We have made purchases from Swen after meeting them at CranFest in WI prior to this purchase and were MORE than pleased.We had put off purchasing a score keeper for ourselves despite having purchased them as gifts in the past, I finally was pulling the trigger for my significant other's birthday. When I contacted them, they had informed me that they didn't currently have a graphic designer to do the fabrication of the tops for the items I wanted. I was willing to purchase the items and have them send me the tops separately when they had someone that could fabricate them at a later date. They (only because I'm not sure of the name of the person I was in contact with) then proceeded to tell me that they would go work with the CNC machine to see if they could figure it out....low and behold....they turned out perfect!!We are so appreciative of the willingness to go above and beyond!! That is a rare quality these days! Jeff is very pleased with the gift and they will get sooooo much use. We will continue to recommend Swen Products to anyone that will listen!!Thank you and keep up the great work!

Arrived fairly quick to Canada.. We were excited to install on our 6ft by 4ft shed at our seasonal campsite. It was a challenge to bend it to shape of the roof pitch and maintain a vertical alignment... After installing and having over 20 guests the first evening not one person noticed it... Seems the colour makes it blend into the background... Have to decide what to do next.. Maybe paint it a different colour? Shame though as with shipping it cost me $140..

We bought two weathervanes from Amazon, ordered the wrong mount the first time, they were super helpful when I called and just called again because relocating in need of a different mount for one of them, again super helpful, prompt and courteous and love their weathervanes!!! Where are the measurements of your products on EBAY or your and other sights. Are they so small that you don't want to say???? Does the bottom mount come with the product or do you have to pay separate for it???? You seem intentionally unclear on this also. ??? hummm ???
