We stopped in for an early dinner, no one else was there but that made for a nice quiet evening. I ordered the smaller melt and a bowl of the cream of tomato basil soup... they tasted amazing!! My daughter ordered the chicken kale caesar salad, also very delicious! This was our first time here and we hope to come back

Very good. It was recommended to me by a neighbor. I brought my 2 sons, and we all loved it. I will be back again soon to have the pastrami one again.

At 7pm on Mar. 20, apparently this location does not want customers. You will notice I lack a picture of food. I didn't get any. We walked out because your cashier implied that she didn't want us there.There were no customers sitting and eating. Yet, her greeting was that there would be a 30-40 minute delay. As we perused the menu, we had never been here before, the cashier yelled back to the cook and asked to stop taking orders for 30 minutes. We hadn't ordered yet. It is good that you are that busy BUT she could have said something to us such as "i will still take your order". Instead, we went to Five Guys off 52nd avenue. They have great service and burgers.

I have been ordering a Caesar salad for lunch from here monthly for the last 5 years. Never had an issue until now. Got home with my order, mixed it up and realized it’s not Caesar dressing. Normally not a big deal, I could eat the chicken and croutons without but when I called them to fix the issue they basically told me to come in and prove it saying she knew what she put in there and their Caesar recipe/supplier may have changed. False, the dressing I was given wreaks of vinegar. It is not Caesar dressing. Won’t be coming back solely because she basically called me a liar. Bottom line, I didn’t get what was expected and they didn’t offer any way of fixing it. Poor service.

As i was filling my cup a chunk of mold came. The "manager" on duty argued with me stating it was not mold but a fruit chunk. Since when does this beverage have "fruit pieces"?! After she dismissed me and left the area I came across this. This was my first time to a SMRMD. The food was amazing!! The cleanliness and the service however made my decision that I wont be back to this location again.

This location is okay. There were only two people working, so I won’t dock too many points for waiting awhile. The girl who took our order must’ve been new because she struggled to take and enter our order. No problem, we all start somewhere.We got the Mo sandwiches, but were unaware that “chopped sirloin” is a fancy way to say ground beef, so we were a bit confused and disappointed. If you like sloppy joes, then you enjoy their Mos, sadly I’m a sloppy Joe hater and didn’t enjoy it much. The cheese curds were fantastic and I would recommend those.

Love this place. Second time we've been here, food has been great both times. Everything is fresh made, salads taste and look awesome, sandwich my mother had was great, my daughter has had soup both times, and really enjoyed them.The deli is on the smaller side, with limited seating. The cook space is small as well, but every thing is right there where you can see them make your meal. The staff is friendly, and always has a smile.

Five stars for such good tasty food! Most of the staff was friendly. The lady that checked us out was very short and cold. She didn’t even see me standing with my family. Maybe she was having a bad day. But overall good experience.

I like the fact they have gluten free baguettes. I had turkey and provolone cheese with avocado, spinach. I thought it would have been warmed but it wasn't and my hubby's sandwich said it came with some veggies but there was none on it.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free baguettes.

Food tastes fine. New menu is very confusing and they have increased their prices enormously. You can do the “perfect pair” with a choice of 1/2 a sandwich & 1/2 a soup/salad, but when I ordered they said “sorry that sandwich isn’t included in the perfect pair,” even though it was the exact same price as the alternative option. How is a customer supposed to know that when you don’t specify on the menu? I loved coming here, but with the new menu and prices, I won’t be returning.

The food is pretty awesome. I'm not a vegetarian by any means. I love the signature sub (Mo). Best part is I live an hour away and the bread isn't soggy by the time I eat it. The burgers are really good also. The pastrami in particular.

I thought this place was AMAZING. We had soup, salad, 4 sandwiches. The bread was amazing, the food tastes like fresh ingredients (lettuce, meat) and lots of flavor. They got our food to us within 10-15 minutes. This is my first time here and I will return here again maybe even the next two days since I am here all weekend...Now as to some of the previous comments..... you had to wait 15-20 min.... come on that's nothing. Do you want quality or quantity? I agree 45 min is a little extreme, but for me the food taste is worth the wait.... recommendations for the company.... if your running behind let the customer know. Online.... make sure ya have a pick up time.... if you placed your order and its 5-6pm.... I'm betting this place is packed so I'd expect to wait.... I know the employees didn't just come to work today just for me and I am, and always will be, a quality over quantity person and I LOVED this place

Love the bread, sandwiches and salad. Great place and friendly atmosphere. Always get friendly and consistent service.The online ordering is so easy and very handy for lunch ordering. I love the crunchy Asian salad (fyi you can create your own salad online too) and for a sandwich the mountain club.A regular go to for catering at my work, and is always great!
