Worst experience ever!!!!! I wasted an hour out of my day for them to tell me they wouldn’t groom my dog because she was too skiddish and jumpy. She is a puppy and was just timid. Isn’t that their job to be able to calm her and make her feel comfortable? Never will I go back!

Was pleasantly surprised when I went in there to pick up my pups medicine I had ordered online. The shelves were WAY more stocked than Petsmart!! More selections too!Will likely revisit this Fargo,ND location.

Half the fish were dead and looked as if they had been for a while, the ferret cage was extremely dirty with a pretty big fly infestation, and you could tell the gerbils were both sick. This is the absolute worst petco I have been in.

Always have a great experience at this store. Always have the products we need at a fair price. Staff is knowledgeable however some times they are short staffed but do everything they can to give great service.

Never calls us to let us know our dogs grooming appointment is canceled and I made one for today on Thursday last week and didn’t get told it was canceled tell we walk in and this isn’t the first time this has happened to us! IRRITATING

Dakota is are groomer here at petco when we found her we stuck with her. she is amazing, she takes the time with your fur babies and really goes the extra mile if need be. She really cares about her customers. And makes my pup feel comfortable.

Decent store overall and courteous employees that love animals of all kinds!An all in one stop for what your pets may need and you can always bring your pet inside, which is nice and different from almost every other store! It may not be the lowest price wise on all similar products, but it is worth the extra cost considering the overall shopping experience and the knowledgeable, helpful, and animal loving people who work there!

Absolute terrible service! Store has definitely gone down hill in the last year. Just left the store, long line, one cashier, NO ONE to be found to help us. Went in with the intention of spending a large amount of money, bope, couldn't get anything. Onnour way to petsmart now. This happened a couple times over the past year and I chalked it up to the store having a bad day, it happens. But, it has become consistent. Can help customers you can't sell anything especially when a customer is there to spend 4 figures.

I like Petco. I don't like being charged for a plastic bag to bring hone the products that I bought from the store. Charging customers, and saying it's for environmentally awareness is completely asinine! Lets call it what it is, corporate greed!! If you're worried about the environment, then don't have plastic bags!!

Definitely has options for animals that nowhere else in the area has the buying power for, has a awesome selection of alternative to over dried kibble. Fresh pet and Instinct meat protein for K9 and felines!!

I'd give it five stars in a heartbeat, to be sure, but I only get here once in a blue moon and I'm not sure if there are better prices to be had at big box stores, even if one is sacrificing quality for their prized pets.

This location decided to close the bathrooms to the public so I pit everything in my cart back and went to pets mart. If you don't trust me using a bathroom then I'll spend my money at your competition.

Found everything I needed, and the people helped me with updates and smiles. Although I was told that some items were 50% off when they were not , which was disappointing when I looked for 30 min to get the right ones and then put them back , staff does need to know more about what they tell customers.

I felt mgmt was rude and extremely unhelpful. I went in to look for items on Premise App and after several minutes, was finally approached by mgmt asking if I needed help. When I explained the nature of my visit, he curtly informed me his employees were NOT to assist me whatsoever. Ok...1) I'd never been in the store before. And 2) I never asked for any assistance whatsoever. The mgr then informed me that his the theft prevention people had already noticed me "wandering aimlessly" around the store. REALLY? I would never everevereverevereverever shop this place again. What a joke! Zero stars. Disliked as much as a person can.

Smaller store but still a large selection! Fish tanks all looked clean as well as the reptile tanks! Didn't see many fur babies besides a few guinea pigs and a couple ferrets. Things are freaking adorable. The staff was friendly and it was easy to find what we needed! Good prices as well!

Called the store and they were excellent answering questions on the phone. I knew I'd be getting there very close to closing time and was assured that I'd be ok to get everything I needed. I bought an amazing new pet Sun Conure. They helped me by getting what I needed ready before I got there and I got to go through and get a few more items for her. They were great about answering questions all the way through the process and offering me a program to save me more money.

Well ill no longer be buying fish from here. Just bought a puffer and it died a couple days later. Then I learned they don't have a refund policy on saltwater fish. So im out 40 dollars. Only reason I gave two stars is because the employees have always been very helpful. I will just buy my fish online from now on.

Great selection of tough toys and treat dispensing toys, which are a favorite of Petal's, my super chewer Pitbull. I cannot find any dispensing toys in Bemidji, MN where we live and very limited selection of toys for her. We're always exicited for our shopping trips to Fargo Petco! Thank you!

I got my first cat and quickly learned she was smarter than I thought and way different than a dog. Embarrassingly I called the store while looking at my cat hiding to ensure she didn't disappear and explained my cat was loose and needed help. Staff were so prompt to lock down the store and help me. It took some time but the entire time they were friendly and understanding. Even after the incident they reassured me it was ok and helped me pick out what I would need for her. I am grateful of the kind staff that day! They truly went above and beyond!

I use petco vital and it's awesome! They have Nulo which my cats absolutely love.The app is weird and will say error if something is low/out of stock. Not the stores fault..

We went in for flea products and found the prices to be astronomical. We could get the same products at a different store for 1/3 of the price or less. A flea collar was 90 dollars, found one at Target for 7 dollars. Refunds also take a long time, the manager told us it would take 3-5 business days to get our money back into our account. So I would not recommend returning products if you need that money immediately back.
