Great experience. The staff took the time to compare the ingredients in the generic vyvanse to the ingredients in the name brand for when I had questions about it. When my FSA card wasn't working they helped me find a way to get my medication still. Always willing to answer any questions and have prescriptions filled in a very timely manner. When they didn't have the full amount to fill my vyvanse due to the nationwide shortage I was able to get a partial script and pick the rest a few days later. It made sure I didn't have an interruption in my medication. All in all I would say it's an amazing pharmacy.

From the greeters at the front register to the Pharmacy window & pharmacists. They are always pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and able to answer any questions and besides; they’re “in the neighborhood“ too!

The staff in the back, where the pharmacy is, are unpleasant. My medications were rarely on-time, communication was very poor between customers & staff, as well as between staff themselves, & the "I-don't-want-to-be-here" vibe from staff was palpable. HOWEVER, the staff up front, where the store for odds-and-ends are, are wonderful. The random items this store has are often charming and/or useful. The contrast makes this a very difficult place to review. I settled on 2 stars cause the name of the store marks it clearly a pharmacy 1st and foremost. The staff up front saved this place from getting a 1 star review, boss should give them a raise! :D And maybe find pharmacy staff that likes their job or give them a mandatory class on the importance of polite communication.

I was filling my daughter's prescription today and there was an issue with my insurance. The pharmacist was so helpful, patient, and kind. He called my insurance company and got everything straightened out for me. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service and grateful for his help.

I love Northport Drug. I moved here a couple of months ago and they made everything so easy to transfer over. They make me feel like I am not just another customer but a person who is apart of the "Northport Drug" family.
