We recently got a puppy and came across Rovers. Dude loves it here. They are so nice and when I need to drop him off last minute and forget to make a reservation, they’re super cool about it. He got bathed there too and the bather was super nice and took extra time with him cause it was his first bath. He comes home tired just like me so we eat then pass out together. Great place. Totally recommend.

My two dogs love going to Rovers! Whether they are boarding for a few days or just there for day care, both dogs enjoy the staff and the opportunity to play with their canine friends. They always come home tired after full days of playing.The staff is friendly and knows my dogs by name. They have taken great care in developing a relationship with my oldest dog. He's an adopted dog and had a bit of a rough time as a puppy. While he has grown considerably over the past few years, it takes a while for him to warm up to new people. The staff at Rovers have won his trust, and he enjoys seeing them.I have never had any bad experiences working with Rovers. I appreciate all they do, and I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a place to board their dogs.

We started bringing our pup to Rovers a few months ago. We have had a great experience. He always comes home happily tired out from playing all day. They have live videos during the day if you want to check in on your pup, which is pretty entertaining. They also offer bathing and grooming, which we have taken advantage of. I highly recommend this place for your pup!

We were referred to Rovers by other family in town and we couldn't be any happier with our decision to bring our beagle Quinn to Rovers for daycare. Having a Beagle nose and curiosity makes it difficult for her to stay home while my wife and I work, and daycare has been the best for her. The entire team knows Quinn and constantly tells us about how her day was and who she played with that day. Boarding services have been great and Quinn absolutely loves her time. It's the great mixture of friendliness and getting to know both our dog and us that have made us super fond of our experience with Rovers. They go above and beyond when it comes to fun activities like arfs and crafts day, valentine's gift exchange, and more.

We have been using Rovers playhouse for well over 12 years, with our last dog, and now with our new puppy. Our last dog went to Rovers from the time he was 6 weeks old until his passing in 2017 at least once a week and really looked forward to it. Our new puppy has been through their puppy training course and continues to go now to daycare, also looking forward to it in the morning when its time to go. They have always treated our pets very well and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been taking my dog Darlene to Rover's for day care every week since December and have been thrilled with every aspect. The service is fantastic, they accommodate my last minute requests to drop her off every time, and she seems to be genuinely excited every time we pull into the parking. I love the peace of mind of knowing she is in good hands all day, getting some exercise and socialization in, and isn't cooped up at the house all day while I am at work. Thanks for taking good care of her!

I have been using Rovers for four years. The best review I can give you is this: my dog always gets excited whenever she realizes we're going to daycare and she bounds into the building excitedly every time I drop her off - there's no saying good-bye! I think this is the best I can say, Falon loves Rovers, so do I. Another thing - they make an effort to know every dog. Everybody working there knows my dog by name and is as excited to see her as she is them. I would recommend Rovers to anybody.

Went to pick my dog up from a regular boarding, keep in mind she had attended Rovers for 3 years, they told me she is no longer welcome due to her over stimulation issues and not being friendly with other dogs. When I asked for a refund for my 4 day boarding pass I have left, the manager told me she doesn’t have authority to issue a refund.I asked why they were the only place she was having issues with and why after this year and staff changes has it not been going well, and all they had to say was that they couldn’t cater to my dogs specific needs and that their play area is too small. So, clearly they are boarding too many dogs at once, or they don’t have a dominant handler.I am now left with no place to board her for my 4 day trip tomorrow and no refund from this place. I wish that instead of putting all the blame on the dog/s they would take a look at their handlers as well. Their solution to her over stimulation was to put her in a small kennel for the entirety of her stay. Also, feel I am owed a refund for that as well, but that is neither here nor their. Keep in mind if you have a dominant dog, which according to rovers isn’t a bad thing, it’s just not the place for your dog. Unbelievable.

