Both ladies working tonight were great! I didn't catch the name of one of them but the other was Olivia and she groomed my 9 month old Mini Goldendoodle. She did exactly what I wanted with not much direction from me. Not sure how she knew what to do but she did it perfectly. The other lady working was great and super friendly. Overall, I was much happier than I expected! Before and after pictures.

This is where my family met its newest member when he was visiting here with a group from a Fergus Falls animal rescue. We are so thankful for our exceedingly well behaved mini schnauzer chihuahua who we renamed Zeus to help him overcome his fear and timidness!

I would by lying if I said I didn't go back and forth between Petco and PetSmart. I like to support both businesses here in Fargo. Today we went to Petco, and we had been debating on switching to a different brand of food for our furkids. We've been helped at both places before, and had our questions answered with no problem. But Today was a little different, we were helped by a young woman named Jen, and it was by far the best experience we've had shopping in either of the two stores. She was so friendly and willing to help. She didn't mind that we were unsure of a few things. We asked her opinion on certain foods and she told us which one she feeds her animals, and why she does so. Her feature, function, and benefits presentation was outstanding. Her knowledge of the multiple products we had questions on, was fantastic. And she did it all with a big smile on her face. We go to Petco quite often and will continue to do so. We just want to give a big shout out to Jen for her great customer service, and for helping us choose the right food for our beloved kids.

I got my pet ferret from here. The staff member helped me with everything that I needed and was very knowledgeable about the animals and so caring too. It was a great experience, I return for all of my leg supplies too. The staff is always so friendly!

DO NOT BRING YOUR LARGE DOG HERETHEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL DO HAIRCUTS AND THEN CHARGE YOU FOR IT WHILE ONLY GIVING A BATH AND NOT TELLING YOU UNTIL THE LAST MINUTEWALKED IN AND SAW THEM GIVING A HAIRCUT TO A SMALL DOG WHEN THEY HAD EARLIER THAT DAY TOLD ME THERE WAS NO ONE IN TO DO HAIRCUTSTHIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE NOW(This is not a behavior issue, our dog does very well with haircuts)

We have had nothing but good experiences here. The groomers are so kind and really cared for our pets. They let you know ahead of time what you need to bring and what to expect. They're transparent about their prices and services. Excellent service!! Will be back again!

My groomer always remembers my dog and makes us feel welcomed and comfortable. The cashier steered me toward a harness that I was looking for and was extremely helpful.

What a wonderful experience! One of the few times I've actually been excited to review a store just to get the word out! Shopping for aquarium supplies and fish here was a joy! The assosiates were exceedingly helpful and polite, and eager to offer advice based on their own experience. I left feeling very confident that I had the knowledge and supplies I needed, without feeling like they were trying to push products on me. I would recommend them highly based on my time today.

The groomers are very nice ladies and love my dog. Everytime she is in the always take the time to greet her and love on her. They take the time to make sure she gets what she needs and is very well taken care of. Even the very few times I have taken her in the store everyone has been very friendly to her. The store always has what I need and the staff always has answers for me weather they are right or wrong and they always suggest what I could do as well.

I had my St. Bernard and Toy Aussie groomed. I live 90 miles from Petco but can never seem to get in to a groomer here without waiting 4+ weeks. I tried Petco and was able to get both pups in the next day!! The staff that checked us in was very professional and handled both dogs really well! The appointments took longer than expected but they were very busy and I was still happy that I was able to get my pups in on short notice!! I was able to watch part of the grooming process on both dogs. They were both content when they were up on the table and the staff was so gentle and loving towards them!! I love that my pups were content and didn't appear scared at all!! Both pups turned out amazing! They are so soft and smell good! I will definitely continue using Petco for all of my pet needs!!!

I took my puppy for his first nail trim as a walk in. I was so blown away by the service I received! Dakotah took at least 20 minutes to explain to me how to care for my puppy’s fur. She was so helpful! I will definitely be back

I typically will order online for in store pickup, and when I do that it goes so smoothly! It allows me to really do things on my own time and I can avoid the lines if there are any! The times that I do stop in to look around the staff is always so friendly and who doesn't like seeing all the puppy faces as they walk around! Great staff and great customer service! I have not used the pet salon yet

The store was neat and organized. I was also lucky enough to find a sales associate who helped me find the all the items I needed for the new dog I just adopted. She was extremely knowledgable and helped me pick out a high quality dog food that was appropriate for my new dog. She had so much helpful advice to offer on our new dog and was so helpful and patient with all of our questions.

