Used to be good.Now it's like going through an airport.Make sure to bring your passport and followed around the store. Probably thanks to thieves but it's pretty extreme.I'd go the extra mile to another liquor store if possible

Your job must be sooooo difficult that you have to turn off light switches 10 and lock doors 10 minutes early. Wow. As one of the few places open later for offsale, why would you EVER close early? That is LITERALLY bad for business.

I went to two of your locations to find a couple items that were advertised on your website. Neither store had either the items in stock. When I asked the lady at the 32nd Avenue store why they didn't have them her response was I don't control the website I just work here. Are you kidding me? What a sarcastic response! No more Royal Liquors for me.

It's kind of like all the other liquor stores. I don't know if it's just cause they're all mom and pop type store that are getting crushed by bigger store but they all just seem run down, no sense of order or direction when you walk in, not well lit and gloomy. Staff barely acknowledge you. Can't say I blame them, I'd hate working there too. They all need to look at Bevmo or at least Happy Harry's as an example. Prices were fair though.

I visited when ND covid cases were spiking and was extremely bothered that this business does not require their employees to wear masks. I didn't see this until I'd been in the store for at least 15 min. Not ok.

Always has good prices. Same owner as the Empire Bar/Liquors, and The Bismark. Gives away a free muscle car every year (not like a $30k auction car but still kinda neat).

Well at first it seemed that some of the people that work there were really watching me as I walked around and actually explored some wines and was looking to to buy some and I was reading it and I just couldn't make my mind up but in the corner of my eye I did see one employee staring at me and it wasn't a very good feeling I am giving it three stars just because when I did start talking to them because I felt uncomfortable the two people ended up being a lot nicer so I'm guessing in that area that there must be a lot of theft but I'm not for sure.

I came in my wife was buying I just got off work I didn't have my wallet I went in and ask the chick with the green hair if that was a problem and she was so disrespectful to me didn't evan want to listen to what I had to say and told me just to leave I will not be going back again no respect.

This store is horrible. They have a horrible manager who closes every day early. Do not believe there store hours. The manager closes early to go to the bar next door! Don’t ever go there after 1:00 am!!!
