This Starbucks doesn’t seem to follow standard Starbucks practices. An example that is frustrating is I pay extra money for cold foam and instead of using the lid with the wider opening, this location consistently uses the lid with the very small opening. The small opening doesn’t allow you to get the cold foam unless you take off the lid and scoop it out.

Doesn't matter when you come, service is poor, quality is poor and you rarely get a menu item that is up to Starbucks normal standards. Drinks are made incorrectly (not even customized) and never a full cup (even though we pay $7+ for the drink). Sad when you even speak with mgmnt and no change occurs. Definitely worth driving the extra miles to get to a different Starbucks that has better service!

I'm not sure what this location does different than any other location in town, but they just cannot seem to get their drinks right. I've had a few instances where their drinks were less than standard and actually took one back. I have never brought a drink back to any coffee shop ever. I just drink it no matter how good or bad it is. This was so bad, it tasted old or spoiled. The replacement drink was probably worse than the original drink. I just don't get it. The staff isn't super inviting or friendly like a lot of locations either, so I felt awkward having to bring it back to begin with. I didn't bother taking the new one back. I just won't go to this location again. Please look into how your drinks are being made. There is definitely something off about them compared to most locations.

Title: Starbucks: A Grande DisappointmentRating: ⭐️There was a time when the mermaid logo of Starbucks promised a comforting haven, a refuge filled with the rich aroma of coffee, and the knowledge that a barista awaited to craft your favorite beverage with care. Those days, regrettably, seem to be a bygone era, as my recent encounters with Starbucks have been nothing short of a venti-sized disappointment.Today occasions, I found myself driving before a locked Starbucks window during what were supposed to be their operating hours. My anticipation of a warm morning brew was abruptly replaced with the biting chill of disappointment. The schedule posted on the door and the information available online were clearly in stark contrast to the reality, leaving me not just caffeine-deprived but utterly frustrated.While I was waiting outside I managed to catch a staff members inside the store well within the hours of operation. The blatant disregard for customers and the lack of basic communication was a jolt stronger than any espresso shot.It was a poor reflection of the customer service that Starbucks once took prideThe Starbucks of today is a far cry from the haven it once was. The disregard for reliable opening hours, the lack of clear communication, and the steep decline in customer service are not what one would expect from a brand of this stature. It's a bitter realization that the place I once associated with warmth, reliability, and excellent service has left me out in the cold.Starbucks, it's high time you reassess not just your store timings, but your commitment to your patrons. Until then, I'm afraid my coffee cravings will have to be satisfied elsewhere.

It's amazing. So patient when we couldn't figure things out. Drinks were made fast, and very well. Atmosphere was great too.The workers are amazing! My sister was having a bad day one time, and the barista seemed to notice, and commented on how pretty she looked. It made my sisters day. These are workers who are trying to just be friendly. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks in the city.Drinks are always made amazing, and up to Starbuck quality. It's always clean, and well stocked.Kid-friendliness: A cool nook with book.

I am a regular customer here & usually the service is fabulous but when I was here tonight I had a really rude staff at the drive thru speaker when I placed my order & then she was also at the drive thru window when I pulled up to pay & get my order.I've never seen her working before,but she shouldn't be in customer service if that's how she is to customers.Worst customer service I've had at a Starbucks ever!I usually tip,but didn't feel bad at all not tipping her.When I placed my order order at the speaker for 4 drinks she seemed annoyed & said well that's going to take a awhile(they were all 4 the exact same drink).Then at the window scanned my phone App then handed me the tray with my 4 drinks & said all snotty that's all the farther I can reach.Not impressed at all!Sad how one horrible staff can make a store look so bad.

Wow. I don’t think I have ever had a rude experience that was so blatant as I have had at this location. I had 2 drinks in my order as I was also ordering for somebody else. I ordered those 2 drinks at the window us both needing some tasty caffeine after being up with the baby all night. As the drive thru person was asking if the screen looked good, I attempted to say, “no” and they completely I cut me off and screeched out, “that’ll be $12.58”! I just sat there in disbelief and said “uh no I wasn’t done my 2nd drink order is incorrect”. The screen was reading a different drink than what I had just ordered. The individual came back on over the line and inquired as to what I needed. I attempted to maker the correction multiple times, I wasn’t sure if they could hear me well over the headset, after some back and forth corrections they got what I had ordered down and on with the line. When I got to the window the same individual asked me how I was as they were scanning my phone. I stated, “good and yourself?” They smirked and walked away without a reply. The whole situation felt foul. You could just feel the attitude oozing. I get it. Every place in America is short staffed right now and they could have been having a been having a bad morning, but my goodness, I am the most patient consumer because I know first hand what working short staffed is like. There was nothing I could have done to agitate somebody to this degree considering all they did was simply take my order and than cut me off from a question they asked. Do better. You’re not the only one having a bad day but you were certainly the only one projecting it.

We are regulars. This morning the drive-through barista asked us if our app stated that our mobile order was ready. She then told us to "in the future make sure its says its ready before approaching the driveup window or it will hold up the drive-through. 😳 The app only gives an estimation of when our order will be ready and we always try to do our best to time it correctly. Is this a new starbucks "thing" or is it this particular store with a new manager trying to tighten her ship? This sounds like an in-store issue that needs to be worked through instead of a problem to be placed on the customer.

Half the time I order myself an iced brown sugar shaken espresso it’s like they forget any of the flavoring, so just cold bitter espresso with cream. I’d normally get over it but I’m paying over 10$ per drink, I just don’t think that’s very fair. Especially when I’m charged for the extra flavoring I ask for on top of what They already would add.

One of my mobile orders came out wrong, but it might’ve been because of my own confusion ordering it. Anna was super nice and understanding and helped me out. Everyone at this location is always really kind.

Ordered a drink, and brought my own cup in and I realized to late that the size I order was that in my cup. Not very pleased I payed to much not to get the size I ordered. Because after I finished I ordered from a different store and dumped it into my cup and there was way more than the previous store.

The Starbucks on Veterans blvd is ON POINT!! They saved my life today by being the only one in Fargo/Moorhead having my mango dragon fruit lemonade in stock. THE ONLY ONE! I NEED one everyday. They had A pup cup waiting at the window for my dog as soon as i pulled up. They are so friendly! My drink was PERFECTED! I hope their boss is aware of the gems they have employed at that location and do whatever they can to keep them. Whoever was working the drive thru this early afternoon is irreplaceable, please know that.

Consistently let’s mobile orders get into the hundreds and not able to get drinks out. Several occasions I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes past my mobile order ready time. Rude staffing doesn’t really care

This location is insanely busy. I ordered via the mobile app and had to wait 20+ minutes for my drink. The drink was a huge disappointment, being mostly ice with a splash of milk and coffee. Ordering here was a waste of time.

Been there several times, weekends and weekdays. Mediocre service at best, can't seem to make a WCM right. I've enjoyed starbucks around the world and all over the US, and this place just isn't up to par. Disappointed. Calico store on 45th or the walmart store on 52nd doesn't seem to have any issues.

I applied at this Starbucks because I was interested in working at a coffee shop. Keep in mind On the door of the Starbucks building, it said “now hiring.” I put all my info in the application and waited 3 days for them to contact me. Tell me why they declined my interview even after it says “now hiring” on the door.

It a Sunday morning and took for ever thru drive thru. Don't come back thru drive. Asked the person at drive thru.stated that had a lot of mobile order. Them they should shut off mobile order if can't keep up. The walk in is closed not coming here on Sunday. So they apologized and were very nice.