They used my dog as a training tool then charged me $75 for grooming. Took him home an cleaned him up myself. Like the store but won't go back for grooming.

Our puppy had two accidents while we are at the store and its wonderful that you have the clean I areas. But having them marked better for customer to find them with ease would be helpful. Something to indicate where they are or just anything. Other then that our visit was good.

There was an employee named Jen who helped me through my entire visit picking out things for my new puppy that I needed, I was lost until she helped me. She signed me up for the pet paws are the reward program and really just took the time to actually help me and explain things that I needed. I work in customer service as a supervisor, and the customer service that I received in your store was awesome. I would hire her for my company in a second. So kudos to your employee Jen for being such a wonderful employee who knows what customer service is truly about and you don’t find that too much anymore.

You never carry enough of the type of food my bird eats. You can't just put something new in the cage and expect them to eat it. I waited a whole week and my bird lived off millet seed until I could get food sent to me. A whole week of being out of the brand is not caring. I asked an associate at check out when can I expect to see the food stocked and she shrugged at me

Staff was very friendly and very sweet with Georgia. Georgia is blind in one eye, and scares very easily. By the time I left after dropping her off I had no concerns about the time she would be spending there.By far some of the best i have taken her too. When I picked her up she didn't appeared to be scared either. Great job! Will definitely take her back, and we are currently working with our schedule to take our other 2 dogs there as well.

It may not be what the store has in mind, but I like bringing my 3 and 1 year old girls here occasionally! They love to look at the animals! We aren't allowed pets in our apartment, so getting to see several different kinds of pets and fish is really fun for them!

The prices for what they do have are usually okay, but good luck finding what you're looking for. The staff members that I talked to, good luck trying to find anyone, couldn't be bothered to help. I asked if they had something in stock and the woman up front told me that if it wasn't sitting in it's spot they are probably out. I asked if she should check and she said the truck doesn't come until tomorrow.This used to the be the only pet store I would go to because they used to have a great selection and the pricing couldn't be bested. The staff used to be knowledgeable and would check if they had something in stock. It looks like those days are gone.

First off, all of the employees here are amazing. They all know me and my puppy by name and are so thoughtful. Also, they are all very knowledgeable about what my puppy needs and things to help her. Laura in particular helped me find the perfect thing to help my dog eat better and regulate her stomach. 10/10 best place ever. Also Claudia is an amazing dog trainer!! And Jessica in grooming helped me find the perfect things to help maintain my puppy's fur and nails. Best place ever

Highly recommend this store! I have been to Petco multiple times, multiple!, in the past two weeks, new puppy parent. Every single staff member that I talked to, which was a lot, was very friendly and they knew exactly what they were talking about. They knew about my pups breed and gave me a nutrition talk. We also did a 1 on 1 training and learned a lot!

Such friendly and helpful staff. I love that they feature pets from shelters and help find them homes ❤ I recently had a wonderful young lady help me understand and feel confident about raising my new best friend (wish I remembered her name) I'm so bad at names 🙄 Fargo North Dakota, 13th avenue store.. she helped me set my albino python up with everything we need 😍 She was so great and truly understood my worries when it came to care.

I am very conscious about the food I eat, and as the mom of 2 fur babies, I am very careful about what they eat as well. I've done a LOT of research on what I feel to be the best brand for us. When shopping for litter, I was surprised to find that Petco carried some of the better quality Cat foods, including raw options, at comparable prices to the other local stores that carry them.The store is clean and bright. They carry a wide range of pet supplies and they sell fish, reptiles, rodents & birds.Although I don't use the services, I have seen they offer grooming and training at this location.

I was very happy with the customer service. They have been out of wax worms for my gecko for weeks. She will not eat anything else. I called yesterday first and they only had one container left and they held it for me.
