized and dirty. The bathrooms were unable to be used because of how trashed they were. There were multiple aisles with merchandise scattered on the floor.

I had the nicest employee who was wiping down carts, saw that I had a cart with a faulty wheel. He found me halfway across the store and exchanged my cart for one that worked so much better! Really appreciated his fabulous service! :D

Great selections and great prices. It's hard not trying anything on but they said when you return the clothes they quarantine them for 3 days so that is cool. I loved the purses and hats.

The variety of products is great. They are constantly getting in new inventory so it's always an adventure to go. The store isn't super clean and it's a bit of a mess, but it's still fun to explore when you have extra time.

I bought a shirt last week for my son in law, when he tried it on we noticed a hole in the side so I took it back. They refused to let me return it. I paid 14.99 for a new shirt only for it to have a hole and I can't even get my money back. Ridiculous. Not only that but my son in law is high risk and there was not a mask in sight in this store! Horrendous, I will not be coming back and im burning this shirt! I edited to add how rude the management was. They came to help me "resolve the issue" but had horrible fake smiles FELT LIKE A SLAP IN THE FACE! WILL NOT BE BACK
