The people there know me and my little dog who is always so excited to go see the guys.They always go get my beer and carry it to the car.A little more expensive, but the staff are great.

You were my neighborhood liquor store before outing yourself with this. Permanent boycott. Hope your business fails.Weird how people seem to to stay working at businesses that take care of their workforce instead of crying "nO oNe WaNtS tO wOrK aNyMoRe!!"I would never work for a business that blames others for their failure to offer competitive wages.The Empire alone received more than $50,000 in free "government handout" money in pandemic relief.RL, Empire, Bismarck, Rick's, Speck's, and Woody's don't need to be around if they can't gainfully employ staff after receiving hundreds of thousands in free government money.

Royal Liquors is a great place to get deals. The people there are nice and cool. Don't go there and steal or start trouble or trouble will come your way. Then you will be on their wall of shame.

Lots of people at the cash register, rude and didn’t make us feel comfortable walking in. After being followed to the back we asked about sours. WORST recommendation ever. Who likes marshmallow, vanilla beer? 🤢 The blonde lady needs to get out more if she thinks that’s the best one they have!

Stopped in to stock up on beer fridge necessities and refill the home bar... was greeted at the door by several employees smiling. Was asked right away if I needed help finding everything. Was shown the craft beer selection and was delighted to see they had a good selection of Disgruntled beers (my favorite) Asked about a few cocktail recipes and got help finding what I needed for them. Was recommended a new product & they were right... The Flybirds was awesome!Thank you to the two ladies who helped me!

The staff is rude and doesnt even know anything about the product they are trying to sell. The last few times I was in there all I saw was the employees on their phone and didn't ask if I needed help. Do yourself a favor and head or to happy harrys. They have better prices and the employees actually care if your in their store.

I mean. How can you go wrong with a liquor store. The only people who don't like a place like this are probably just mad they can't buy booze for themselves and their weird uncle moved away and can't buy for them. Great selection and knowledgeable staff. They have lazer like precision when it comes to finding anything in their store. If you don't know what you want, they can definitely help. I always say "surprise me" and have yet to get a hurtful joke... Bums me out. But hey, they stay professional!

Wow!!! Went there for the first time in years & the cashier was more helpful to whoever was texting him. He just couldn’t even put his phone down long enough to help a customer. Never will be going there again!!! Better places to spend your money!

Employees spend to much time chatting behind the counter this makes customers quite uncomfortable from the moment they walk in the store. They could possibly greet faces with a hello welcome to royal is there anything I can help you find?!?!

Associates are rude as could be. On the way in the store I set a cup outside the door, an associate picked it up and followed me back inside the store to "hand me my trash". I tried to explain the misconception and him and the manager only balked at my "littering". Due to these dolts I shall not be returning to this liqour store...
