Wanted to buy a little Mickey Mouse cooler...all others $2 No tag on this one, so would not let me buy it...stupid...they supposed to want to make money...I asked for someone working the floor to tag it. For someone to go to that section all the same price. They refused. Cannot purchase...stupid stupid stupid...I think I will not be shopping there to give support. Not customer fault...people did not do their job or someone else pulled the tag to purchase something more expensive for cheaper...Honest people get the Short end of the stick. Stick this policy up your butt. I ended up spending $60...I should made a scene and not purchased a thing.

Honestly so disappointed. I don’t normally leave reviews but I have spent so much money here and donated more than a trunk full of things. My son picked out a dumb action figure he was SO excited about and we get to the checkout and they won’t sell it to me because it didn’t have a tag (not any fault of his). I legit thought it was a joke when the guy took it away from my son. I waited around for the girl to come back from lunch and she wouldn’t price it for me and said it will get put in the pile and priced and put back on the shelf eventually. Drove home with a bawling kid that didn’t understand why I couldn’t get it for him. I get store policy, but come on!

Shopped here today and purchased a few items that were supposed to be 50% off. My total was around $12 more than it should have been. I'm not a confrontational person in public so I ended up not saying anything. I am disappointed with the situation.

I bought several things, and when I asked the accountant about something that did not have a price, she threw the item aside and said I cannot sell something that does not have a price on it, and I am sure that she cut the price, but I do not know her name. She was very racist with me, I don't know why, and she didn't say hello. I hope you look at the cameras

Easily one of the nicest Thrift Stores in the country. Beautiful new and clean facilities, friendly staff & the profits on the fairly priced, well displayed items stay right in Fargo to help fund life changing programs.

I love new life and what they do but this one feels expensive for a thrift store. Stuff that would typically be a dollar is like $4. Might not sound like a big deal but for old second hand items that's over priced

A friend needed a winter coat. Walmart was too expensive so we found a nice coat at the Newlife thrift center.
