Great store with great deals. Walking into the store it is layer out very well. I love the options of foods and essential items throughout. Don't forget to use your card to grab your free sample as you enter. The self checkout is the way to go if you don't have a full cart. Otherwise pickup orders are great and quick it is so easy using the app.

Previously I have had good luck with Sam's shipping and delivery until January 19, 2024. I placed an order for shipping on Thursday, January 18, 2024. I received an email on Friday that because what I ordered was coming directly from the local Sam's Club that I was getting my order delivered early. I received an email that said my order was delivered at 12:01 p.m. However, no order was delivered. We have cameras on our home and there was no delivery made. I called Sams 2 times on Friday evening. Talked to 2 different people who kept putting me on hold and never helped me. Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. I called Sams again. Talked to a lady for maybe 1 minute explained the situation to her, she put me on hold. Was on hold for 16 minutes and then Sams just disconnected me and never did come back and talk to me. So, how do I get this resolved???? I paid for my products, but never received them.

Very unhappy and completely disappointed with the sams club . It was very shameful moment for shopping store like sams. I bought a chicken and found some kind of insect in it. I threw all the chicken. Luckily, I didn’t ate this chicken.

I like the new app you can use so you don't have to wait in the God awful lines to check out you just scan as you go! Clean place and everyone I've ran into that works there is super friendly!

I pulled up to the gas pump today to an empty station to fill my car. Just before I put my membership card in an attendant came up to me and told me to leave and turn around to face the other direction to comply with the one way traffic. I did. This is a first for me. Sam’s club will end up loosing money because there will now be empty fuel stations towards the front that aren’t easily driven in to with one way traffic. I have never been told by a business not to do business with them before. I think this is a sign to go elsewhere. BTW the store itself isn’t worth the membership fee any longer either. Products I am looking for aren’t there or the price is way too high. Luckily I have the option of Costco! Done!

I am trying to call and ask about their membership fees. They don't answer their phone ever!!! The phone will ring 50 times and no one answers!! That is so very frustrating!! We will join Costco!!!

I went to this sams club in North Dakota. I have a Sam's club membership. However when I went to buy a pizza at the café this lady just turned me away and told me she would have to ask her manager first because she wasn't sure she could serve too Hispanics. What is wrong with North Dakota? Sam's club is that your policy? Rude disrespectful unorganized dysfunctional people. Yuck, I pay to shop here and that is the behavior I received! Despicable

Great contrast to Costco. I might even say better deals on some things. The scan and go check out is the greatest thing since sliced bread; which they have. Pizza at the food court is amazing!

Waited over 20 minutes after being 10 minutes early for interview. Waste of my time. I am a single father who already has a good career. No one even came to say anything to me after first checking in. Was seeing what was available for the so called “amazing team at Sam’s Club” with such good benefits.What a joke!I wish I could give this zero stars.

Our Sams club rocks… always clean? Shelves stocked, floors clean and boxes available. Staff was visible if needed, which is always helpful.

Lately there have been no carts in the building. If you want one you have to go out to the parking lot and get your own. Today there were a few so that was an improvement. But, as we were shopping we started to wonder why there was a line of people just standing around down aisles in the store blocking product and willing to run you over on their way to the end of the line. Well, turns out that was the line to exit the store - all those people had paid and were waiting to leave. I don't know why they had only one man trying to check receipts but when you have 60 people waiting to leave and it usually takes about 2 minutes per customer (I get bored waiting so I've timed it many times) there is nothing in this store worth the wait. So, we found an associate, gave him our cart and left.

I ordered on Monday. The process was simple. I wanted the same things I frequently get, and my past orders came up. I picked the time to pick it up. Everything was great. I hate going in the store because I always get extra.

I’ve been standing in line for 22 minutes at customer service. Another worker came and helped the person in front of me and left. There has been a lady helping the same person this entire time. What terrible service I’ve had every time I have to come to customer service.

I have been on hold with customer service for 35 minutes trying to find out why my order hasn't been delivered from the store. It was scheduled for delivery between 4-6 pm. It's now 6:55 pm and no answer. Don't recommend having anything same day delivery from this store.

I was just at your store and told i could not shop there till 10am because I am not a plus member. So I took my business to Costco, everyone gets in at the same time and treated equal. I think with the economy the way it is you would want all the business you could get. Thanks for pointing out that you dont!

You know, it's extremely dingy and many pallets of produce are just sitting about, unlabeled.... it felt like I was walking through a store shutting down... there was only 1 associate who checked in to see if I was doing okay, and it was a man in the meat department.... outside of that, staff didn't seem too happy. It was a Thur evening though, so maybe they're focused on stocking up for the upcoming wknd?Other than that, some prices were quite steep in comparison to similar items at Hornbachers... the produce was in much better shape than I had anticipated and there was a ton of options.I'm a brand new, never been, member and only joined under this promo that essentially gave me a year membership for $10... so I'll keep going and see how things evolve :) this was my first time in here, despite having lived in this city for 20yrs ha

I recently shopped at Sam's Club and I love the bakery, produce and meat and bread selection. The store is clean the shelves are always stocked. And the lines go very fast considering all the shoppers. Very happy with the membership and well worth it

The 90/10 ground beef seems to have alot more fat that the 10% it has released so much grease while cooking it. Saw a 10 lb chub that had a pen il thick chunk of fat about 6 inches long in the 90/10. Not sure if they are just slapping a 90/10 label on it when it's at best 80/20 but this should be looked in to.

My sister, mom and I went to Sam's on 13th Ave in fargo on Saturday, 2/11. Found everything we needed, even a few things we wanted. We put all of our things in onw cart while shopping and after using the self check out lane. 3 different transactions. No sign up saying to separate orders in carts or to use separate cars so we didn't think anything of it. Guy at the door scanning receipts was less than pleasant, giving us an attitude and rolling his eyes becaaue it was all in one cart. You don't like it, put up a sign. If you don't like your job, find a new one.

Do not order Christmas cards from Sams Club photo center. The text was partially cut off on the bottom and only way to get any refund was to send them back. Wasn't worth hassle so we sent them out with our names partially missing.
