Stopped by once, just to try it, and I’ve been back many times since! Food is always delicious, my order is always correct and on time or early (see update). The staff is also great, always very friendly and efficient.Update: I was visiting this potbelly pretty regularly, 2-3 times a week, using the app to order. There have now been multiple occasions where I get home with my order only to discover that it was made incorrectly. Yellow cheese when I always order provolone. Feta cheese when it was removed. No pot pie topping on the chicken POT PIE soup.These are pretty minor issues, but it continues happening. If I order in the future, I will be sure to check my order in-store before driving home with it.

First my review is based purely on taste and not the place dynamics/cleanliness etc.Employees are friendly, the order process was really fast.My only take is on the steakhouse beef sandwich. I am not sure whether it's the aiol sauce or due to another reason, some parts had an unpleasant bitter taste.We were three people and no one complained so I guess it's something specific to that sandwich.

The place was yummy. I had a flat bread chicken sammich. The chicken was succulent and they had no problem giving me swiss instead of chedder. The shake was outstanding and made into a malt (a fairly rare treat) for no surcharge. Cool décor, including reto Fargo stuff, round out a neat little place.

We love this place it has some of the best soup/subs ever. We love their broccoli cheese soup and we put their hot peppers on every sub we get, that is something that almost no sub shop offers and if they do they just offer jalapenos not the rest of the hot peppers. Great food and I am one of the pickiest eaters ever. Give it a try if you haven't before it's amazing.

The food was really good and filling. The decor was also very well displayed! The staff was very patient with those who were new. That helps a lot when you've never been to a place before. I just wish they had more business. They're a great place!Wheelchair accessibility: They have an assistance button for those who need extra help with ordering.

The gal working who took our order was kinda rude. We are not from Fargo and never been here. Had no idea about the menu or how it worked. I just ordered a salad with my meal. I said a side salad. She said what one. I picked my salad. I said what does it come with. She is like look on the board. She told me several times it’s on the board ect. That I guess in itself is not all that bad. However it was the delivery of it mixed with that. Maybe she’s having a bad day. Don’t know. Also the broccoli cheddar soup had a funky taste to it and was gritty. My husband and I both enjoyed our sandwiches as they were good. Also no one greeted us when we walked in. Also I felt like a bother to some staff being there.

I stopped in for lunch and this was my first time trying this place. I had the roast beef sandwich and a cup of their broccoli cheese soup. It was really good. The shop was clean and the staff was really friendly. The shop isn't iobvious from the street and I really just stumbled upon it while looking for a place to eat. I'd go back if I were ever in town again.

Getting 3 stars because normally fantastic place but I ordered a pizza sub, meatballs sub, 2 cookies and a Carmel brownie thing. I got the pizza sub and my 2 cookies but no Carmel brownie thing and my meatball sub came with no meatballs not sure how you miss meatballs on a meatball sub.

ALWAYS love the sandwiches here. The peppers they make are fantastic, even if you think they're hot they're practically a requirement to put them on your sandwiches.The staff is friendly, and always willing to make sure you get what you want. If you don't, tell them and they'll make it right.The store has always been clean when I'm there, but I've never been there when they're busy.Overall, highly recommended to go here at least once so you can decide for yourselves.

Ordered through the potbelly website. Waited 15 minutes at the window for them to forget all my toppings I wanted and just got meat and bread. They even forgot the cheese. The chocolate shake was good though. Only reason it got a 2 star rating.

Just stopped here for the first time with my wife and we loved it! My wife ordered a meatball sub and I got the pizza sub with hot peppers and they were both delicious! With the big subs running at about $6.50, prices are comparable if not cheaper then Subway. My wife got a banana smoothie that was very good as well. The staff was friendly and the food was made quickly.All in all I will definitely return to try their other sandwiches.

The sandwiches are above average if you compare them to other fast-food sandwiches. I like being able to customize the toppings on my sandwich so there's no surprises of condiments that I don't like. The employees there seems genuinely happy and they care about getting the orders completed accurately ands quickly.

I absolutely love Potbelly's. There food is always good! Love that the sandwich is always toasted. I really only think that this place could improve is the friendliness of the staff. I don't need a buddy to make my sandwich but it is nice to be greater before being asked what do you want.

Not much for a variety like Subway. I asked foe green peppers and they said we only have a blend of peppers. It ended up being a jalapeño mix of hot peppers. That’s not even close to a blend of green peppers. I thought it was yellow and red peppers. You can’t see them put it on so you don’t know what your getting. Sauce choices were pretty limited too. I liked the wheat bread. They were nice workers and attentive to waiting on us.

I guess I can’t make another post, but the experience is always phenomenal. The same African American guy gives off the best vibes and the best service. Not only is the food great, but the people are just as good if not better. I think the man I’m referring to is the best employee I’ve ever met, what a great and genuine guy. He deserves a raise and a half. My overall experience is easily a 5 star. I will no doubt be back soon.

Good sandwiches but the service at this location is always poor. What's the point of ordering on the app ahead of time if they never make the sandwich until you are there? Tonight I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time. Ordered at 6:40pm for 7:10 pickup. I arrived at 7:09 and didn't get my sandwich until 7:17. This happens every time.

Food Seemed like it might be good. It was my first time here so i didnt now the menu. The person working the drivethrough got frustrated with my questions and rushed me along. They asked if i wanted anything added to my sandwich. I asked if anything was needed and they answered no. So i didnt and recieved an italian sandwich with meat cheese and bread. The chicken pot pie soup was really good.
