First time eating here and I don't think we will be back. The staff were perfectly friendly and worked quickly and prices were reasonable. However, I didn't get the full meal I paid for and the food itself did not taste good at all. The presentation looks well enough but the quality of the food was subpar. Also, paper straws? Really? I would've rated 1 star, but I didn't want to take credit from the staff, who did a good job minus not completing my order.

This place was packed. We are from out of town. There was a hockey deal & Christmas traffic. This staff was working extremely fast, polite, nice, & the food was amazing. I am also allergic to a lot of foods my sales clerk who may have been the manager ? Took the time to explain, I could still get my favorite chicken pesto dish with a rice noodle. I was nervous on taste but it was amazing! This crew was amazing. Good job to all working on Dec 11, Saturday, around 2-3 :) Great staff great food hard working!!! They loved very fast and had great team work !

Great service and food. Staff handles orders efficiently and delivers to tables. Optional lemon wedges by soft drinks is a nice touch. Parking is a bit limited, but adequate considering the amount of nearby stores. Noodles from a variety of tastes available so there's always something new- veggie noodles are a particularity fun option. Great lighting to see your company well while you eat, and music is low and not distracting .

Went there for lunch because it came highly recommended. Got inside, everyone seemed to hate their jobs. Was told we could accommodate allergies. I decided not to order because I wasn't confident that those working could accommodate. My boyfriend ordered his food without my high allergy stuff in it. Food was sloppily delivered (dropped) on our table and girl walked away. Once again seemed like she hated her life and job. He started to eat and wouldn't you know they high allergy item that we both requested multiple times don't be in his food, and was ASSURED wouldn't be, was right there. We promptly threw the food away and walked out. Horrible service. Every table in the place was filthy. Staff was horrible. Do not recommend. Also to note it wasn't busy. There was one other table besides us.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but this has to be said. A year ago i ordered the Korean noodles and flavor was good. Somehow the cooks dropped in an ENTIRE glove in my food and mixed it in. Kinda ruined the place for me. I tried it again last week and the quality is just really poor. Spagetti and meatballs should be simple enough. Meatballs were cold and definitely frozen, not much sauce and flavor was off. Bbq mac was undercooked, cheese unmelted and sauce cold.You have a lot of potential but your food quality needs to improve dramatically. The servers were polite and helpful, but i cant get over the food quality. Please improve.

We went and ordered three meals. They completely screwed up one of the meals. I called and informed them of their mistake. They told me either I spend 30 minutes+ driving back the incorrect meal, waiting for the correct meal, and then driving back home, or they are unwilling to do anything for me. Not sure why they expect the customer to pay for their mistakes. Awful customer service. Will not go there again.

Food was good, but server was awful, snotty comments, food sat awhile before she brought it put. Asked for parm chicken and she snorted and said it doesn't come that way and turned and walked away. I've ordered the same thing many times and this is the first time I have had issues. She also huffed and puffed about changing something while ordering. Not impressed with service tonight.

Food was good. But I found a hair and the staff didn’t really handle it well. The one lady apologized and was super nice and got my food remade but there was another lady who rolled her eyes and when my friend went to get a lid she ignored my friend and walked away!

I ordered a regular penne Rosa and asked for broccoli to be added. I only received three pieces of broccoli in my bowl. Kind of disappointing especially when it costs extra.

First experience. Food was filling and tasty. Nothing special to the atmosphere. I chose it because it was near another business that I needed to wait on a personalized purchase. I also had an important project I needed to work on, so I needed a place with WiFi--which was not great. I lost connection with a meeting a few times and ultimately did not realize I had to renew the agreement every hour, so I missed the end of the meeting. The only table options with power outlets were very high tables and stools which did not make for a comfortable experience for me (and the one I preferred was still littered with the trash from someone prior and didn't get cleaned up for quite a long time). The only staff interaction I remember having is at the ordering line and when someone brought it to the table -- nondescript like the atmosphere. But if you want to be left alone, it is good for that!

Food is a hit or miss... staff? Nobody wants to be there... price? Waaaay above what you're getting 1000%!!!Still tasty and quick though, so whatevs. Tbh, they should just get a Drive thru since they can provide the food in a short amount of time.... if our experience would have been through a DT? It'd be a 5.... but it wasn't and it isn't.Their snickerdoodle cookies are good. They have chopsticks which is cool. They used to have Curbside, not sure if that's still a thing there...Moorhead location has a WAY better atmosphere since they still have booths to sit in and the color scheme is more cozy ;)

Love the setup and ordering process. Food feels like it takes a little longer but realize it's not fast food. When there aren't a lot of people there (off-peak times for supper and lunch) the wait is short. The food is really really good and the restaurant is always clean looking. They do a really good job cleaning tables off when people leave.