I LOVE Rovers--the staff and trainers are all so friendly and helpful, and the facility is always clean and well maintained. I just recently enrolled my 4 month old german shepherd/husky mix (who was showing early signs of defensiveness over food & toys, and is extremely shy despite lots of early socialization) in the puppy training/daycare program....BEST $240 Ive ever spent. They work on all your puppys concerns and structure their daycare time around playing, feeding, crating, and tons of monitored socialization. Can not recommend rovers enough!

We were going to go out of town, so a daycare screening day was necessary. That day seemed to go ok. They said he did great and gave us a report card of his day. He got the green light for his two night boarding. When we picked him up, his feet were wet, he had an off odor, had a lot of other dogs hair on him. No report card was given, no details of his stay, just a generic ‘he did fine’!Once home, as expected, he slept. However by late that day he was coughing. It’s four days later and he’s still coughing. Yep, he has kennel cough even though he was vaccinated.Research shows that poor ventilation, especially in boarding kennels is often the cause. It often will heal itself but can take up to three weeks and it is contagious.We will not use Rovers services again.

I absolutely LOVE coming in to Rover's every day. The front desk staff is always smiling and the online webcams are fun to watch the dogs play all day! They take wonderful care of the pups that stay overnight and have plenty of play gyms, toys, treats, and fun activities for dogs at daycare to stay busy and go home happy/tired :) Highly recommend owners to send their furry friends here!

Lucy goosie just loves rovers playhouse.. Were so happy that she has some place to go that she can socialize with other dogs.. she gets along with so many dogs of any size.. She prefers the bigger the better even though she's just a little beagle. She is a active beagle and keeps the staff on there toes.. she love to play and is on the go all the time.....When she come home she checks out here back yard to see if its still there, has her supper and then sleeps for about 12-14 hours.. she's so exhausted from day care. The staff are wonderful to her and she loves them all.. I would recommend Rovers Playhouse to any pet owner.. Its a great experience for any pet....

We have been very happy with both puppy training and boarding. The staff is very kind and helpful - they seem to love our little pup. Our puppy is exhausted (in a good way) after her training days. Love the cam feature!

I've been taking my dog to Rover's for a number of years--it's beneficial for both of us--socialization for him (both other dogs and humans) and tired dog for me.The people there are amazing--pleasant, responsive, and caring. Would not hesitate to recommend Rover's to anyone. (some days I wish I could stay there!)

Love that our little guy gets Tuckered out while he is there. He is a high energy dog and need some playtime throughout the week. He has made many friends at Rovers. He gets excited when he knows he gets to go that day. Wish we could bring him more. Also, love that I can watch him on the web cam throughout the day.

Do not prepay if there is a chance your plans could change.Used services here for years but lately my dog has been often getting sick when coming home after a weekend boarding. But the big thing that made me stop using their services is we prepaid at dropoff which they ask you to do, but is not required. However, due to weather our plans changed and we picked up early. We were told there would be no refunds or credit for the time and services not used, but I was also told that if we didn't prepay we would have paid less. That's predatory.

Brought my 2 dogs there for boarding. They were in their care from Wednesday to Monday. One of my dogs was returned to us smelling of urine and other dog had a UTI, eye infection and got a cut in her tail that got infected during her stay. There were no explanations for how any of these occurred. My dogs have been boarded at Prairie dog grooming many times and never had any issues. I was only offered an apology and some discounts on new daycare services!! I absolutely would not bring my animals back and strongly recommend you use caution with this facility.

My 5 month old GSD/Husky mix pup thrived after doing the puppy kindergarten at Rovers Playhouse. She learned so much consistency with basic commands and the best part.....socialization. I can't recommend Rovers enough!

Purchased the Savecoin daycare. I called them to set up the day. Unfortunately, they didn’t tell me they were going to crate our anxious dog for 30 minutes when we walked in! He’s never been crated so he resisted & barked! They also crated him for 1-1/2 hours during lunch time! (This was not mentioned when we booked either)!! To reassure us, they told us we could check on him using their web cam, so we tried several times but it didn’t work all day!!! When I picked him up, they said he must have bit his lip as his mouth was bleeding on & off! NEVER AGAIN!
